#MarchMATness2021 Day 7- #doublelegstretch⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Want to know something funny? Before I came to America, I received a phone call on a pay phone (before internet and cell phones). My English was not very good, so you can imagine where this story goes…I was told that I have a job offer from the United States from ‘Harvard Ballet!’ I was so excited! I always watched American TV shows, and saw the university on television, so I thought I was moving to a college town and that I would be making tons of college friends! I landed in the US and when I got to the bus station-to be continued tomorrow… #MatStories⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Often times, we can simply go through the motions, so we must move with intention to benefit from the work we do as movers. With double leg stretch we want to hit a picture and move dynamically, committing to it fully.
