So I just finished Onyx Storm but am including it anyways bc it was a most anticipated read. I finished it in three days and now have to wait like three years for the next book that RY apparently hasn’t EVEN STARTED YET 😭

B.K. Borison has become one of my favorite and most anticipated authors in the last few months. I’m super excited for First-Time Caller this month 🧡🩷

The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches was my first read of 2025 and I loved it so much. Looking forward to Magical Innkeeping and more cozy witchy vibes ✨

I will always look forward to any Emily Henry forever and always. Fairly formulaic? Yes. Always satisfying and full of banter? Also yes.

Abby Jimenez can hurt me and then heal me so well that I can’t even stay mad. Haven’t been disappointed by one of her books yet. So let’s do it again 🫡

Say You’ll Be Mine was Kumar’s debut and a 4 ⭐️ read. Flirting With Disaster is the follow up and a second chance romance which can be hit or miss for me. I’m trusting her to do it well though 🙏

I love Alex Vasti. Her writing is beautiful and she’s a fellow bi, neurodivergent girlie and so funny on IG. Do I slide into her DMs? You know it. She also a historical rivals to lovers sapphic romance between gothic writers coming soon and *swoon*

Does he have connexions to the MotoGP paddock? Because Alonso is fucking his way there. He dated Rossi ex (Linda Morselli) and 3 of his exes used to be journalist at the MotoGP Paddock (Lara Alvarez, Andrea Schlager and Melissa Jimenez (who is also the daughter of an Aprilia engineering).

My guess on who will be the next on his list? Davide Brivio, used to be in charge of Rossi's finances/projects and used to be team manager of a MotoGP team until Alpine stole him

While Violetta and León are my preferred couple and I absolutely love them,

León and Lara have this sort of of natural charisma together that makes them feel more realistic as a couple. It's kinda hard to describe, but the way they handle problems is way more grounded even if they weren't all resolved.

And tbh, I suspect that Lara's breakup with León was a way for her to end things without having a bad final impression/moment with him since she still cared about him

But yeah, moments like this make me buy them as a couple so easily:
