Long time no post!

I've been hiding away for the last six months working on this monstrosity of a cosplay: dyeing silks, handsewing seams, and building everything from the ears to the geta to be ready in time for the Mononoke movie's release on the 26th. This is one of those very personal cosplays where blood, sweat and tears really made the whole thing come together, regardless of outside interest or desire for recognition.

I've wanted to cosplay him ever since Ayakashi came out- and made excuses as to why I couldn't for almost two decades, so the movie really was a massive motivator for reigniting the dream ✨️ In that time I was also diagnosed with a rare, progressive, and very painful swallowing disorder, so "a feeling of urgency" really was the theme of this year (oofie ouchie achalasia) lol.

So far, I've only gotten to wear it for a couple of hours at Tekko for the bare minimum of pics, but it gave me a good trial run of the things I'd like to improve upon for the next outing (and there is so, so much before I cosider it finished) and before any pro photos. I considered applying to the mononoke zine, but I didn't think I'd finish it in time. Alas! 😮‍💨

In the meantime, please enjoy the awkwardly posed fruits of my 700+ hours of labour (turns out I physically cannot restrain myself from making Joker faces in front of a camera😭) and if you're able to, go watch the Mononoke movie!! I'll be over here eagerly awaiting its release while I chip away at building Kusuriuri's gyosho bako💜 Happy Movie Day!

That's what you did on the last post! ahaha, well, I heard yours). Here are your disaster twins).

Let me remind you that these are all my headcanons and do not claim to be true!!

Leo would love to perform And would perform under the name "Leon" . In any sense, stand-up, singing, cosplay, in general any performance on stage. He would imagine himself as a pop star or something like that. But yeah!, I'm sure he sings very well.

Our boottyshaker900 loves to dance! you know, the same option when he dances while no one sees. It seems to me that this is why he would have such good stretch and shape, despite the fact that he constantly sits at his computer. It also seems to me that he might have gotten carried away with mixing flavors. Precisely not by cooking, but… from the category when it was his turn to cook, he would prepare the most dubious delicacy and would eat it himself XD

They would hook up with Leo… but probably not one of them, even in the world of death, would admit to their hobby)

And the next ones will be Casey from the the cass series and Liora, my OC from there. And after them, future versions of cass turtles. So, the same rules, it all depends on you^^/

Hello friends,

I have held onto this news for a while now, hoping that we could reverse it, change it, make something good out of it. But sadly I don’t think that’s possible right now.

It’s with a heavy heart that I tell you Dead End is over.

Obviously, we never wanted this to be the case.  In fact, we did a writers room for Season 3.  We have scripts and designs and outlines ready to go.  It was always the plan to give these characters the proper ending they deserve.   But sadly, the powers that be don’t want any more. 

Honestly, we were lucky to make it through everything happening in the last few years.  And I want to emphasize my gratitude to Netflix for commissioning the show and for giving us the freedom to tell this story.  We made history together and I couldn’t be prouder of those twenty episodes and every single member of our crew.

I want to give a huge thank you to the fans.  Your art, cosplay, fic, reactions, TikToks and every interaction with me has been a delight.  I never could have dreamed of a warmer response.  I’ve been so anxious to post this news thinking about you lot.  I hope you’ll be ok. 

So… a sad day.  But I believe we will finish this story some day, some how.  For now, I am working hard on the third and final DeadEndia book which I hope offers some closure.  Our Season 3 plan was based heavily on it.  And I continue to pitch shows with the same heart as Dead End. 

But until then, I hope Barney, Norma, Pugsley, Courtney and the whole Phoenix Parks crew will continue to give you comfort in times of darkness.

Ch.1 A Vacation To Gotham! What Could Go Wrong? (Pt1)

It had been 1 year scince Danny's accident, and 1 year since his parent's masterpiece miraculously started working. In celebration, danny's parents decided to take a holiday to gotham. Mostly to look at the bats, who were obviously ghosts. Just look at signal! Litterally creating ghost orbs. But, as the bats only come out at night (excluding signal) there nothing to do during the day. Nothing exept the mundane things like amusement parks and fast food restraunts.

Danny could tell that his parents were bored and upset that they couldn't interview any bats, (and boy, was danny glad that they'd chilled out after a year of actually interacting with ghosts) but they were still trying to make things fun for themselves too.

The Fentons had split up near the enterance, agreeing to meet up at the food stalls arround 1 for lunch. His parents went to the haunted house - ever reasearching, Jazz would wonder arround for a bit before deciding on her rides, while Danny went right for the roller coasters.

On the way, Danny had an idea; his parents were on the other side of the park, so they wouldn't question him if his hair and eyes suddenly changed colour, and he had been meaning to experiment with looking more alive in ghost form...Ducking into a bathroom, he started transforming. Slowly, Carefully, not touching the clothes, there. Finished, he looked at the miror to find- "I look like a ghost in a tee and jeans."-his skin still had the green tint from the ectoplasam in his veins, and his hair was steaming like dry ice.

The hair was more obviously inhuman, so he tackled that first. It would need to be solid, condensed, thicker and thicker, -too thick!

What once was steam now looked like a plain old block of ice. Maybe, his hair being made of ice would be fine if he seperated it a bit? If he peeled each layer into tiny little strings luke normal hair. Little by little, piece by piece, perfect. The ice string hair was curlier than he'd thought, waves of snow tickling his ears, eyebrows and the back of his neck.

The next problem was the green tint. This would take some thinking. He couldn't just pretend to be cosplaying a Vulcan from star trek. Could he turn his ectoplasam back into blood? Probably not, either he'd end up 'suffocating' (if that was even the right word) as a ghost or just turn back into a human and need to do this all over again.

Veto'd, too dangerous.

Thinking back, didn't frostbite say there was something odd with his ectoplasam and blood? Thats right! There were slight ammounts of ectoplasam in his blood and vice versa. If he could manipulate his remaining blood into the capillaries along the surface of his skin, it'd look like he still had a beating heart!...

Ok, that sounded bad even in his mind.

Shaking off that thought, he pushed his blood to his skin and checked the mirror one last time. Normal teen with white hair? Check. Now, Roller Coaster!

The whole point of these reunions is to show how much you changed for the past 10 years or so. They know about my transition, but it will be so funny and cute to see how they react upon seeing a cute girl like me. I wonder how my old friends look like now after so long. Maybe one of them is my type 🤭

Today is Wednesday and I haven’t done one of those Woman Crush Wednesday posts in a while. This week’s crush is none other than trans cosplayer Michelle Otter/Alter. I’m around her age, but she has been under HRT for about 3 years now. I’ve followed her socials for some time now and her changes have become more noticeable.

One of her most popular cosplay pics is this one with the schoolgirl outfit. The outfit has an infamous reputation for being a little too explicit, but it definitely has attracted the attention of everyone for being sexy and feminine. Michelle cosplayed this outfit last year and she looked hot in the pics. She cosplayed again with this outfit sometime the year again and she’s not only just as hot, but also more femme.

Also, it’s officially back to school season and what better time than to make a caption related to that season. Of course, just because we’re older now doesn’t mean we can fulfill our younger fantasies 😉
