In the winter, I've been wearing Lady Million Royale by Paco Rabanne, it smells luxurious and expensive, like the feeling of evenings at my Doda Esther (z'l)'s apartment in Ramat Gan, like velvet and ornate rugs and crystal chandeliers and pearls and red lipstick. 🌹💄👄🍒

In the summer now, I'm wearing Qaed Al Fursan, the white one, by Lattafa. It's a piña colada cream cookie, soft and sweet and light, like white linen skirts and pink flowers in softly done up hair and drinking the milk straight out of the coconut. ☀️🍍🥥🍹🍪🍦

Navitus Xo Brandy

I had a small sample of this smell for the fall/winter and oh my god I was obsessed. It made me feel sensual and sophisticated. Like a woman who owns a New York penthouse that’s decorated with beautiful browns and shades of orange who makes her own drinks and plays her jazz records all day. Cozy, sensual and warm.

My favorite everyday scent last year, will be getting again. A warm spicy fruity pineapple smell. Reminds me of gold glitter, champagne/bubbly, and the feeling of a sunrise during the spring/summer

Lattafa Qaed al fursan

My favorite summer scent for the poolside. This might turn some people off but I kinda love that it smells like sunscreen to me (especially considering I’m allergic to most sunscreen 😭) but I love the smell of it. It’s creamy, powdery, and sweet but not heavy.

Kayali Vanilla Royale

My Halloween scent when I dressed up as Cleo de Nile. It does make you feel like royalty, of importance. It’s a strong spicy sugary scent that makes you feel powerful and yet delicate. Like a rose painted gold.

ok, this is a perfume that i accidentally let macerate and all i can say is it maceration works. sometimes your perfume has to rest for a little while to activate, and i'm so thankful that happened with this one. she's warm, spicy, and sweet, reminiscent of a spiced boozy dessert. she's a grown gourmand, equally feminine and sexy.

i learned about this brand through a friend's recommendation of their santal and vetiver deodorant. this scent, however, was so polarizing to me that i smelled it at least five separate times until finally deciding to buy this scent in both deodorant and spray forms. honestly, i enjoy wearing this in my hair. it's a body mist, but lasts just as long as an edp. it's mysterious, intoxicating, and almost peppery - most days i can't decide whether i love or hate it, but i can't stop smelling it. it smells like a summer night out in nyc - a crisp rose, standing out in a smoky haze.

this was another initially polarizing scent for me. on the first spray, it smells almost rubbery until it fades into a cloud of amber and spicy florals. it's warm emanates off of the skin like a halo. it's perfect for an intimate night or one spent out and about. this scent will trail you wherever you go, addictingly.
