I'm both excited and filled with dread! Ballad for Jasmine Town has gone up on NetGalley and can be requested for a pre-release read. And though the NetGalley page does not explain the specifics, YES, it is a queer book. Rafi is trans (via magic) and Roxana is bi, and it's just generally a casually queer universe. Awakening the handsome prince is supposed to end the fairy tale, not begin it. But the Highvalley witches have rarely done things the way they're supposed to. On the north Pacific island of Eidolonia, hidden from the world by enchantments, Prince Larkin has lain in a magical sleep since 1799 as one side of a truce between humans and fae. That is, until Merrick Highvalley, a modern-day witch, discovers an old box of magic charms and cryptic notes hidden inside a garden statue. Experimenting with the charms, Merrick finds himself inside the bower where Larkin lies, and accidentally awakens him. Worse still, releasing Larkin from the spell also releases Ula Kana, a faery bent on eradicating humans from the island. With the truce collapsing and hostilities escalating throughout the country, Merrick and Larkin form an unlikely alliance and become even unlikelier heroes as they flee into the perilous fae realm on a quest to stop Ula Kana and restore harmony to their island.

"Being interesting keeps you alive longer in there". Molly Ringle's Lava Red Feather Blue is a standalone fantasy adventure with a fairy-tale feel and a modern twist. Set in our time, but on a hidden island in the Pacific, it's a sweet tale of love and sacrifice, about the machinations of power and about finding common ground. The ending, after the tension is expertly built up, feels a bit rushed, but it manages to stick the landing.

The cast is huge and varied, but the two POV characters shine. They're two vivid and believable figures, one a bit of a troublemaker, the other bound by duty; they clash and merge so beautifully. Merrick is only looking for a way to save his father when he stumbles upon the ancient curse keeping his island safe from danger; Larkin struggles when he suddenly finds himself waking up in the future, everyone he knew dead, with a heavy burden. Their relationship proceeds gradually, as they don't have time for affairs when they're racing against time to save their island. The second half of the novel is where they're really put to the test, with all sorts of trials and dangers.

The world-building was done beautifully. This is a lush paradise hidden from view, the last refuge of the fairies driven away from the rest of the world. The cohabitation isn't easy, and there are grudges on both sides, and clear lines of separation. Humans can't cross the border, for there are many dangers in the parts of the island inhabited by faeries. The fairies are strange and dangerous, and time spent in their land passes differently; it's not an otherworld, it's still on the island's territory, but the rules are different there. Living on the island has also rendered the humans magical and capable of inheriting three different types of magic; and there are half-fae characters, born from unions between humans and fairies.

The contrast with the modern world makes the novel even more interesting, especially with Larkin and his confusion at electricity and the internet. The island isn't cut out from the rest of the world; people from the island can travel elsewhere and come back, or decide to stay away. Progress reached the island too, and was adapted to the magical environment. This lent the novel a unique feel that I really enjoyed. The novel also features poems from Merrick's father, who's ailing from a curse caused by his stay in the fairy lands.

Lava Red Feather Blue is a refreshing take on a Sleeping Beauty premise.

Oooh body horror of dragon slayers love to see what u come up with 😈 ~

You get me! I'm so excited to do this!

Natsu's veins look like actual lava. Most times its very faint and you can't see it but when he gets mad they glow

His blood is so hot that it burns through things. He got a nose bleed once and melted a table

If he uses dragon force too often, his skin starts to blister and peel like super bad burns.

He also has a ton of burn scars. He didn't build up a tolerance to heat overnight and almost all of his body has rough, painful looking scars (little Natsu was always wrapped in bandages)

Gajeel's dead skin is straight iron and can give people tiny cuts. He wears a ton of lotion because any bit of roughness can hurt the people close to him

This is also the case for cuts on his body. The edges of the wounds sharpen and make it almost impossible to get stitches or bandages. He's also injured several doctors

His eyes and skin end up yellowing with age because of the extreme amount of iron in his body

His skin is either insanely cold or hot. If he gets too hot his skin turns bright red and sizzles. Too cold and he can actually freeze over (also yes, he rusts especially around his fingers and toes)

If Wendy uses her Dragon Force too much, she starts sprouting little feather nubs in her normal form. She has to pull them out with tweezers. It's very painful

Overtime her face and hands develop muscle spasms and tremors. She has a hard time controlling her expressions and gets to the point where she can't even hold items because her hands shake so violently

When she uses too much magic, her skin starts to turn blue from lack of oxygen. She has passed out from it before but it's very rare. The blue is almost every time and her lips are now constantly blue

Her finger nails are black/brown from the lack of oxygen in her blood. Overtime her finger tips turn the same color, but the nails start soon after her first dragon force (she hid it by painting her nails but had to tell others once her actual fingers started to turn)

Laxus' veins are also insane. They mostly look crazy like lighting bolts across his entire body. Drawing blood from him is a nightmare. Especially because his veins are incredibly thin too

He also has a shit ton of burn scars. More so on his hands and arms but also the inside of his mouth is incredibly scarred because of use of his magic

His entire back is covered in those lightning bolt scars too. They are not super visible but if you get up close it's insane

Erik's blood is straight acid. Just a papercut is enough to seriously injure someone. It's so strong that he can't even be operated on.

His skin is super thin. Like if you shine a strong flashlight on him, you can see all his veins and stuff

Because Sting's entire body makes light, he has like an insane amount of sun damage. His skin is very rough, cracked, and often has random burn spots scattered around his body

Rogue straight up feels like a dead body. When he was a kid, he looked like one too. Too skinny, bones popping out, super pale, and cold. As he got older he learned how to bulk up, but his magic still takes it's toll on his body

His pupils are always super big. Like you can barely see his eye color because his pupils are massive. Because of this, his eyes look absolutely massive

I have something for you guys ….

here are my redesigns of the four known 7 deadly sins from the hellaverse! I’ll go in order explaining.

Here’s Lucifer — the adjustments I made were primarily to his hair and smaller features, such as giving him goat eyes, a snake themed cane, and pulling more classical and biblical inspiration forward. I love a lot of the artistic liberties in the Hellaverse designs but I do think that him being a curly-redhead is a pretty important thing that I hated to see left out of his design. I also gave him hooves and claws because I felt like he was a bit too human compared to the other sins, and wanted to make him stand out a bit more!

Next is Asmodeus! My main focus was to make it more evident which sin he represented — while I love Ozzie’s design, I felt like his color palette could be slightly more representing of the sin of lust, so I shifted toward warmer toned colors such as red and purple, while sacrificing the green and blue. I wanted to bring across more gender-fluidity since lust is something I think it is important to represent through various gendered lenses and so I went for the whole upper-half masculine lower-half feminine thing that you see here with a vest+button up and a long slit skirt! I also wanted to show more heart motifs that appear to be evident in ironically all of lust and its inhabitants besides Ozzie most of the time, and so I curved his tail and head feathers in a way that made heart shapes, and I placed Bull and Ram in a way where they’re more visible and stand out more so as their own little entities since it’s implied they’re separately sentient.

My girl Beelzebub! I LOVE her design, but I do feel like it leans heavier toward hellhound (and fox somewhat) and not enough toward her insect features, so I gave her Bee stripes as well as putting more emphasis and effort into her wings. I kept the multicolored lava lamp hair and belly but made an extra effort to highlight the gold in it to emphasize the honey/bee theme, while also placing this texture in other places such as her paws and inner-ears. I also gave her a honeycomb crown, and more loose-fitting flowy clothing to display her fun and laid-back nature, while referencing her bee themes again by adding a yellow gradient meant to mimic pollen that gets stuck on bees during their pollination process. I also gave her the funky bug eyes :) anddd sorry but I took away the mohawk, it just felt too cluttered for me to draw among other things.

Here’s Mammon! I may be biased but I love his design so much already that it was difficult to change a whole lot. However, I did find things that I wanted to change. For one, you may notice there are hat and no-hat versions of Mammon here, and that’s because I wanted to display the broken imp-like horns I gave him. In biblical mythology, Mammon often disguised himself as someone who was poor or in need so that he would be able to garner profit from pity, and I think that there is no better way to represent that than ripping off his favorite little brand-baby. I edited a lot of the black in his color palette to be gold instead, as well as adding gold to the fingertips of his gloves as a reference to Midas’ touch. I gave him more of a spider-like appearance since according to a lot of the fandom his species is fairly ambiguous, and I made his shirt (or whatever you call that lol) a bit shorter and less cluttered because I often struggled with drawing it. I also attempted to adjust his proportions a bit as I feel like the designs for the fat characters in Helluva and Hazbin often struggle a bit with proportions and it feels important to me to better represent them.

That’s all I got, but I also created my own takes on the sins that haven’t been revealed yet, which may end up being one of my next posts! I’m doing my best to stay active in the art community and this media has given me some motivation and fuel. Any input is welcome as long as we stay positive ❤️

It's been closed for hours, but she still claws at the empty obsidian portal as if it'll bring back the shiny purple teleporting film.

It's too hot in the nether. An obvious observation with all the lava and brimstone everywhere, but it adds directly to the stress mounting in her brain. A wail boils in the bottom of her throat, just as red hot and desperate as her blood.

The last thing she saw; Roier reaching out to her and screaming her name-- it's seared into her brain, sitting just behind her eyelids. Glass shattering, dull laughing. Being smothered by the air itself.

She wants to go home. She wants out of this stupid deal, wants the weight of all the items Cucurucho made her collect to go away, wants her feathers to stop hurting. Wants the eggs to be safe, wants to not be burning to death like a exploding star in a void of reds and oranges.

She wants to go home.

Fate, decidedly, is not nice to her.

The portal never re-alights with purple wisps. She stops sitting and wishing by it when a Ghast shoots a fireball at her that she just barely escapes. Some of her feathers are singed.

To avoid such an incident again, she builds a little shelter, carving into netherrack wall and blocking it in with overworld-based cobblestone. Fills it with assorted things shoved in her backpacks. Somewhere up the line she'd shoved an easel and some canvases in one of them. Thankful for the distraction now, she paints her friends and the overworld and the three of them, their three little star orbit. Just Roier and Jaiden and Bobby, a family.

The heat hates her. She hates it right back. It's too smothering, a heavy weighted blanket thrown over her. Gets between her feathers and her skin to the point she plucks a few singed ones out and then a few more. An obvious stress response.

Its lonely. She spends her time mining materials and fighting off mobs and trying not to fall into lava. Sleeps as much as she can. Makes the mistake of putting a bed down and trying to use that-- barely survived the explosion it caused-- istead pulls together a nest of the softest things she stored in the backpacks.

So much time to kill. She quickly finds she's used all of her canvases and wastes precious materials to make more. The little cobblestone hut becomes a wall of art, attempts to hold onto slipping memories in hellish confinement. Green grass and blue skies start meshing with the orange and muddy mix of red and brown.

Repeatedly, she finds herself back at the portal. Pounding on it with fists and getting bruises. Trying to light it with the flint and steel, or a block of wood and lava on the rare occasion. Nothing works. She stops trying that after a while. It had to be broken from the other side.

Eventually something breaks in her. It dawns on her. This is it. There's nothing left. She's stuck.

No one was coming to get her.

[If only she knew both sides. Their desperate attempts to repair the portal, make the damn thing light. It never seems to work. Cucurucho laughs at their attempts. Roier tears fingers across the brimstone and yells for his friend. Cellbit has to drag him away repeatedly when the sun sets and the moon is high.]

1) Last book I read:

The Scottish Boy by Alex de Campi. I really really love me some historical fiction that digs into the actual political complexities and realities of the feudal system. Defiantly one of the spicier books I've read recently, which made it fun to listen to when I was doing mundane activities like shopping. The audio book narrator is absolutely stellar though, and I would recommend to anyone who likes feudal politics.

2) A book I recommend:

The House in the Cerulean Sea by TJ Klune has become my Swiss army recommendation: a light contemporary fantasy, full of warm vibes and a sweet story at it's heart. It's still got teeth for tackling social issues- beneath the sweetness it is primarily a criticism of our Foster/education systems and how they fail the most vulnerable. I seem to recall that one of the praise quotes floated on this one a lot is 'feels like being wrapped up in a big fluffy gay blanket' and concur.

3) A book that I couldn’t put down:

In Other Lands by Sarah Reese Brenan. A Narina pastiche about a annoying know it all who gets taken too a fantasy other world. It's incredibly funny and compelling and weird, and I couldn't stop reading it. Brenan is a master at making her characters both three dimensional and frustrating and so easy to love, and while I wish I knew more of the exact details of her world- she engages with the ideas and conflicts she sets up in a such multifaceted way that I don't really think I mind the lack of a map, or timeline, or political flowchart.

4) A book I’ve read twice (or more)

Eye of the World by Robert Jordan. I've lost count of how many times I've read it exactly- more then thirty and at least once every few years since I first read it. This one is a core memory for me, or maybe a load baring pillar of my personality.

5) A book on my TBR

Oh man. A lot. Like. A lot a lot. But I really am hoping to get to Ocean's Echo by Evrina Maxwell this year. I adored Winter's Orbit so much, but Ocean's Echo has just been sitting on my nightstand, waiting.

6) A book I’ve put down

I really tried with Dark Rise by C.S. Pacat. I just couldn't get into and I don't know why. I may swing back to it when I find the time. It feels like I would like it a lot if I could get far enough in.

7) A book on my wish list

Lava Red Feather Blue by Molly Ringle. It seems very up my alley.

8) A favourite book from childhood

I've always had as soft spot for the Artemis Fowl books. I fell off them in a way I didn't with the likes of Percy Jackson and I wonder if I would feel the same way if I circled back around to them now- probably not but they'll always have a special place for being the books to introduce me to the heist genre and predispose me to liking things like Ocean's 8 and Leverage.

9) A book you would give a friend

As a gift? It would depend on the friend. A Psalm for the Wildbuilt by Becky Chambers probably- since it's short sweet and pretty impossible to hate imo. I have problems with Becky Chambers's brand of....warm cynicism? Their is an undercurrent to a lot of her works that boils down to 'humanity is screwed already short of some kind extra-human intervention', especially her Wayfareres series. I feel like Wildbuilt is one of her books that engages with that idea in a more thoughtful and interesting manner. It has some of the most thoughtful and interesting conversations about humanity and nature that I've run across in a long time, and it's short which is always a plus for a gift book.

10) The most books you own by a single author

Robert Jordan baby, at a cool 11 (or 14 depending on how you count the last three). I adore Jordan's Wheel of Time series more then I can put into adequate words. Core memory. Load bearing pillar. Canon event. Etc etc.

11) A nonfiction book you own

Not many. I'm not a big nonfiction reader to be honest. I think I have a copy of the Sawbones book, by Dr McElroy hanging around somewhere.

12) what are you currently reading

I'm currently revisiting the Percy Jackson series. I intend to probably take a tour through the whole thing- the original five, HOO, Magnus Chase, Trials of Apollo, etc etc. Partly it's a desire to watch the show but also a desire too reexamine my relationship to these works. I read them while I was in their target audience, and while not as foundation for me as WoT, I would say their still pretty important.

13) what are you planning on reading next?

I think I want to try and give Heaven's Official Blessing another go. It's the only MXTX work I've bounced off of, which is weird since I'm pretty sure consensus is that it's her best work. I've been meaning to get back to it for a while. If still bounce off it, I'll try something off TBR- either Ocean's Echo or Lava Red Feather Blue.

tyutyurikan

Owl people with taloned feet, claws, and feathers in few certain areas of their bodies, such as their chest shoulders/back trailing up to their hair and the area in which their skin turns into bird like legs at their knees. They also have no eyebrows. The average height for an adult tyutyurikan is 8 to 9 feet tall. They can resemble any type of owl Tyutyurikans affected by the curse are stronger, and overall just have enhanced natural abilities, which are already strong to begin with.

Fish people, can resemble any kind of fish. They have webbed feet and hands, and usually have inhumane skin tones, such as green, or red. They have few scales, in areas such as patches on their face, neck, or legs. They have siren like ears. Average height for a yukan person is 5’2 to 6’1 feet tall. They can hold their breathe for days at a time. They can have serpent like tails, but it’s completely random, linked to genetics.

Wuzeikan

Squid people, they have human like skin tones, however it’s possible for them to look greyish, or reddish. similar to yukan people, have webbed feet and hands, and siren like ears, however, they have no scales. It’s common for them to have large eyes. They can hold breathe for 24 hours at a time, they have two little triangle shaped fins on their necks, and down the middles of their arms, rather than normal hair, it grows down into two functioning tentacles.

Eel people They can have either human skin tones, or look greyish, but either way they appear fluorescent, they have human like ears, and webbed feet and hands. White is a common hair colour, but it can resemble the colour of any types of eel. Unlike yukan and wuzeikan people, they can breathe underwater, and have gills on their necks.

Cat people, they can see in the dark and have retractable claws instead of normal nails, they have cat ears instead of human ears, and they have tails. They have human skin tones, and the colour of their hair can be anything a cats could be. They have natural ability in climbing and running. They also have the ability to purr. They have fangs. They share a lot of characteristics to cats, such as mannerisms, slow blinking, thrashing tail when angry, on their feet, they have toe beans :3

Zhamengshukan

Mantis people Compared to the others, they share more dna with tyutyurikans, and are also technically not human. However they are still seen as normal people in society, despite being feared by some. The average height for a zhamengshukan person is 7’0 to 9’0 feet tall. They have antennas and instead of irises, they have cloudy eyes and small black pupils. They can have any normal skin tone, but it’s still common to have undertone colours of any colour a mantis can be. The hair colour green is most common, but it can be any colour a mantis can be. Some of them don’t have straight legs, and instead their calves jut out weirdly, like an antelope or something, but this is only about 35% of them.

Fenikisikan

Inhuman lava bird like creatures, their average height being around 5’3 feet tall. Commonly tan with red eyes and black hair, accented by red feathers that trail down their back from their head. Instead of human like feet they instead of black talons, that begin around their knees. They have the ability to turn into birds, but is used mainly at night to concentrate heat to their bodies, essential for surviving the cold of nights, however it’s impractical to take the form of a bird during the day due to the risk of overheating. They live on volcanic spires, the higher up the higher their status is.

Xiarenkan

Shrimp person, they have antennas that can vary in colour, commonly 5-6 feet tall, can hold breath for 6 hours at a time, and has very good eye sight, can be any skin tone, commonly with green/blue/pink undertones, can see colours others can’t. They commonly practice witchcraft, the xiarenkan gods rules being very lenient when it comes to who and how their people choose to worship

Ekekan

Moth people, they can have any skin tone, they have fluffy antennas, are sensitive to sunlight, have no visible pupils, have markings of wings on back, but no actual developed wings. They’re averagely 5-6 feet tall. They’re on average very closed off and religious, nearly to the point they’re considered a cult.

Bachikan

Bee people, averagely getting up to 7 feet tall. A small group of people who live in the forests far west of eko, a hive of sorts, they reproduce asexually, and have one queen, who is the mother of all the hives members, on average there are usually 560 members at a time, they live in underground tunnels, made to be an efficient civilization for them, they have wings, though they cannot fly, they have fluff around their ankles and wrists, and instead of having stingers, their venom is administered through bites. They’re peaceful, and only attack when threatened.

So-

These motherffuckers live on a really huge and damn dangerous planet with two suns and mostly hostile creatures. There's a lot of wild and different types of climates. The water is acidic, the clouds are extremely dense, and plants are also very dangerous. Yet though, these ffuckers seem to be the only sentient bitches on the whole damn orb.

There's a lot of racism ffucking obviously but it's coming from all sides. But there's also a lot of love. Their societies range from spiraling nauseatingly tall clusters of buildings to two dudes on an island and everywhere in between.

General design notes, mostly coloration wise y'know-

Their blood can be ANY color, but shades are specific to different type. And blood color determines hair(or feather) color, eye color, fins, marking color, and antenna and whatnot. I just used red and blue and green for examples it is not limited.

Pointy parts for. Well. Protection.

The parts colored as black act as kinda like an exoskeleton, though in general their skin is pretty tough, especially the face, and especially the face fangs.

Can generally have any shape horns, they come in all shapes and sizes.

Pretty much every single one has different markings.

Clothes. Are... A thing. Yes. They wear clothes actually lol.

More joints in their legs than humans have.

Yes they can dye their hair and paint their markings different colors.

There are ghosts! This species exists in a world with magics and supernatural elements and whatnot.

Ok so. Shit I have for them at the current moment.

Land-

Majority.

Their blood is generally mid-tone, skin grey, darker in warmer areas, lighter in colder.

Good hands, feet, and tail for grabbing things.

Two horns. One set of horns. However you put it. They use them bitches for navigation and farming and electricity. And of course murder.

Sea-

Second most uncommon.

No noses we don't do that in the ocean.

Bitches be in acidic ffucking water.

Their blood is generally bright and neon, skin can range anywhere from super light grey to super dark grey depending on how deep they are.

Smaller eyes than average DUH. They ain't using them for much.

Skin is dark, cuz of the sun. Blood is dark too.

Possible mutations-

Pictured is a land dweller with bat-like wings. It is a rare trait to have, but also they can actually fly.

Blood shade that doesn't match the type.

Abnormal amount of horns for type, including no horns at all.

Two different blood colors in one guy. They do not blend. This affects eyes and hair and markings.

Pupils.

Black or white blood? Nah that's just a myth. Right? Lmao.

Various other tidbits of mixings and matchings of traits, like gills on a land dweller or antenna on a sky dweller.

what happened in riptide 97 again.. its been so long....

OHHH MY GOD OKAY (tdlr is at the bottom if u want a quick sum lmao i just like long summaries its like enrichment for me) so thats the episode i think right after the pull up to zero and beat the shit out of the ghost house, chip and gilly have a convo with ollies mom and she smacks one of em i forget who and is like whyd you keep my son away. theyre both like yeah thats fair! and they return to the house and gillion and chip make an underground pool in there- chip offers the mind reading braclets to gilly and is like hopefully maybe thisll help with the nightmares? and they all go 2 bed!

Gillion wakes uo and hes feeling refreshed!!! (he still has the kuba kenta curse at this point) but he actually got whole night sleep and its looking like its not like. enflamed or hurting anymore! they make jokes about it being healed with the power of friendship and all and then gryffon knocks on the door of the house.

gryffon tells em that he tailed the leader of the gang that was threatening ollies mom and he found their hideout, so the trio race off i fucking forget if like gryffon comes or not??????? they get to the hideout and fight a couple bitches in masks and they tell one of the guys to lead them to the "boss" but i forget so bad who but one of the albitrio puts the braclet on the goon and hes like "heh, if they pull the blue lever theyll get sent to the pit but if they pull the red lever theyll meet the boss and hell have my head!"

so the four of them pullup to this bar thing and chip of course pants a guy (rememver when they were fucking obsessed with pants cause i completely forgot) and the other guy pantses chip and the bar laughs or whatever and. SOMETHING HAPPENS I THINK IYS LIKE AN ENCOUNYTER OR SMTH OR ONE OF THE THREE MAKES A WRONG JOKE but charlies like "no worries! ill pull the blue lever!"

and everyones like charlie. and hes like what its gonna get us to the boss! and condi while laughing cause its condi is like THATS THE LEAVER TO THE PIT and charlies like. i legit fucking forgot what one was what one. so the albatrio falls down this fucking PIT and once again i fucking forget but some interaction happens here (iu think feather fall was cast these guys plummet so much) and gillion casts vortex warp on the other 2 so they land at the top! gillion im pretty sure lands at the bottom and something happens to where he passes out.

charlie is asked to leave and then grizzlys like :3 audience you dont get to know eitherrrr! and gilly boy wakes up in a cage with the boss in the middle of the room. chip and jay are described as looking "so fucking bad dude" and charlies like i thought yall had it!!!!! and bizly is like nah dude it was so fuckinh rough we do not have it. im pretty sure jays chained to the wall via her foot and chip is busted up in the middle of the room with the boss.

the boss laugjs and i forget but i think he pulls off his face and is revealed to be price! and he laughs and says some stuff about giving chip a fair fight in this like. lava arena and kicks him his swords! chip tries to fight him a little bit but after a moment he runs to jay to try and cut her chains, and price taunts him a little before saying smth like "i wantr you. to die" and chip just. drops dead in front of jay. no rolls nothin nada.

Gillion was fading in and out and at this point gillion does that and jay is right in front of him, her foot is so fucking mangled like she broke it to get out and she looks sooooo fucking fucked up. price also taunts them and jays like "fuck you" and price blasts her and she disintegrates. imto dust. just like that.

gillion is so distraught and hes like "NO THEY WOULDNY GO OUT LIKE THAT" and gillion tries to fight price but he gets bested and WAKES UP IN THE UNDERGROUND GHOST HOUSE POOOLLLLLL

so it was all a curse dream made worse by the bracelet and how much later stages it is. gillion throws jay across the room because he dosent believe this is real and is like YOURE DEAD YOURE ALL DEAD!!!!! the other two try to comfort him and im blanking so fucking hard on the rest but this is uaually what people refrence/mean then they say 97 :3

TLDR: ollies mom scolds chip and gill, they make underground pool in ghost house, go to sleepy, gill wakes up refreshed, they go to the mob boss of zeros hideout, gillion pulls the wrong lever and they all fall in a pit, gill vortex warps the other two and they get seperated, when gillion wakes up everyone looks incredibly fucked up, price is there and straight up kills chip and jay and then taunts gillion and "kills" him, gillion wakes up back in the ghost house pool because it was all a nightmare of the kuba kenta variety, and he then doubts everythinh around him and if anythings actually real! :D

OKEY HERE WE GO!

Heres my design for them along with my headcanons. I thought about making it into two parts because for part 2 i wanted to explain my heacanon about the whole sticfigure thing like:

How different born sticks are, do they have a lifespan, by nameing a regular stick with a unique name will have powers etc.. But i just eneded up making it into one sooooo here it is.

Designs.

Clothes

Tsc: is mostly okey with it, but they only would wear a hoodie and thats it.

Red: is not that intrested in clothes but he loves wearing his scarf and later on the yellow bandana .

Yellow: probably the one who is not that fond of clothes but she some times (which is so rare) will wear some really long clothes just for a few hours than never touch it again for who know how long.

Blue: is the one who likes it the most, one of their favourite is the farmer clothes because its helps her not get dirty that much while gardening, but also she wears it because its hepls them cover the burn mark on their body.

Green: is kinda like SC about clothes, he dont mind it but doesnt like it eather. A hoodie is enough for him.

Purple: loves all of it, he would look trough all of his colletcted clothes thinking what types are still missing from his collection. But even tho he has so many he just cant bring himself to wear any of it, the clothes makes his skin feel itchy and wearin one leavs him feel uncomfortable. He doesnt have a problem using his elytra tho.

Tco and Tdl: flammable clothes and flames dont really mix well.

Ko/Mt: Not a fan. But if you see him wearing cloths it would be out of spite or hes plotting something that no one will going to like.

(bonus for the elytra)

The original color of the item is grayish and cant really be used to fly with it if u dont have a eyes of ender to power it. But when powered the elytra will color it self and can shape into any wing types depending on the one who using it.

It has four different wing classes: hide (which has two types the pterosaur wing type and the bat wing type), feathered (yeah all of the flying bird wing types), and the bug (which conteins the butterfly/moth wing type, the fly wing type, the dragonfly wing type and the beetle wing type), and the mix class (meaning more than one wing type can be fused togethere creating a more unique elytra).

Even if the elytra is powered by the eyes of ender the only thing that can make it fly is the metalic spine like attachment that comes with the regular elytra. The spine will attach it self on the users back and the little wires that stand out on both side will connect to the user nervus system making it able to feel trough the elytra and also controling it as if it was a body part. It comes in handy in fights some times. But since it is a huge down side that the back is not protected (expect the beetle type), so thats why there are sensors connected to the spine. Those sensor are work like a cat whiskers

The balanced thing about the elytra is that if you damage the eyes of ender it will power down and cant be used, but if you damage the spine than you wont be able to fly.

Scars

The CG have remaining scras from Tdl.

Tsc: has the scar on both on their back and chest with little slash marks on their face, arm and legg.

Green: has the scar on their chest.

Yellow: scar from Tdl is starts from her chest trough the troath and ends at their mouth. They also has a scar on their forehead where the light was when she was possessd by the lucky block.

Blue: scar from the Tdl is on her back. Half of their body is covered by the burn mark from the lava.

Red: had the scars from Tdl but it fused with the scars that Herobrine left. Since Herobrine was forcefully got pulled out from Red two times, Red now has two huge scars on his back and chest. (Also white eyes, he can still see)

Tco: has scras on their chest where Tdl stabbed him with the spikes(?), and slash marks on their body from fights.

Tdl: has a burn mark on their chest from Tsc. Some visible srcars while fighting Tco.

Purple: has a burn mark mixed with a scar what is starts from his face trough the right eye (purple half blind because of it) and neck and ends at their chest. (Also has lighter colored scars from fighting againts whatever the f was Mt blasting him with.)

Mt: burn marks on both arms from the staf, has jaw problems (thank you Red), and lighter scars by being consumed by the void.

Created sticks with names, created sticks with just color name, born sticks, and baby sticks headcanons.

Created stick with name

The created sticks with names are most likely get powers, some are weak some are powerfull and the inbetween. Not just holow head sticks can have powers when named. This class is the highest but also the rarest. Cant be killed (even if there is a more powerfull stick there to combat them they cant kill eachother) they are basically immortal, the only one who can eliminate them are the one who created them.

Created sticks with just color names

Probably the most comon one. They dont have powers but they arent effected by age eather, meaning age cant kill them but like being stabbed or shot (only if its not in game), and sicknes can kill them. This class is the middle.

Born sticks

Unlike the other two class this is the low class but not because they cant fight but because they are born. Dont worry they are not treated any lass by the stick community, they still can do what other created sticks with color names can do, they just short lived. While created sticks in anly class cant grow, born sticks actually can and they can be quiet big when adults.

The lifespan of the born stick is debends on the parents.

If both parent were born, then their child will have a the same short lifespan like their parents, around 150 years.

If one parent was created but the other was born their child have a bit longer lifespan, around 450 years.

If both parent was created their child would able to live for 1000 year.

Baby stick

Since sticks are nothing like any living creature on earth (they are sticksfigures in the digital word like comon) they are genderless (but they still go by he/him, she/her, they/them etc...). In short they have to share codes with eachother for them to have a kid.

Bonus

Created sticks can be different height but unable to grow taller.
