Hey Caitlin! Okay so this really has nothing to do with anything I’m just really good at complaining and am particularly annoyed with people’s stupid takes on the internet. As both a metal fan and a kpop fan I can 100% confirm metal fans get waaay less hate then kpop fans. The amount of hostility I get after casually mentioning something about liking kpop, it’s insane ! And plenty of old male BM fans (on the metal side) like to act like suddenly it’s not cool to like metal and that they get bullied for it ???? Like you know what’s not cool, being a woman in a male dominated space who likes something “traditionally feminine” (since that’s how I feel kpop is viewed in the US) and will get attacked for it like men need to shut up. (This is a product of me getting a Twitter, it’s already unbearable) aNYWAYS I’m sorry for coming in here and ranting I’m just like so sick of this fandom, I hope you’re having a good day/night tho, thank u for having such an awesome blog <33

Second, that sounds like this fandom and I'm sorry you've had to deal with it. Older men especially really do love to trash on things they deem for young women (esp teen girls) and it is so transparent and gross. But you are too right about being in male dominated spaces and having such interests, like they genuinely think they're the ones who get shamed or whatever but then they're the ones who turning around to harass young women. I mean just the sheer number of times I've gotten stories similar to this....so yeah, men do indeed need to shut up lol

Hey!! Saw a bunch of stuff on ur blog about the endeavor situation and like look,,,,, I really don’t like endeavor, I appreciate what hori is doing for his character and I think he’s doing a great job, just me with my own personal stuff will never be able to like him or see him as redeemed (and thats my own problem, no one elses) but like,,,,,, lmao ppl really think Dabi is any better?? Hey, not liking him is perfectly valid. No character has to be liked, everyone has the right to perceive and enjoy whatever characters they want in fictions. The reason I’m so adamant when it comes to Endeavor is because of the sheer amount of ridiculousness like what you’re talking about about.
