This is a picture from my latest performance in Belgium. It was a beautiful performance and I learned a lot about animal atavisms and the possibility of exploring ones qualities with dance, ritual and art. A very interesting experience indeed . One of the tricks and highs of the malignantly narccistic personality is the safety trigger. "Do what I tell you or I will tell everyone you are bad." This mode of thought comes from what kids do when their Mommy or Daddy don't bring them what they want so they cry in front of everyone so that the parent feels worried enough about their personal image that they end up buying what the kids want. The Narcissist didn't grow out of this cycle. They still do that. This takes shape in the form of desperate cries for help. Or the other one, habits of self drowning through addictive sorrow and attachment to the frustrating and the frustrated. We all have this in us. But we might as well understand that these patterns can be so subconscious, that we might end up acting on them thinking we are the ones being hurt while the fact of the matter is we are doing most of the hurting including ourselves. Today's reading! New beginnings are on their way. But it seems that we have as an energy to work with is the lunar energy from our past that we cultivated in July. This "dark" energy can be worked with to our benefit of we are willing to see emotions from the concept of momentum, trajectory and flow. We are guided to look at the emotions that we are interacting with. That is to say the energies that influence us as we influence them. We should look at them in a way that would help us understand why in our partnerships we find it hard to move from one point to another. This can lead us however; to feel stuck again for today as we still this energy is coming from a place of grief and suffering that we might seem to be influenced to prefer lying about rather than confronting. What is worse than a straight up lie is a white lie that we tell ourselves about a circumstance. Be honest with yourself there is a way to remove toxicity from circumstances if you are willing to confront it head on. May your mercury go direct with great luck and fortune. One of the interesting topics about magic is spirit medium ship. First off tost out of the window into the Garbage can the idea that you an preconceived notions about this subject not because it is not true but because it is. In my experience....spirits talk through us all the time...they inspire us. They even give us ideas to do things......one of those spirits is us. That spirit that is you....you have to understand its character first....how seductive it is....how good and how bad it is as it is. Don't try to shape it get to know it. Your spirit is divine but divine doesn't mean impotently good or predatorially terrifyingly bad but rather it is what it is and you better start knowing and working with it to build your character. Now as for spirit mediumship..... Spirits will talk to you when you want to listen. The problem is that this requires a lot stabilization and grounding because there is a very thin line between magick and stupidity that leads to insanity asylum. I would suggest learn first to speak first to your spirit from there as it to show you the way and lead you to knowing the Gods and the spirits. But remember; just because it is divine it doesn't mean it is good but it can be great and that can get dangerous......so listen but don't believe unless you have worked with that spirit for a while and know that it is what it claims to be.....some spirits you don't need confirmation....because there are technologies that comes with their tradition to keep imposter spirits away. As I said in many previous posts.....learn your shit while practicing it.
