Can an experience be medicine? Abso-freakin-lutely!

I was recently talking with a practitioner friend about the healing value of experiences. She shared an experience that felt healing for her, and that it somehow felt familiar. Like deja vu.

This got me thinking. So, I connected with my guides and asked them about the deja vu phenomenon. Here’s my channeled response, which had an unexpectedly medicinal vibe:

"Deja vu is a feeling you get when you're in alignment with your higher self and 'mission' in this moment. It's a sensation that cannot be explained using Earthly terms or words, as it is an experience that extends beyond this realm of reality. It connects with MORE of you existing elsewhere (other timelines, versions of you, etc.) in a way that we cannot fully comprehend with our human brains. Whenever you notice this feeling, take notice of where you are and what you're doing as there are soul messages connecting with your body and landing inside your cells that are in your highest good. You do not need to understand what this is, noticing it is medicine for your soul."

You may have a different explanation of deja vu. If so, that’s cool - I’d love to hear it.

By no means am I saying this is the absolute truth about something we cannot truly explain. However, I find it an empowering perspective so thought I’d share 💖.
