I think it's interesting that Vivi calls out Luffy for his reckless leadership and at the time he says good point and then immediately comes up with a reckless plan to save Nami (but asks for her consent) and then it's Vivi who learns about Wapol's terrible leadership of just doing whatever he wants whenever he wants and how that fucked up Drum Island and not Luffy who just defeats Wapol and moves on

I can understand why Vi loves Cait. She rescued her yada yada. But literally what does Cait see in Vi? She's Jinx's sister!!!!!! Also everybody is speculating that Vi might stop Jinx's arrest in season 2? After that how could Cait not kick Vi to the curb? And now she'll become an addict! Surely her desirability is becoming less and less? What does Vi bring to the table?

I mean... Vi is extremely hot, but besides that, I think Caitlyn sees her humanity and her empathy for others. She's definitely hot-headed and brash sometimes, but I think Caitlyn finds it admirable. Ms Kiramman can tell that Vi has had a difficult upbringing and she's sensible to that, at least. She loves her for the same reasons we do as viewers, even though she doesn't have the full picture yet. Vi is very endearing despite it all. Since Caitlyn doesn't meet that many new people, I believe it made her connection to Vi more intense and her attachment happened faster than she could have expected. Physical attraction can't be neglected either.

After all, Vi is the reason Caitlyn discovered Zaun for the first time (arguably). Vi is the person who opened her eyes to the reality of people like herself. Vi has many qualities that Caitlyn would fall for.

Now, I have no idea how Caitlyn will react to the aftermath. I don't think she'd kick Vi to the curb because of her sister's actions, but I don't expect her to be too thrilled about their affiliation after everything we've witnessed. It'll be interesting to see unravel for sure.

Since Vi will be brawling and hallucinating Caitlyn in the crowd, I assume they will have an argument resulting in Vi's arc changing drastically.
