Let’s break out the cycle and aim to become agents of change for the betterment of the world.

Stop the assumptions and generalizations of Muslims.

Bringing awareness is vital for creating and pushing towards social change, especially when it comes to Islamophobia. People need to know what Islam really teaches and that it isn’t anything to be afraid of.

Becoming more knowledgeable about the issue and actually questioning what they see and hear because not everything you come upon is true.

Doing this can be the catalyst for change.

Getting youth involved because they bring so much energy and can get the ball rolling for things to move forward.

Creating projects to battle islamophobia and the complexity of Islamophobia as a whole. Not only addressing the issue, but creating a safe space and platform for Muslims or anyone who feels they’re impacted by islamophobia to tackle the issue in various ways. In essence, looking beyond the frame and resisting and countering Islamophobia as a whole.

And relized I want to be one of those people. I want to help make the world better and make a difference. I have relized over time my reasons for being vegan have evolved from just for my health but to also include saving the planet and animals. I really want to increase awareness of the effects when are having on the world and out health if we keep in this path. That is why I applied for school to be a health coach and have started to put a website of information to make everyone's life easier and to bring awareness about the issues I feel are upmost important. If we're going to insist on keeping animals in captivity for our profit and entertainment, we should make sure that the best possible care and environments are available to them, and the London Aquarium is not providing anything even close to that.

Sea Life and Merlin Entertainment are committing an act of cruelty by keeping penguins in this condition, and this needs to change.
