Invertober is back! The (mandatory) drawing challenge where you draw an invertebrate every day. It's for everyone and *mandatory.* Last year they had no ants on the list! I was very upset... this year there is one ant... an improvement, still so much more room to grow!

last song i listened to: brand new city by mitski (i was having a rough day lol)

favourite colour: i love me some good deep forest green, but really most hues of green will work 💚

currently watching: nothing, actually! although i HAVE been reading a webtoon that im really enjoying! thats Jungle Juice :)

sweet/spicy/savoury?: definitely sweet. i cant handle spice for the life of me </3 i love a lot of savoury foods too, but im definitely a sweet tooth above all

relationship status: taken, by the lovely lovely wonderful @wooteena 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶!!!!!!!!! its been over 3 years, how crazy (and im still rotting away on tumblr 😭)

current obsession: im not sure i can pick just one!!!! ive been hyperfixated on Formula 1 and specifically Oscar Piastir for months and months and idk if itll ever blow over... ive also really been on the airplane grind (almost got arrested for Standing Near the Airport Looking at Planes) and ive been playing Hatsune Miku Project Sekai Colorful Stage practically every day 😞 so i think that counts. im basically obsessed with everything except upcoming exams tragically.

last searched: all the tabs on my Wikipedia app are just different types of insects, because i liked the Jungle Juice universe a lot and wanted to make an oc within it. they ended up being a type of owlfly (libelloides baeticus iirc) but it was very close between that and a spoonwing or jumping spider. :)

today while being gay and investigating abandoned places we found an owly sulphur (libelloides coccajus), a beautiful type of owlfly!

here's some more very special bugs!
