When recognizing a mistake, don't you instinctively strive for improvement? Similarly, when life knocks someone down, don't they inherently seek to rise stronger than before?
Our inner light is the greatest source of guidance. Is it not fitting that celebrities are called stars, shining bright? When we close our eyes, darkness fades, revealing our own radiant potential. Etho is definitely one of my favorites. I knew going in that I wanted him in a black surgical mask and had an idea of how I wanted to layer his outfit to recreate Kakashi's vest and ninja outfit, and I think Dior really delivered in terms of giving me lots of classic, stylish pieces to work with. It was a stroke of luck that that coat was the exactly right shade of lichen green! I probably could've gone without the sunglasses for him, to better show his heterochromatic eyes, but it just felt right for him to have a pair on, and the transparent blue meshes really will with the rest of his color scheme and the lighting in the piece. And don't worry, you'll be seeing more blue sunglasses towards the end...
Love is the understanding that we are all exiles, immigrants, and pilgrims and we need to find a home. Lovers desire a beloved to make them whole. But it won’t. The desire to be whole is really a desire for a better home, and for the One in that better home. It is a desire for security, safety, and stability in another person. But the truth is: you can't find it in another person. It exists in you. And, paradoxically, outside of you. It is a communion with the self and with an other and only then will you find Home.
