is she a constantly happy character? I didn't plan it I was taking a break from drawing l/o/t/r characters #initially it was going to be a creepy sun emboding moon's whole thing. Then moon playing pretend and mascarading as sun #then a nod to sun and moon being indeed the same person. something I usually dont draw because I view them as separate #then I accidentally added in moon's hat even though I already had the rays. because I rarely draw sun so it's instinct #and this all started because I had this vivid image of sun's wide eyes in shadows so deep you can make out his ghostly white iris #point is: not even I the artist know if this is eclipse. if this is sun. if this is moon. if this is them mid switch. this is the DCA #traditional art #done with grey brush pen tgat I added water to. a black brush. black fineliner. and several layers of white pencil to wash out that eye #(it was painted black)#plus white watercolour for the iris #yes I had to do it like this. the camera doesn't capture it well but in person all that work made the eye exactly how I envisioned it #what a tag rant for a fanart that took less than an hour before dinner lmao

MINE SPECIFICALLY)

YESSSSSS I AM SO EXCITED FOR EVERYONE ON ENG, chapter 5 is some of the most PEAK Diafamily content imo. 🤌 it's definitely my favorite part of episode 7 so far! (though 6 is pretty close...)

some (mostly) non-spoilery advice: on the hex maps, check out the non-required story cells, especially in the later parts! some are basically just throwaways, but there's some real good scenes hidden in there too that are potentially missable. 🥄 (it shows which cells you've cleared on previous attempts, so if you're low on resources and/or super impatient like me, do just the required ones to get through it, then when you're ready go back and restart as necessary to get to the others. enjoy! >:)

Can't help but imagine that in the Lucky Clover AU, if Frisk were to manage to sneak away and end up befriending Undyne and the skelebros whilst everyone in the Dunes is probably having a panic attack (maybe Flowey caused a distraction or something, like some scaffolding collapsing causing everyone to focus on figuring out how that happened, giving Frisk the ability to sneak away), by the time Martlet finds them they've already managed to make the Underground a bit safer for at least themself.

Doesn't stop them from being grounded though-

That's exactly the plot set up I had in mind for this AU!

Even though Frisk is under very strict rules by Clover to not leave the Dunes without them, Frisk is constantly wandering off (perhaps influenced by a certain someone...) and exploring the other parts of the Underground. This is how Frisk eventually meets Papyrus, Sans, Undyne, Alphys, and others! And yes, Frisk is always grounded by Clover once they're eventually found and brought home. Doesn't stop them from sneaking out again, though. Clover is getting a taste of their own medicine trying to control this kid LOL.
