I was using my phone on the street, and i slide it in my pocket, and apparently in the next 3 minutes it decided to suicide because the next time i take it out its screen just straight up not work anymore, which is a huge problem because i cant log in to my phone and also cant save any data out despite looking through all solutions

Got a new phone (because the original phone was old enough anyways), try to see what i can salvage, and in the end i think i lost like half a year of photos because i somehow just forgot to backup that part of data. Funnily enough the fanarts i gathered from social medias are all intact, like basically all of them. Tens of thousands of fanart from years back to yesterday. Sure got my priorities right, huh?

Anyways ive been dealing with this mess today. Tbh the next time i pick up my pen i probably already forget how to draw lol. Why have i been dragging about fanart stuff so much lately.

#gonna use otg to attach a keyboard to my original phone to see if i can unlock it #or if i can do anything really #just unlocking it would be fine i just need to get all photos out #also really need to set up a way to back up my phone every day automatically #like literally everything. automatically #im a compsci student i should have done that a millennium ago automation are like literally the only thing we care about wtf #sigh #my last phone also got retired because of screen issue but at least it doesnt just outright black screen immediately so i can do something #i really shouldve forseen this #cest la vie huh?#thats not even funny i spent so much money this month #ramble

Say what you will about Wanderer because he probably deserves it (sorry dude) but he also has mother issues and as a fellow mother-issues-haver that’s my kind of character

#rambles #if a character has mother issues im automatically more inclined to be sympathetic to them. it’s like a character creation buff.#ei is my second least favorite archon (first is tsaritsa for obvious reasons) because I felt like the severity of the damage she did to #inazuma and the way she handled/was shown to feel about it was. egh.#but also because of her motherhood crimes #before people come at me for venti being negligent or zhongli faking his death and causing civil unrest in liyue #1) venti isn’t his nation’s ruler. he’s more like a patron and has made it clear from the outset that he doesn’t wish to meddle in his #people’s governance. ei meanwhile IS her people’s leader even if she left a proxy and she didn’t consider the will of the people until war #progressed all the way to literally her doorstep. and she’s a complex character! she’s bogged down by all the loss she’s faced and it #influenced how she handled everything for five hundred years! there are reasons for the things she does and she is as tragic as all the #other archons! but also her competition is venti (fave) zhongli (I like him more) nahida (fave) furina (counts. fave.) and mavuika (cool)#that and for a while I really didn’t ljke her.#back on track 2) yeah I can’t defend zhongli but all that only happened over the course of a few days and not years #and he was planning to step in if necessary.

Getting simple novelties in your country really makes you realize just how america centered everything is usually because there are now youtube tutorials on how to pick up packages from a specialized locker or how to put money on your account via atm, or how to use self-checkout, but if I ever wanna make something without having hobby lobby around I'm fucked

In the event which I consider to be highly likely, as I don't expect people to read my tag rambles, especially not in gifsets (I have the hugely unhealthy habit of putting important meta in there more often than I'd like), I thought I should iterate it here too:

It's so important to me that people know that Kafka (or well, from how I read her) is neat, with which I mean that she's tidy, she's neat. You won't catch a happy Kafka if there's even a speck of blood on her clothes, nor will she be thrilled if there's blood on her person directly. Is this inevitable, considering what she does? Certainly, but have you heard how disappointed she is at even one mere stain? The sigh, the disappointment, and then the little audible vocal equivalent of a little footstomp. Yeah, this woman is neat, there's no question in my mind about it. You can talk to her post-fight, but if there's a stain anywhere on her attire, please know that you simply won't have her attention, and you will hear complaints like in that VO on repeat. You just, you just won't.

anyone remember the qsmp black box recording of the french plane pilots where one of them randomly drops a “monseigneur” into the conversation . instead of the far more normal “monsieur”
