Mmm thinking about trying Patreon again even though I will inevitably get burnt out and never want to draw again - like on one hand I have all the time in the world rn but on the other hand making comics my job would inevitably make me hate drawing comics-

Part of the reason I stopped working on rural au/Finch in the Window was because trying to update consistently was killing my motivation and the reason I'm able to work on L330-N au rn with such fervor is because I know I get to work on Kid Lek next and vice versa. Plus there's the like- 3 additional, non Au comics I need to work on

Idk its a thought but at the same time its probably going to be worse for me in the end - plus I don't really have any other things to put on patreon and early access simply doesn't exist for me.

One disappointment I’m having though with ‘World’s Best Engineer’ is the likability point system becomes irrelevant once Javier’s points entered the positive. We haven’t seen it since nor does it give any addition skills or benefits aside from skill points. Bring it back :( I’m a sucker for likability systems.

   Kazutora almost feels sick with anxiety when he sees the face that greets him when he steps into the shop. It’s even worse when he’s spoken to. He’d simply wanted to stop somewhere to grab some food. He hadn’t expected to run into former Toman members. 

   It’s been months since his release, and it is still difficult to get used to freedom. People didn’t understand how difficult it was going from every minute being regulated to absolute freedom.    Kazutora stares at Smiley, muscles tensed as he tries to process the question. He’d never known Smiley. He’d never known anyone in Toman besides the founders, Chifuyu, and Takemichi. He does remembered seeing him at the showdown on the fateful day, but that was it. Maybe it is a slight blessing then. Smiley doesn’t have as much of a reason to hate him as other people might. Kazutora doubts, however, that he is able to be forgotten now that he stands in front of the other. He also has no idea how the other feels.

   ( Known or not, Kazutora could not blame Smiley if the other loathed his existence, if he lashed out with violence seeing Kazutora standing there. He deserved it. )

   “  Uh.  “  Kazutora stumbles over his words for a second.  “  Just...heard good things about this place. So I thought I’d come try the ramen for lunch.  “  He answers, a hand lifting to rub the back of his neck. He swallows, and the tiger tattoo flexes as if it were alive while his eyes slide back towards the door. Maybe he should just leave. He wouldn’t die just from a missed meal.

im sorry it is SO fucking hilarious that they just didnt change the design of the aliens At All. the made tweaks to the mews and they deyassified ryou but they were like nah we're good to go! on the aliens. truly iconic
