Behold ... the Impenetrollble Forest

Whose locale is understood to be somewhere in Troll County, but is a closely-guarded secret.

Yet has been known to have its share of introllesting troll lore thanks to the populace of especially "closer-to-nature" Trolldom resident. A Trolldom perhaps best described as minimalist in their likestyle and folkways, even to the point of accepting outright nudity out of as much comfort as sacrament unto trolligion.

Mostly old-growth forest, much of which has a few modest settlements within tree trunks, some rather close to streams and rivers as provide such trolldom with as much food as fun through swimming and diving, learned utterly from birth (which is known to be carried out underwater among the forest's troll populace).

Such a locale bound to be the subject of much fascinating and at once speculative exemplars of troll lore, including many instances as involve sexual fascination as one with the Greater Trollsthetic, even the trollcocious sort of young Trolls learning of perhaps Nature's most wondrous gift out of curiosity-driven sex play, eventually realising how good such can feel (and the parents not objecting in the least; they're Trolls, after all, spirits of an especial connexion unto Nature).

Such, then, is the Impenetrollble Forest.

Everyone is always looking for new workouts, myself included. Apps have risen to provide that service of coarse. What's better then something that you feel is on your schedule, in your time, on your phone? But there are certain things you need to be wary of when it comes to these apps: 🥊what level am I starting at and does it translate to a "beginner" or even "intermediate" level? 🥊do I know the basics? How do I keep myself safe or know if I'm doing these movements right? 🥊what is their focus? Is it too broad? What is my focus? Does it line up with theirs? 🥊do they ask for credit card info even in the free trail? Dont give it. 🥊does it only train me with this app? Most of all when it comes to #running . You have to learn to run wireless. 🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊 The big thing that got.me with this app was really #safetly and it really got me thinking about how we #train #runners . I consider myself a pretty intermediate runner. I have done #marathons and #halfmarathons. So why is a #10k program on a #tredmill pulling at my mcl? 🥊🥊🥊🥊 Being wary of your injuries and limitations is just as important as pushing yourself with a trainer who isnt even there to see you. Make sure you know the basics and come from a place of self enlightenment. Beginning with these apps...this app in particular might not be the best start. That has nothing to do with you.
