NADER page 2, as I told in post before I been working on this for some time now, I’ll be showing a little bit of my book. I want to explain this page in particular and why is divided that way. This is the second page and even that obviously in the cover is the main character I don’t want to show the protagonist just yet but want to tease a little bit of him getting in to action before an awesome shot of the hero with an amazing drawing, since I don’t have a limit of pages I can extend or shorten the introduction as much as I want, Ok, first panel close up of NADER face, background stars a little blurred, he’s gaining speed, panel 2, close up of his fist, background stars blurred a little bit more horizontal moving full panel to the right giving the idea speed is increasing, 3rd panel same formula but this time his boots, increasing speed blurred stars in the background almost like speed lines, 4th panel is interesting I want it to show size comparison, where he was going since page 1, how fast he was going and what where the odds, I mean how much in danger he was, so the first thing I did was draw a full page full of spaceships, we wont pay attention to that until seeing the last panel because of the close ups from panel 1 to 3 (nice trick isn’t it?) then I drew a trail of energy across the page to show the speed but at the same time get him closer to a space ship to see the size, this is a full armada and he’s the only one there against those gigantic ships and their space fighter planes. By the way the big space ships where designed by Andy Werk and 3D model in sketchup and the space fighters where designed by me but 3D model by @lius4u5 I have another design model by Luis but its a spoiler to show it:) If you want to contact Andy and Luis Andy doesn’t have an instagram page but he does have a facebook page and Luis, well, there’s the link:) why using sketchup? Well, I want it to draw every space ship identical, no changes, no mistakes with the same amount of detail. Hope this shows how much thinking and love I’m adding to every page.
