I Wanted to share a raw video of what I went through today. Going from a pain index of 2 to 7 back to 2 (I haven't been a "1" in over 70 days now stemming back to May 10th. I know I've been keeping a journal tracking it). This is the reality of my #pain. #migraineattacks are a reality. This isn't just a #headache folks. It cannot just go away with 2 #Advil and a glass of water. Over 37 million people suffer from this affliction in The US and it is crippling. You can either let it take over you, or you can fight each #migraine attack, ride the wave, overcome it, and keep on going. Today world I feel as bad as I look! 
I have awoken to the miserable day and the starting of a #migraine ! 💥 Aspirin is going down the hatch (hopefully I don’t vom it up like usual) and I’ve had naproxin! Can’t take my usual strong meds as I have a F all day and a man coming after the school run! Which also means I have to clean the shot out of our shot cupboard so he can get to our gas meter (yey!) As much as I wish all my #girlsquad and the #girlsquadottheworld a massive #internationalwomensday - I do not feel like a strong woman, I need BossMan home to look after stuff whilst I wallow in a bed of self pity and disgust!

I really hope they find something like they say,a new migraine IV drug 2 times a month to@help prevent debilitating migraine headaches headaches and also a special green light they’re looking toward in early 2018.
