Day 312 of 14, 600 Art Meditation, March 12, 2023 ‘Ocean and the Abalone Shell Heart-Art Bundle’

Today my Beloved gave me the GIFT of listening to an interview with Energy Healer Christie Marie Sheldon and the conversation blew me away on so many levels. It’s too much information to write about here, but the key take away for me is AWARENESS is everything. Those tiny tiny moments when you realize something true for YOU is what is important. Also how important it is to shift the Negative energy, which for me includes staying away from certain people who just can’t get TO the point of being positive.

SO many Openings and shifts happened for me today, it means for me to not hold myself back anymore. 

All I can say, as I post my art, is DO WHAT YOU LOVE. 

BE what you love. And for me — today is OSCAR’S day! My favorite day of the year.

I baked Hazelnut shortbread cookies with Nutella, and am cooking an Indian Curry dish for me and G.

Today is the first day of the rest of my life, not wanting to sound cheesy but it is.

I’m Lindsay I recently turned 30, for 15 years I worked in a supermarket working as various things, spending the last 6 years as a Manager.

On the 24th August 2019 I quit my upwards of 40 hours a week, 25k a year retail nightmare and enrolled in college.

I have always wanted to be a teacher ever since I was small, and for the las 15 years I have been banging on about how I was going to quit and go off and do it.

So now here I am putting my money where my mouth is, ripping up the life I have built for myself and saying I am meant for more than stacking shelves.

Quite honestly, I am terrified.

It is the single most terrifying thing I have decided to do in my adult life.

This is why I have decided to document my journey, both back into education and generally trying to live a healthier lifestyle.

To push me to keep going, and hopefully (if anyone actually finds and reads what I post) inspire others to go for it too, age does not matter!

So many people have told me they are too old for change, this is crap in my view.

That is an excuse masking fear of change, which I understand don’t get me wrong. I’m not attacking anyone for being human.

Making that decision and taking the first steps is so difficult, my mind talk was all over the place!

One minute I felt sick and scared, the next I felt empowered and like I’ve got this.

To be honest I’m still going through the cycle of emotion about it, but I am just taking each day as it comes and trusting that the new path I am carving out for myself is good enough to walk down so to speak.

I hope if nothing else someone will see what I post and it will inspire them to use the power behind the life experience they already have and not be afraid to make a change and follow their own dream whatever that may be.

You can do it!

You just need to believe and trust in yourself!

You are the master of your own destiny!

This is my first ever blog so any and all Hints and tips or feedback is appreciated.

That’s it for now, I’ll post more as I get to grips and settle in at college and my new part time job.

Is this a piece of Synchronicity? As I sit down to write, my music is streaming a piece of music called “Anne’s Theme” by Hagood Hardy... And there are tiny musical phrases in it that sound like Kermit the Frog's song “Lovers, dreamers and me”. (Too boot.) I’m so good at normalizing things and people who are bad for me that I question the good things. Wow, that was an amazing musical moment - thank you Universe, I feel connected to my heart now …

Posting more abalone shells from my Ocean and the Abalone Shell Heart-Art Bundle - vector art and the printed pages.

I print my designs out on my desk because there is such an incredible texture from the paper - the view is different. Printing it helps me tap into my 6 senses more - I can feel, touch, see, even hear when I flip the pages together like a book. The intuition 6th sense is the way the art arrived, and how and why I expand it …

I want to collect all the abstract abalone shapes, like precious objects, the same way I collect sea shells or stones at the ocean.

Why not have many Center art pieces, aka logos ¿ — I get to make up new rules and more shells means more new art.

As I write this about sea shells, and look at some of the beach and stone photos I’ve taken over the years, I realize everything has the potential to be designed into, and create Heart-Art Bundles out of.

Today I'll like to talk about making progress. Everyone wants to see the progress they are making. Sometimes when we don't see the visible progress within a short period of time we might get discouraged. There is progress in every single step or action we take, even though it might not be visible yet. My son planted beans and every single day he kept going there to see it it has grown, after the third day he felt like nothing was happening, but I encouraged him that something was happening beneath the soil, he might not see it yet but he has to keep his hope alive. His joy was so evident when on the fifth day he saw a tiny sprout of the beans. That is how it is for us, there is something happening underneath but if we keep our Hope's alive it will sprout. Progression is different for each one of us. Keep taking the step/action.
