Pokemon Scarlet/Violet - Voice Actor Headcanons (Teal Mask and Indigo Disk Edition)

So, the version of this post I did for the main game turned out to be one of my all time most popular posts on this platform, and I'm honestly super happy about that. The majority of people seemed to really like the voices that I picked for each of the characters, and there were some fun discussions in the reblogs and comments.

So it was only a matter of time before I got around to doing the DLC characters, and now that Indigo Disc is finally out, better now than never. Pokemon obviously rarely has voice acting in the main series, so this is the next part of the series where I assign English VA's to each of the characters.

Before I get into this, there are a few points I need to reiterate, as I often do with these posts.

This is NOT CANON. These are HEADCANONS and are unofficial. It’s just a hypothetical situation. If the characters were voiced, this is who I imagine would voice them.

Every major character in the DLC is included here, so there are HEAVY SPOILERS for the game’s DLC storylines. DO NOT READ THIS POST IF YOU HAVE NOT PLAYED THE TEAL MASK OR INDIGO DISC OR DON’T WANT TO BE SPOILED.

This VA Headcanons post is SPECIFICALLY for the characters from Pokemon ScarVi's DLC. If you want to see the characters from the main game, the post is here.

As was the case with Nemona and Penny, it's highly likely that the characters will get official English VA's in Pokemon Masters. Remember that this post was constructed prior to this.

Would anyone like to read a Rory Culkin fanfic (social media and real life) on Wattpad. I asked on here because there’s a large fanbase on here 😊 the trope is forbidden lovers so they will be a lots of angst and some teeny weeny smut

warnings — major angst and scandals throughout the story, affairs / cheating, age gap (7 years), alcohol and depression.

a teeny weeny synopsis — Pia Kerensa Aakvik (my oc) is a rising Norwegian actress. She meets Rory Culkin, the youngest brother to actors Macaulay and Kieran Culkin, on the set of Lords of Chaos. The two hit it off and realise they have lots in common. Over the course of filming the biographical horror thriller, the two become romantically involved, despite the age gap and Rory being married. This illicit affair leaves no choice for Pia to be torn between either her lover or her rising career. The two actors eventually break things off. However, two years later, the two are reunited when she works on set with her ex-lover's brother, Kieran.

The fanfic will be in chronological order so the first act will begin at the start of 2016 (when Lords of Chaos started filming). I haven’t finished planning but I thinking the fanfic will finish in 2023 (the end of succession)

Kieran nodded. “I was also misunderstood throughout my childhood. Everyone thought me to be far too emotional, too sensitive, too whimsical even.” At Alyssa’s confused look he laughed. “Yes, I lost that last one rather quickly as I aged.”

Alyssa grimaced. “Yeah me too honestly.” She worried about sounding too self centered. People had always told her that she was always taking over conversations and making everything about her. She never meant to, it was honestly just how she tried to relate to people. 

Kieran’s hair began to change to a more cobalt colour. “I also felt as though it was my doing. This abandonment and rejection I was experiencing. I felt as though it was my fault. If only I could simply just act differently and be what they wanted then perhaps I would be worthy of their love and acceptance.”

“Yeah,” Alyssa chimed in. “Like if you could just mold yourself into what they wanted then suddenly it would click and you would feel like you belonged. You feel like maybe it’s your fault for being incapable of true connection, like maybe you did this to yourself and if you could just stop being such a brat and let people try to be intimate with you then suddenly you would feel whole.”

The day felt as though it had barely begun, and yet already the sun was climbing. It was astounding how many had already come through to see the exhibit. Lola was enjoying herself - but perhaps it was easy to do so when all she needed to do was talk about flowers. Her own flower crown was balanced somewhat precariously on her head as she moved about, nearly fluttering from customer to customer. More than one child requested a crown, requests she was all too happy to fill. Lola took advantage of a free moment to scan the crowd, looking for a familiar face.

Her jade eyes lit up as she caught sight of someone she knew. “Kieran!” she called out with a smile, hoping to entice him in approaching. “Can I interest you in some sweet allysum?” Perhaps an odd question to pose to a man like him, particularly when most of the business they conducted didn’t involve flowers. However, Lola guessed the honeyed scent of a small cluster of blooms might appeal to the mercenary.
