the liquid death elf corpse paint kit isn’t really a great value because who needs a branded setting spray? Sunset makeup has a great starter kit for trad goth/metal looks, with white foundation, concealer, setting powder, lipstick and eyeliner. Their deluxe bundle has a greyscale pigment palette which I really want! I’ve cobbled together my own trad goth kit and I can give reccs when needed but yeah I hope baby bats don’t spend too much money on so little product and versatility

also i finally finished the silm earlier and oh my god i understood narn i chin hurin so much better this time. like i know the whole thing isn't included but the fact the main parts are mentioned *after* i knew who the heck everyone in it was and where everything was happening made it so much more understandable now than when i first read it back when i was like 14 bc i went like hobbit -> lotr -> children of hurin with a lot of time in between where i forgot stuff
