Backside of a Screaming Trees, Love Battery, Pond start time list, most likely May 14, 1993 at the Seattle Paramount. Hope Cornetta and friends were given some backstage passes and ran into Layne Staley and Demri Parrott, who signed this sheet for them at the after party.
“Unearthed my long lost treasure today. 1993. Paramount Theater. Seattle. We were three teenagers attending a Screaming Trees show on a school night. Some cool “grown ups” handed us their backstage passes and we headed up to, more than likely, our first party ever. This is how the night ended.” — 𝖧𝗈𝗉𝖾 𝖢𝗈𝗋𝗇𝖾𝗍𝗍𝖺.

Love Battery - "Dayglo"

“Since you are reading this post, chances are, you’ve already heard of Room Nine. They were a seminal indie/neo-psychedelia band from Seattle that went on to release their only full-length album in 1987 called “Voices…… Of A Summers Day” through-out the indie label C’est La Mort. A year prior to that, they appeared on a compilation called “Doctor Death’s Volume I – Cette Enfant Me Fia Mourir” released by the previously-mentioned label. They’ve also contributed to local (Seattle) compilations such as, “Christmas ’84”, “The Sound of Young Seattle” or “Lowlife – The Seattle Underground Rock Album”.
