I am very excited to have been invited by curator Nathalie Fabri to develop something extra special for the exhibition "Intimacy Illuminated" opening this Saturday, November 20th 6-9pm in Arc's Project Gallery. This new assemblage piece is titled Love Eternal and utilizes an artfully composed image of a kissing couple on Xray film. I created a gothic inspired frame from recycled objects for the illuminating light-box that plugs into an electrical socket. It measures 33" x 13" x 4" and is available through Arc Gallery for $1150. The reception happens to be on the same night as my BIRTHDAY and I'll be in attendance (1246 Folsom Street in SOMA of SF) from 7-9pm. Come celebrate with me and all the great artists in this fab show. #loveeternal #kissingcouple #eternallove #loveafterlife #lightbox #xray #skeletons #assemblageart #gothicframe #diannehoffmanart #intimacy #illumination #arcgallery #November20 #sfartshow #sfartreception #sfartists #sfbayareaart #takeittothegrave (at Arc Studios & Gallery) https://www.instagram.com/p/CWXcU9JLXQ1/?utm_medium=tumblr
A new woman in town? And a beautiful one at that? Well that was something Gaston couldn't possibly pass up seeing for himself as he heard of this fair maiden moving into one of the homes near the edge of the village.
As he was leaving the tavern in search for this woman, he bumped into someone and stumbled back, catching himself on the nearby fountain without falling into it.
"Excusez-moi, are you alright?" And as he looked up, eyed went wide as he realized who he bumped into. Villeneuve's new, and beautiful, resident.
