I wasn’t even going to do a #transformationtuesday but I was going through my photos and found the far left one. I think I had gotten up to 240, I was depressed, unemployed and in an unhealthy relationship. I didn’t love myself enough to realize I had eaten my way back to obesity. That picture was taken when I had had enough, again. I slowly started to eat better, watched more and more documentaries and started my journey to become vegetarian. I’m now 52lbs lighter and have made my way towards veganism. I’m happier and healthier but more importantly, I’m loving myself again.
