been working out and am seeing results in just one week!!
did Daisy Keech booty workout once a day for seven days and butt grew two inches and lifted. thighs did not grow during this! i super duper recommend.
did Lidia Mera’s 15 min pilates ab workout twice a day for seven days. (i just did it twice in one time to make for a thirty minute workout.) my shape has become significantly more hourglass and i lost an 1.5 in my waist.
on top of this i already start every day with yoga because i find it really fun. i can drop my yoga routine if y’all want that.
as far as diet goes, i’ve been doing 1000 - 1200 cals a day and at least 60 g of protein. btw i still lost abt a pound a day while doing this which is better than i’ve done in weeks. i’m 7.3 pounds down from seven days ago!!
