Le City was a very depressing poem about how its impossible to fundamentally change as a person and your troubles will follow you to your grave there is no hope there is no change the only constant is suffering etc

he made a lot of changes from its previous version because he thougjt some lines didnt accurately convey the feeling of ennui desperance

he eapecially took out a few lines about hate and replaced them with declarations of self loathing to make it more relatable

first day of skewl was yesterday. i like my mass media class, i'm slightly intimidated by my IST prof. the campus is too big to be carrying around two laptops—another downside of working two jobs & going to college. i reviewed four albums yesterday for the radio (Aluminum's Fully Beat, MakeWar's A Paradoxical Theory of Change, Uniform's American Standard, and a Wounded Touch x fallfiftyfeet split). my tramp stamp appt was rescheduled to ????. this summer has been crazy... shit, even sitting in class as a 24 year old freshman is crazy. i want to throw up a tiny bit at becoming an audio engineer. the mountain was once so far away and i could digest its looming predetermination. now i'm past the foothills and craning my neck at 90° angles. and if i sound monotonous and half-dead well !!!! that's the end of august, baby!
