Male Pattern Hair Loss (MPHL) or Male Pattern Baldness (MPB) is often characterised by a receding hairline and/or a thinning crown. Hair loss is commonly caused by genetic factors, hormone levels, or immune reactions that create inflammation around the hair follicles.

long time follower here but thank you for speaking out in general about how laughing at others for being bald/balding is bad. it really made me check my own attitude over time and i don't know if i would've had i not seen your posts. it's also helped me see it around me and do my part in prevention. never okay to comment on other people's looks they can't change, it might leave lasting trauma. anyways you're great love your blog mwah 😘
Thank you! There are many many times it feels like I'm swinging a bat into thin air over something completely obvious (making fun of people's physical features is shitty) but could you imagine if all the BALD!! BALDING!!!!! jokes online were pointing out people's fat instead? or their scars or acne? The dissonance on body positivity here on tumblr is a little baffling but not difficult to understand, sadly.
Before I start to ramble more, thanks again, glad you can see into the matrix of shitty behavior now, too. Maybe someday patchy baldness will get regulated into a normal character trait that isn't exclusive to someone about to turn into a zombie or gollum
Oh yeah remember that gag in the SpongeBob movie with King Neptune? When I was a kid it took forever to watch that movie without bursting into tears. Ugh

I still think it's so funny that they said all ancient elves go bald after millennia. like that's just canon I guess. Every other feature stays the same except they lose their hair. It's such a funny detail but my question is... Why lol. Also one of the Evanuris seemed to have hair in the gameplay reveal, so perhaps they found a magical hair loss prevention method?? Many questions. It would be funny if we, with our glorious new character creator hair, were just fighting a cabal of evil bald people. A cabald, if u will.

posts that are like We need to support detrans people too!! like ok but just about every person i've met or seen who actually calls themselves detrans has been super transphobic so 🤷‍♂️
and like the concept of detransitioning inherently like. there's nothing wrong with that and IS something that needs support and like i could not care less if you once identified as trans and then later realized you weren't and idec if you actively Regret transitioning like. what that means to you is your business. but everyone i see who actually calls themselves detrans are always advocating for taking away the rights and happiness of Other ppl because being trans didn't work for them Personally

While some individuals witness significant improvements after the first treatment, others may not. Generally, when performed by skilled surgeons like those at Cutibless, using advanced techniques, hair transplant surgery can be permanent. The transplanted follicles, being less susceptible to genetic hair loss tendencies, typically provide robust and lasting regrowth.
Considering a Second Hair Transplant? What You Need to Know

Our surgeons, renowned for their expertise and high graft implantation rates, ensure exceptional results even in a single session. If you're concerned about hair transplant costs, Cutibless offers accessible EMI facilities, making quality treatment more attainable. Best Hair Fall Treatment for Men in 2023
Tumblr media
Men can lose their hair for multiple reasons. Androgenetic alopecia is a hereditary disorder that affects more than half of the male population over 50. However, stress or other autoimmune conditions like alopecia areata can cause men to lose their hair.
Although one cannot always stop hair loss, several therapies and hair loss treatments might be able to slow the process down.
Hair loss and baldness result when new hairs stop growing or fall out too quickly. It's typical to lose somewhere between 50 to 100 hairs daily. Because new hair grows to replace lost hair, this loss is typically not noticeable.
Depending on the hair loss, you can observe gradual hair thinning, receding hairline, or an abrupt bald patch. Hair loss can act on the entire body or just the hair on your scalp.
Causes of Hair Fall
Men's hair loss may be brought on by:
Genetics and Family History
A genetic disorder known as androgenic alopecia causes men to lose their hair over time. It could manifest as thinning areas on the crown of the head or a hairline that is slowly retreating. You are more likely to experience hair loss if your family members do.
Drug-Related Conditions
Certain medical conditions, such as autoimmune diseases or hormonal problems, might result in hair loss. For instance, bald spots or thinning hair may be brought on by thyroid problems, bacterial scalp infections, or the hair-pulling condition trichotillomania. Alopecia areata (bald patches) is a condition that develops when the immune system kills hair follicles.
Medication and Medical Procedures
Several drugs prescribed to treat ailments like cancer, depression, gout, heart disease, and arthritis can cause hair loss as a side effect.
Stress
Events or long-term stress may cause temporary hair thinning.
Diagnosis of Hair Fall in Men
Before making a diagnosis, your hair expert will probably perform a physical examination, ask about your health and family history, and quiz you about your diet and hair care routine. You could also get the following tests done:
A blood Test
It could assist in identifying medical issues that can result in hair loss.
Pulling Test
Your doctor carefully removes a few hundred hairs to count the ones that fall out. It makes it easier to determine the process' shedding stage.
The Scalp Biopsy
To study the hair roots under a microscope, your doctor scrapes samples from the skin, or a few hairs pulled from the scalp. It can assist in determining whether an infection causes hair loss.
Optical Microscopy
Your doctor examines hairs clipped at their bases using a specialized tool. Discovering potential hair shaft diseases with the aid of microscopy.

7 foods that cause HAIR LOSS 😱 You NEED to AVOID them ❗
Check out this ranking with 7 foods that harm the health of your hair and pay attention to your diet:
🔴 Number 1: Sugar.
The sneaky menace is just as bad for your hair as it is for your overall health. And also sugar could lead to inflammation. Studies have shown that insulin resistance, which leads to diabetes and obesity, can also make you lose hair or even lead to balding in both men and women. And the number one factor behind insulin resistance is a diet high in sugar, starches and refined carbohydrates.
🔴 Number 2: High-Glycemic Index Foods.
High glycemic index foods are the ones that cause an insulin spike. Foods like refined flour, bread and sugar (yes, again!) are all high GI foods. These foods can create hormonal imbalances and cause a spike in insulin and androgens which bind to hair follicles and lead to hair fall.
🔴 Number 3: Alcohol.
We know that hair is mainly made of the protein, called keratin. Keratin is a protein which gives structure to your hair. Alcohol has a negative impact on protein synthesis and can lead to hair getting weaker and without any lustre. Also, heavy alcohol consumption can create nutritional imbalances and can cause follicle death.
🔴 Number 4: Diet Soda.
Yes, diet sodas contain an artificial sweetener called aspartame, which researchers have found can damage the hair follicles. If you are experiencing hair loss lately then it's best you avoid diet sodas completely.
🔴 Number 5: Junk Food.
Junk foods are often laden with saturated and monounsaturated fats which not just make you obese and give rise to cardiovascular diseases, but can also make you lose hair. A diet rich in SFA's and MUFA's can elevate levels of testosterone which potentially increases the levels of DHT hormone as well. DHT is an androgen which is related to alopecia. Also, oily foods can make your scalp greasy and may lead to clogging of pores and miniaturization of hair follicles.
🔴 6: Raw Eggs Whites.
Eggs are absolutely great for hair but they should not be consumed raw. Raw egg whites can cause biotin deficiency, the vitamin that assists in the production of keratin. It is the avidin that is present in raw egg whites that combines with biotin and hinders its intestinal absorption.
🔴 7: Mercury found in fish! Oh, yes, high levels of mercury can lead to sudden hair loss. The most common source of mercury exposure is fish as the concentration of methyl-mercury in fish has increased over the past few decades due to climate change and overfishing. Sea-water fish like swordfish, mackerel, shark and some varieties of tuna are rich in mercury and, as I said, it leads to sudden hair loss.
