Hideyoshi 's eyes only could look at this war machina with his own eyes, which he fought robots before during the Dust Wars of Vacuo, but this was different as this was another corporation trying to make their way into Vacuo again to which he had to be the one to answer it....

This was just different, something about the machine he was facing down had this feeling of terror. Which all but reminded him of when he was younger and faced off against the Seat of Doom which the battle led to a standstill between both sides.

"God fucking damn you are one ugly motherfucker......" Hideyoshi said getting ready to fight off this new threat but at the same time his mind was focused on making sure he finds out what his opponent might be packing.

The nightmare doesn't end. Harmony pinched herself many times when she had that brief moment of reprieve until Smasher discovered her again. Sure enough, whether she pinched once, twice, ten times, or more, they would not wake her up from this. This is not a bad dream, this is her reality and it's happening right now.

Another wave of horror and dread crashes onto her when he slams against her back with his elbow. The force shoves her on her stomach before him. The young woman coughs with a hand pressed over the tenderness forming over her midriff. Warmth drips from red lips and iron on her tongue. Harmony cries when she leans back, tearful eyes staring back at the very man laughing at her pain. Harmony took the dare, not that she had a choice. There was nowhere to run, nowhere to hide. It was either accepting her execution or fighting. The sheer rage from his actions drove her to lash out, lunging at him before he struck.

Oh but her anger did not shrivel. It's still as strong as ever and just seeing him laugh. So damn prideful! Harmony can't let him win. She will fight or die facing him, not begging for any shred of mercy.

"Eat this!" Her arm stretches out towards Smasher, slender fingers straight out. Small, blinding purple lights flash from her fingertips. The glow running over her arms brighten in intensity. Those small lights extend to beams of plasma rays straight for his face. If they hit him, they could burn him, or at the very least, temporarily blind him. It would be the perfect opportunity to make her move!

honestly? if she was asked that directly; she would have no idea how to answer. masuyo has NEVER dated before, she's gone out with friends before, but doesn't know what she'd want out of a date, especially a first one. she's watched plenty of movies and shows that show what dates could potentially be, but knows not to apply them to real life scenarios.

in reality; she'd want what she always wants, a stress-free evening with some drinks and maybe some dinner, just a nice night out with someone who even wants to spend it with her.

It makes her think... She was lucky to grow up relatively normally within a combat zone, to pick up the skills she has now for weaponry & combat awareness, to get a proper education & make it into university, to get into a corporate position at one of the more employee friendly companies in the city.

She was lucky to not have to pay a dime to live comfortably.

Masuyo was aware that she was one of the lucky few who managed to "make it" in the world, that she is among the privileged. She reminds herself every day to not be greedy, that wanting anything more would just be wrong or selfish.
