In the Shadow World, while Jinwoo and his S/O are away, the Shadows are left to care for the princess. Simple right? Yes…and then they lose her entirely. Panic ensues and everyone is running around, crying, screaming, etc. Papawoo comes back and he is pissed. Then they eventually find the sleeping princess on the monarch’s throne and all is safe and relief. Jinwoo punishes everyone tho.

and he's answered by complete silence with all the shadows going down to their knees looking like 😰

jinwoo's eyes start glowing: "where. is. my. daughter?"

and every shadow is like bro you tell him / are you fucking kidding me? YOU tell him / no bitch you lost her you tell him / no YOU and out of nowhere beru runs back to the scene, holding the baby above his head like that scene in lion king, crying "I'VE FOUND HER I'VE FOUND OUR PRINCESS" and all the shadows rejoice, bawling, hugging each other like "YAAASSSS WE GET TO SEE ANOTHER DAYYYY OH GRAND MARSHALL BERU YOU ARE OUR SAVIOR" and they're all celebrating until they feel ominous aura surrounding them

"You lost her?" jinwoo asks and everyone turns silent. not quiet, silent.

then all shadows start pointing at beru. "It was all his fault, my liege."

Okay I've been thinking about the timeline and it says Lavi was born a little over a year after p!Lavi sacrificed himself for p!Allen and then at the end of the chapter it says "and then seven more years passed" and I'm guessing that's when current Allen was "born", that'd make Lavi seven years old when the stalemate with the innocence broke which is incidentally when he was shot and saw p!Lavi (eleven years before the start of the story, when Lavi was eighteen), so I'm gonna hazard a guess and say the two things happened at the same time, and that's maybe why in that moment Lavi saw the helix and in it p!Lavi, because that was the moment p!Lavi and p!Allen actually proper disappeared and created Allen

p!Lavi says something about the energy his soul's collision with p!Allen will generate in the helix so, I dunno, maybe that's what Lavi saw as he was dying (still curious about what Hoshino means when she says the bullet wasn't just a stray bullet tho, I wonder if it was specifically an attempt on Lavi's life for some reason or if it was a more general "in that moment he inherited the misfortune p!Lavi's actions created together with Allen", or something)

By the way in the chapter with p!Lavi's sacrifice he tells Apocryphos that the energy of the helix is the collision of hearts and the convinctions passed by one person to the next, I don't know how literal it is but I wonder if maybe by dying and meeting Lavi inside the helix in that moment he didn't somehow pass his desire to protect Allen onto him, and that's why Lavi feels so strongly for Allen now

Also in the special chapter p!Lavi tells Lavi that they'll definitely meet again down the road, which implies that p!Lavi IS part of Allen now (as was his plan), but also the flashback chapters are called "if it's fate we'll meet again" and I'm pretty sure that refers to p!Allen and p!Lavi? I wonder if this too is a less literal thing and means something more on the lines of "I passed my desire to be by your side and protect you to the new Lavi and even if this new Allen isn't really you and this new Lavi isn't really me they'll still meet and have each other", or something like that

MANA(mod): Definitely has to do with J’s concept art. Originally, she was supposed to be a guy but later on we got the current design.

Male -> Female Fandom’s headcanon that J is trans. Even if the concept isn’t canon to the story.

I don’t mind it ,, I’m just not trans myself so it’s awkward getting tagged in trans related content. Feels a little disingenuous on my end >:p

"Defective J unit" implies there are other J units that were made correctly, why don't you just find and kill one of those and use their parts to fix the strictly negative defects?

MANA(mod): XP if she (Jane) can find them..most likely at Earth. Even if she can get back to Earth, she’d need to break into a JcJenson facility and do all that breaking and entering (or wherever Cyn keeps the bodies)

Also, she doesn’t have any repairing knowledge as the AS repairs her whenever she’s damaged + along with the fact she has a completely different body structure compared to the other Js.

Even if she’s defective in some parts, she’s still functional in other areas. Shes considered defective because she doesn’t fit company standards and her whole gimmick is defying the company as a whole. She’s a whole TANK of a drone, why change that? Don’t fix what isn’t broken.

You were okay before she left, you managed to kiss her goodbye and totally didn't cry. Well you did but after she left. It was silly really, she'd be gone twelve hours maximum, the mission so low risk she'd be doing a duo rather than a whole team. Without you. Of course you worry for her, as she does for you, but for some reason this mission was hitting you hard. Perhaps it was the fact it was last minute or maybe you'd just been pretty sensitive today. But either way Natasha had asked Wanda if she'd keep an eye on you today. It made things easier for you to have someone around when Nat couldn't be there.

Natasha left about ten in the morning and you weren't expecting her to be there till ten at night, so of course you cried yourself to sleep for a nap. Your hope was that it would take up most the time but in fact you only managed to sleep for an hour and a half. You'd woken up feeling rather small, not really understanding you'd regressed or why you'd done so. But the list that you'd made yourself to keep yourself busy and fully distracted from your lover's absence was forgotten.

Without the mental capacity to even consider doing all your adult you tasks you just rolled over and snuggled into your Mama's pillow, nuzzling into her scent hoping to convince yourself she was truly right her. It did nothing but make you miss her more now. Crying was your only reaction to this and that's how Wanda found you when an hour later. Eyes now puffy and red as you sobbed for your Mama. "Oh darling, are we a little one?" Wanda murmured gaining your attention and receiving a small nod and whimper of "Auntie Wan" accompanied but sniffed and whimpers."I'm here lovely, what can Auntie Wanda do for you?"

"Wan Mama" you whimpered, pouting at the mind reading witch. "Oh I know my darling girl, remember Auntie Wands can read your mind?" Her attempt to get you off of seeking out Natasha seemed to work for now, you gasped as if you didn't already know this information. That was how Wanda was stopped showing you call little tricks with her magic that had you amazed and mesmerised on her rather than who wasn't here. With the promise of more tricks with her magic she managed to convince you to come and settle down with the team. They loved when you regressed and your little state loved them just as much.

You spent hours with the team, even eating a little as auntie Wanda made sure Bucky and Thor were unsuccessful in their attempts to try and "steal" your food of your plate. You giggled every time the tried and wands would remove their hands with magic. Tony filled your mind of all these cool toys he could design for you and all the gadgets he could make for his favourite little Avenger. You didn't know you were the only little Avenger and you most certainly didn't know that your Mama and Auntie Wanda would string Tony up the second they thought you'd be in any danger.

Natasha was due back in an hour and a half now. The team watching all the movies your little headspace loves to watch, in fact you'd began with 101 Dalmatian's so it only made sense you'd watch 102 and 103 Dalmatian's. In fact on the third film Wanda decided everyone should have a warm drink to settle themselves for bed. Really it was so you didn't feel alone when she asked you to have your night time drink. Your headspace meant you were willing to drink from a cup with some support so Wanda happily helped you drink. But one time you got brave, curiosity running through your mind as you attempted to be a big girl and make your Mama proud. But the crash of the mug smashing on the ground startled everyone, your warm drink spilling everywhere amongst the shattered mug. Immediately, you began to attempt to clean the mug, not realising in your little state you could hurt yourself, and mumbled "Im sorry! I'm so sorry! Mama gone be mad me I sworry wan no tells Mama on mes? I fix I fix it please no want mana leave."

Bucky attempted to come near you only causing you to shrink further into the mess and cry a plea of forgiveness and that you'd fix it. You didn't want to hurt again. You wanted to make sure your Mama didn't hate you, that she would stay with you and that she still loved you. All these people were wrong, and that made you mad. You wanted your Mama and the fact they wouldn't get her caused a meltdown.

Wanda quickly became the gravity for you, ushering the men away from the room and immediately scooping your crying form off the floor and using her magic to clean the mess. "Hushhhh little one, it's okay it's all clean. All gone. No one is mad. Your Natty is still gonna love her precious girl I promise" Wanda soothed as you sobbed into her shoulder hiccuping through them. "Shh little one. I'm here aren't I? Did I go?" Causing you to shake your head, "want Mama."

"Did I hear my Lovebug wants her Mama?" Natasha's voice rang through the compound causing you to stifle a sob and gasp clinging to Wanda. Although you wanted Nat more than life itself but the fear of her getting mad at you for the mug and leaving you alone. "I'm sorry no let hurt me. I'm sorry mama I no mean do it I try fix" you whimpered showing your hands that Wanda had magic bandaids on for you. "Oh my little Lovebug, Mama isn't mad I promise. I'm here baby I promise and so is Wands here. She took care of you for me huh?" You nodded and pointed to the television where the white spotted dogs were. "Ah I see you had doggies on huh? You must be super tired love bug. I think it's time my lovely girl gets some rest with me. Wanna cuddle my baby while we sleep" she whispered kissing your head as Wanda helped guide you into Natasha's arms. From there you'd have a few more meltdowns before drifting off to sleep with your head buried into her neck.

They get energy from sleeping and eating just like we do. But they also gain energy from the mana around them no matter how small or weak that mana is. It fuels their cores and helps provide a safety net of sorts!

If They Had A Kid

Name: Aurora Kay! It's Swedish and a natural phenomenon like 'Gale' And Artair would think it's pretty, and the middle name is a reference to Arthurian legend to keep his family tradition.

Gender: Nonbinary (They/She)

General Appearance: Long hair like both parents, a pink reminiscent of Gale's but paler, with a single pale blond patch right at their forehead. They are fair skinned, with orange eyes like Artair's mother had. They tend to wear pastel and colorful shirts, outdoorsy pants, and their favorite pair of sneakers, which sport a wing trim along the sides.

Personality: Very kind and polite, Aurora is probably one of the gentlest kids you'll meet. They have a way about them that almost feels angelic. They are very creatively driven, one of those kids that makes card for people by hand and draws all the time.

Special Talents: They can sing really well, a natural talent for it from both their parents (though they probably learned it from Gale!), and they have very keen eyes, able to see things at a far distance. They're pretty hardy and agile for a kid their age too. They aren't easily scared since their parents are both kinda ominous sometimes lol

Who they like better: Probably Gale! I think they would be part valkyrie and like Gale would be human until that changed. She would probably end up with a lot of hands-on training, but with their mom and bond that way. They do like Artair too, but the time spent with Gale endears them just a bit more lol.

Who they take after more: I would say both pretty evenly in temperament! Just a generally sweet kid. Probably Gale in looks, and Gale in occult type (valkyrie) since Artair's weirdness doesn't pass down (or at least doesn't activate if conditions aren't met).

Personal Head canon: Aurora loves gardening! It's something they can do with Artair since he maintains so many plants. They also love cats and keep hiding ones they find in the house (for some reason extremely skilled at finding and wrangling cats). Aurora knowing about the valkyries probably has drawn wings on the back of their shirts with markers, and was VERY devastated when they came out in the wash. Since then they've been given shirts with wings already put on the back lol. They also tend to switch between interests very quickly and keep something only for a week or two, with exceptions being singing and gardening. They really like using chalk to draw, since they're a little more on the outdoorsy side.

In canon we see Asta being able to travel through Finral's portals even while holding anti-magic sword. My assumption is that the 'spacial magic' upholds the portal around the edges of it, and if for example, someone was to hold Asta while walking through the portal he could be moved that way too. Same principle with other magic forms of transport. If the transport is already a physical object in its own right and only needs magic to MOVE Asta can still interact with it, but if the mode of transport was created entirely out of magic then he cannot.

Ki and mana are 2 separate thing. Even in canon Asta can't sense mana but it has no affect on ki.
