He wants attention! He's jealous of your homework and thinks if he can destroy it, he can have you all to himself. Napoleons can be very needy.

Give your Napoleon hugs and kisses and let him know that he's your Emperor, and that you will serve him heart and soul as long as it's convenient to you. Maybe let him bop your nose or twist your ear, and reciprocate, so he understands.
