I rewatched Terminator Salvation not too long ago and wanted to draw Marcus:> His endoskeleton is a pain to detail so I used the T-800 design in some areas.

Ehehe♡
It's Griffin and his weird bird! (Close-up and Lore under the cut)
Tumblr media
Marcus (left) is a Necromancer. He was born in Wisteria to a long line of seraph-kin, and was meant to go to Pigswick before he found he was most successful with Death magic. He transferred to Ravenwood just before the incident with Malistare, but refused to go back home after the chaos started.
Griffin (right) is a Musketeer. He's an orphan, but was raised by a member of the Marleybone navy after his family died in a storm. He worked in smuggling, and is extremely well-known for it still, doing shipments for Marleybone and any pirate that pays well enough.
Marcus and Griffin met as little kids when Marleybone would send shipments to Wisteria. They'd play together when the ships were docked, then send letters when they were away. After Griffin had to go into hiding to get better at smuggling, he cut contact with Marcus for a few years. It's only by chance that Marcus ended up in the wrong part of the spiral and Griffin found and helped him.
They're best buds, and I like to think they regularly visit eachother once the Armada chills out (Aka Ryan distracts them). Ravenwood fears when Griffin shows up, if only because he teaches the storm students how to shoot his guns. Griffin's crew doesn't mind Marcus' visits, but it hampers their fun because they suddenly have to be super careful not to get Marcus noticed.

Woah, I actually drew them!!!
Marcus Soulwhisper, Necromancer (left) and Griffin Wright, Musketeer (right) are two of my 101 ocs!
They're childhood friends that met in Wisteria (Marcus grew up there, and Griffin would visit w/ Marleybone ships) and lost contact after Griffin became a full-time pirate when his father died.
I like to think that they rekindle their friendship by complete chance (encounter eachother in Marleybone when Griffin is doing some smuggling) and they're just the strangest lil pair of guys hehe~

We Did It (We Didn't)
Post-MH, Tim and Brian attempted to leave the past behind them… but they're now being hunted
Back to Contents || Back to One-shot Contents
Months had passed since Jay’s death and Alex’s demise. The only good thing was that Tim had, hopefully, set Jessica up to have a normal future going forward and he’d managed to rescue Brian after his fall. Although, the journey to getting him up and walking again had been a long one—and healing the mental and emotional damage done by that entity was still a work in progress. So many late nights trying to scrape together the cash to pay for the medical bills on top of everything else had taken its toll on Tim as well.
But overall, things were getting better! ‘Were,’ being the key word. Even after moving away trouble began to catch up to them. First he’d gotten a tape with Jessica’s gruesome murder by some thin masked figure in a white, grimy hoodie. The dried black ooze reminded him of the stuff he’d sometimes coughed up along with blood due to the tall entity. They’d moved soon after that, fearing how this stranger had gotten their address.
But the proxy had found them again regardless. After a fight resulting in their attacker’s death—something he felt guilty about given how young the teen girl had been, Tim was once again finding himself stuck in a hospital praying for Brian to pull through. The blow to the head had worsened the injuries from the original fall and this time, the doctors didn’t seem to think he’d be as lucky.
“I’ll be al’ight.” Brian had promised with that toothy grin of his.
Tim wasn’t so sure.
But he’d tried to stay positive for Brian’s sake. He stayed at the man’s side as long as he was allowed between check-ins and visitation hours. The prognosis was still guarded according to the last update and Tim knew his time allowed in the room was running out for the night as the clock ticked on the wall—a sound that had started to annoy him now that things were quieting down for the night.
A little too quiet. A frown crossed his face as he took note of the silence. For a moment the humming of the machines started to sound like a familiar distortion and the hairs on the back of his neck and along his arms prickled. He tried to tell himself it was nothing, just bad memories playing tricks on him. Then the power went out.
The hospital plunged into darkness for a moment before the backup kicked on. Machines could be heard coming back to life as the staff called out somewhere in the distance. The overhead lighting however, stayed dim and flickering. Orange emergency lights swirled and flashed against the wall outside.
Goosebumps rose on his skin as he peered into the strangely deserted hall. The way the orange lights moved against the sterile walls reminded him of his own time in the mental hospital… when it was burning. Minus the smoke and the doctors rushing around to get themselves and the patients out.
“Where are they anyway?” Shouldn’t someone be coming down to check the patients in this wing? Should he hit the call button to get someone here?
Tim ducked back into the room, feeling his paranoia playing up again. Something wasn’t right. That buzzing was wrong. He shook Brian rougher than he’d wanted to but was desperate to wake the man up.
“Bri, hey, we have to go.” He tugged the IV and other wires and needles from the man’s arms as gently as he could while moving quickly.
Brian groaned and looked around groggily. “Wha’s happening?”
“Nothing good. Can you walk?”
Of course he couldn’t. Not on his own at least. Tim helped support Brian’s weight and hurried into the hall with the taller man limping beside him. Glancing down both ways, he tried to recall which way would take them to the exit.
“Left.” Brian tugged at him.
Tim didn’t know how he’d know considering he’d been unconscious on arrival but it was a fifty-fifty shot. He tried to keep the panic in the back of his mind as they wove through the squeaky-clean halls. Each turn was making him feel more lost. Surely there weren’t that many hallways, right? At least not that he’d been down when they’d taken him to Brian’s room.
“Tim…” A cough followed Brian’s panting breath as the man leaned more weight on him.
Pausing, he checked in on the other man. Despite the poor lighting, he could see how pale and unfocused Brian was getting. Looking around, he still couldn’t see any signs of other people… He couldn’t hear them anymore either.
“Rest for a moment… get my bearings… We aren’t trapped here. I just… went in a circle or something.” He tried to convince himself, though it didn’t work very well with the paranoia playing the worst scenarios. “It isn’t here. We’re states away from Rosswood. This is just.. Something else.”
He sucked in a harsh breath as he heard footsteps walking closer. Whirling around, he saw a man in a doctor’s coat walking towards them. His dark hair had a tint of gray in it and his face was scruffy—features he couldn’t recall any of the doctors here having. As the man got closer, Tim caught a glimpse of dark stains around the cuffs of the white overcoat… and a dark wet trail back towards another room. He’d seen enough blood to know what it was even in the swirling of orange colored lights; they needed to get out of here.
“You’re not supposed to be here.” The man was taller and clearly built as he looked down on Tim.
He couldn’t find his voice as he dragged Brian with him in retreat. The guy tilted his head to the side, revealing that same damned mark that girl had. As if knowing his train of thought, the man smiled and pushed back the white fabric to show off the weapon hilted at his side. The sharp blade swished out as the man charged.
Tim ran as best he could with Brian’s now completely dead weight. It’d be faster to ditch the injured man and save himself yet he couldn’t bring himself to leave Brian for dead. He turned another corner only to skid to a halt on the slick floor as a wiry figure came from the other end of the hall with a metal bat. They looked closer to his age than the man had. However she was leaner and definitely shorter than the other guy who was now blocking the way he’d come. But those differences certainly didn’t make them less dangerous.
“Nothing against ya, kid.”
Tim turned as the man spoke, his heart leaping into his throat when he saw the mask he now wore. The smooth features and thin white over the eye holes reassembled the Operator’s face just a little too much for his liking. Paired with the orange lights flickering like fire against it, he realized with a sense of dread that he’d seen this man before… The night the hospital burned to the ground. He’d even said those exact same words.
His body felt numb as he tried to scramble away, tripping over his own feet as he adjusted his grip on Brian. The man had gone too still in his arms. Tim wasn’t sure if it was his mind playing tricks or if Brian’s body was growing colder. His eyes darted back to the younger figure, noting the familial resemblance with the older man—not that it aided his situation. Unlike her father, their expression seemed more sad about what was about to happen.
He pressed his back to the wall, completely trapped. A fit of coughing wracked his body, flecks of blood speckling the formerly pristine floor. Through blurred vision he could see the faceless entity itself watching several rooms down. Tim lunged for the younger of the two attackers, determined to at least go down fighting. Their scuffle didn’t last long before a sharp blade opened a gash across his back.
His shout was muffled by the woman beneath him freeing an arm from his grip and landing a blow to his throat. Once more he was coughing and his moment of weakness brought another stab of the man’s weapon into his flesh. The feel of his body tearing open as the blade yanked out was painful. Even without looking he knew it was fatal. His brain was feeling cloudier and his limbs were losing their ability to respond. Tim crawled over to Brian’s side, relieved that they’d at least left him alone… Although, he knew it meant the man was already gone.
“We didn’t get away… don’t… don’t think… we ever could’ve…” His eyelids felt heavy.
Breathing was becoming a real chore too, though he tried to force himself to keep it up. Through tunneling vision he could see the younger of his two murderers walk over and crouch down in front of him. She was saying something but his mind couldn’t process it. Tim flinched as they reached out, closing Brian’s eyes and then his, plunging him into darkness as the rest of his life ebbed away.

SA POVS >>> CE POVS
(This is not meant to be a contest and is instead, thematic journeys of the following):
Damocles (bk1) + Abira (bk2) -> Leah Weston
2 sides of the same coin of her being a change agent, deciding on the fact of sinborne rights
Refuses to conform to expectations & forbidden loves; specifically w/ abira - dodges marriage, gives up a position of power (throne, Leah's title)
literal mentors in how to be nobility, but still stand for justice - doesn't always work? but they are the ones that have her like "don't you dare settle"
still privileged as fuck, but they try to be chill about it
Rowland -> Mitchell
Defined by wishful thinking and unfortunate absence
literal progression in the sinborne fight (from rowland opening the cause by opening damocles' eyes to mitchell rightfully saying "fuck being patient")
actually sassy fuckers
Maeve -> Jane
need to emphasize in their upcoming scene the fact they connect on words and research and a love of scientific fact
Jane needs to learn to listen like Maeve does if she actually wants to be persuasive in the future
both privileged, who like fine art and wine and dresses, and yet hardworkers who see things others don't
George -> Malcolm
despite their ENTIRELY different temperaments, Mal is just as impulsive as George in SA & (more importantly) fed-up with the status quo
defined in weighty expectations and duty - and they actually live up to their responsibilities
Adelina -> Karyn
outsiders who decide to say 'fuck it, i'm going to act to make a difference' and take either revenge - or act to heal someone, both unexpectedly
in touch with their dark side & happy to be who they are
Marcus -> Geoffrey / Valeria
"somewhere between fuck you and i'd want to fuck you"
Garrett -> Frederick
literal "fuck it i'mma do what i want fuck who i want" attitude (and plot)
often spends the book in a way that ends up with them needing to earn redemption, show humility, etc
Jude -> Arthur
sinborne with One Specific Thing(tm) they care about (music, fine linens)
very, extremely prone to saying "fuck off" to all class distinctions despite their position that is somewhat half-and-half
Evelyn -> Ariadne
survival of self is a reason to betray someone important to them, actually
actual feminist (TM)
willing to bend the rules as long as, in the end, they get what they want
survivors of abuse
Rebecca -> Alec
the fact they are from the future is NOT the most interesting thing about them. their gigantic "you shouldn't know this" intelligence, IS.
literally they break the time continuum to be with who they love. repeatedly.
I HAVE EMOTION ABOUT THE FACT ALEC TAKES AFTER HER A LOT, OK.

I'm currently fighting a battle against going full "Bah Humbug" to this holiday season, but nevertheless we are going to get into these latest GH Petty Politics results!
This is going to be a long roundup because I did more polls than usual because I weirdly felt bad about how boring these last few weeks of GH have been.
Considering the present state of the show is actually pretty dire thanks to a deeply misguided EP, let's start off with what moratorium you all think GH needs more? The results were actually not close at all as 70.8% of you said:
Tumblr media
Violet's random ass song aside, the consensus is clear. The majority are sick of 90% of the dialogue revolving around how the only thing that matters in this world is having babies. Imagine that 😒. To quote my mom, "The songs only last a couple of minutes, those babies take forever to disappear!"
29.2% of you, though, do think all the corny singing is becoming a problem. You signed up for a soap, not Glee.
And along those lines, when asked what you find edgier and more exciting during this holiday season, 84.2% of you said Hallmark Christmas movies officially have more buzz than anything happening on GH right now.
I don't watch Hallmark, so I have no way of verifying this. I made it an option cause I was feeling snarky after that terrible Friday ep, but I suspect this is the truth. From what I'm told, the heroines on those Hallmark movies do sometimes get to discuss things other than babies or when they'll have them, so that's something.
Onto the poll that surprisingly got the most buzz: What do you think of Curtis' ableist Christmas miracle paralysis reversal?
43.2% of you agreed that it is a lazy and offensive conclusion to a poorly done disability story, and that's because it is! Curtis' paralysis was played as a cheap ploy to get quick sympathy for him and in the process promoted the idea that all the lives of the disabled amount to is what they can't do.
Anyways, here's an article on why the "miracle cure" trope is offensive as shit and gross to write in 2023:
38.5% of you could give a shit about Curtis or his terrible storyline and just want to know where Trina's real father, Taggert is? A question that likely won't be answered until next year (but keep hope alive 🥲)
19.2% of you are in an optimistic mood and are open to this story at least having the upside of a potential testing fiasco which clears Trina of these Ashford charges once and for all (again...keep hope alive 🥲).
And a total of 0% of you are happy for Curtis to receive his miracle cure, and honestly...I've never felt prouder looking at a result. There's something really beautiful about us all coming together in the name of having no time for Curtis, I'm tearing up as I type this.
Moving onto the latest Kraze (😉) in GH pairings. I really wanted to know what you guys thought of Kristina and Blaze moving forward at the same time as this surrogacy plot that will not die.
50% of you said that you were too devastated by another pairing already being dragged down by the baby agenda, to put yourself in Blaze's shoes. As a Trina fan, believe me, I get it, and my heart goes out to you guys. The wlw delegation deserved better than this smh
29.2% of you said you would absolutely stay romantically interested in Kristina through her surrogacy story if you were Blaze. Which regardless of how realistic, is actually very sweet and probably exactly what GH will have Blaze do because baby agenda always wins out 😒.
20.8% of you said you'd probably have to dip if you were Blaze cause that's way too much way too soon and I have to say I'm inclined to agree with you guys. I can't imagine starting a relationship with someone who's about to carry a baby but I guess we're going to see what that looks like 🤷🏿‍♀️.
Speaking of "fuck them kids", a certain demon spawn was finally shown the door this week and I wanted your thoughts on Trina's status as a potential accidental homewrecker, and whether or not you gave a shit that Spencer's domestic era is over.
On the Trina homewrecking front:
47.8% of you said, yes, our girl technically qualifies as the cutest accidental homewrecker ever and you think she's a hero for demolishing the Jerry Springer household by simply choosing herself.
39.1% of you think Trina's homewrecking status is irrelevant because Laura's home was simply a training ground for the real home Spencer is already planning in his head with Trina.
And 13% of you, like my mom, think I play too much and that Trina is not a homewrecker and there's nothing funny about the suggestion! And to that I say: 😛
As for Spencer's domestic mourning period (🤢), I'm proud to report that the majority of you (57.9%) have no time for the fake sympathy for Spencer. You can be honest and admit that this story was bad, you're happy this form of it is over and you're hopeful that he can burn the diaper bags and return to dark princedom once again.
26.3% of you do feel bad for Spencer but uh, not enough to mourn this baby nonsense with him.
And 15.8% of you are actually going to miss Spencer the Manny. I can't really relate to such an emotion, but I admire the bravery of being open about your bad taste in storylines.
Setting crybaby Spencer to the side, let's talk about the real Cassadine youth doing real Cassadine things, Charlotte!
In true Cassadine form, Charlotte has the people divided. 34.8% of you agree with Valentin and are proud of Charlotte for her mess. But 34.8% of you also aren't sure about anything except that Anna should have slapped Valentin again (I agree). 30.4% of you are not down with Charlotte's shenanigans and think Valentin is nuts for being this passive.
The people are thoroughly split on Miss Charlotte Cassadine, which means she's doing wonderfully 😘.
Bringing crybaby Spencer back to the front again because it's time to discuss our favorite new pill popper on the canvas, Adam!
I really wanted to know if people were as into the Adam and Spencer friendship idea as @anyathefandom and I and I'm pleased to report the results are hilarious:
54.5% of you think we are nuts for trying to play friendship matchmaker with Spencer and a guy who's about to OD on pills and you know what, that's fair! Maybe our priorities seem a little odd as this kid tweaks about test scores! But we all know the powers of nepotism will save him from anything fatal, so I think some of you need to ease up on the judgment!
36.4% of you are here for the Spencer/Adam friendship idea. You're ready for Spencer to move on from Cali Cam and get a friend that's actually in the same town as him. You also recognize that it's either this or a forced Spencer and Dex friendship, and the lesser evil is pretty obvious here.
9.1% of you have no faith in Spencer's socialization skills and think it's a waste of time to hope he'll get a new friend. You think Spencer will never outgrow his "no new friends" phase, and you might just be right. Depressing but right.
And to save the funniest result for last. No, seriously, I saw this result and immediately lost it.
When asked what do you think will happen first, Adam OD'ing or Dex finally getting a real personality besides sex robot, 100% of you said Adam's inevitable OD is coming before Dex's personality. Because the only thing you guys have less faith in than Spencer's socialization skills, is Dex's character development.
I wanted to save that result for last because that's actually our first unanimous GH Petty Politics result and I love that it was as funny as it was disrespectful ❤️.
And so concludes another round of GH Petty Politics. Once again, you guys are hilarious and your participation is always appreciated!

P101 oc lore ramble beneath the cut!
Sooo Corwin, right?
He was born a pirate, but escaped to Krokotopia after his parents were found doing magic by the Armada and killed. He's been in Krokotopia learning fighting and magic, but I like to think that he was one of the few students of the Balance school who managed to study there, even before the yw recovered the school for Ravenwood.
Leech chose to spread his balance knowledge with the rest of the Spiral, hense why he was caught and imprisoned by the Armada, but after that point he wants nothing to do with them. He just wants to go back home. To Krokotopia.
He studies under Madam Vadima for a few years (he's lurking around when Ryan and Griffin bring in the Wizard they found) but ultimately he realizes he never wanted to be a Witchdoctor. He was a balance wizard.
So, when Ryan and Griffin have hold of Blueflower, the yw, he insists on trailing them in the shadows, and when the yw returns home, he's left to ponder if he should follow them or not.
For now Leech is remaining as a pirate, his ship is pretty well cloaked and he usually only steps in when he needs to, but his plan is to simply find a way to Wizard City and return to his Balance Studies. Unfortunately, the Armada is always in the way of that progress.
