Hello again to all my cannabis loving and canna-curious friends, and welcome back to another episode of The First 90 Minutes! Today we will be talking and toking about an awesome product from Sira Naturals, the Pineapple Express Vape Cartridge! Shout-out to my friend Jackie over at Sira Naturals in Somerville, Ma! This strain, not solely known due to the movie “Pineapple Express”, is a favorite of many when treating stress, depression, anxiety, pain, and fatigue. The top three terpenes being caryophyllene to provide a spicy, peppery taste and assist with inflammation and anxiety, limonene to give it a citrusy zest and to address anxiety, depression, and stress, and myrcene with its herbal flavor to address stress, anxiety, depression, and pain. It is this terpene profile that gives us the happy, uplifted, euphoric, energetic, and relaxed experience that most consumers rave about when medicating with Pineapple Express. What is even more remarkable is the low percentage of negative experiences when medicating with this strain. This is quickly followed by a spicy, almost woody aftertaste with a scent that is tropical and sweet. By 10:04 a.m., I can still feel the relaxation beginning to set in. My body is starting to feel the tension melting away. By 10:10 a.m., My mood has begun to increase, as I feel myself becoming happy and a euphoric sensation seems to be setting in. My focus is pretty good at the moment, especially as I feel my anxiety decreasing and my thoughts beginning to calm down to a more organized rate. Although there is not much of an energy boost yet, the decrease in my stress and anxiety and increase in my mood are all intense enough at this stage that I am satisfied already with the rapid relief I am experiencing. By 10:30 a.m., the physical relaxation continues to run throughout each muscle. The bodily symptom of stress and anxiety have already melted away, and the painful bodily sensations brought on by the depression have also disappeared, allowing me to function a lot more comfortably, and in turn, allowing me to get my day moving at a more normal pace. My focus has begun to improve. There is no mental fog present, but there is a strong sensation of a stress and anxiety free mind, meaning my mind is very calm, and my thought process is very organized. In addition to the continued improvement of my anxiety, stress, and depression, my fatigue is fading as well. I am beginning to notice an energy boost setting in. It seems to be fueling my urge to work on my artwork, which I think I may use this testing period to work on a piece I have been trying to complete for a few weeks now. So far, I have not experienced any negatives related to this strain.

At 11:00 a.m., the energy boost is phenomenal. My body feels like I have had three cups of coffee, but without the caffeine jitters. My mood is euphoric and happy, and the stress, depression, fatigue, and anxiety have all remained at bay. My focus continues to be excellent, but if I am interrupted, it is easy to lose focus until the distraction is taken out of the equation. Between the focus and the energy boost, I am getting a lot of work done on the art piece I have been working on. When throwing on some music, I am lost in a state of pure bliss between my creative work and getting caught up in the vibe of the music. Physically, my body is in a state of complete peace. The stress and tension continue to be replaced with ripples of relaxation running through my muscles, leaving me feeling as if I have just stretched out every area of my body. I have not experienced any negatives yet. Rounding the corner to our 90-minute mark at 11:30 a.m., the effects are beginning to mellow out a little, however they have only slightly decreased since the last check-in. I am still very focused, happy, relaxed, and euphoric, with no return of my anxiety, depression, stress, or fatigue. My body remains relaxed, although on this front I am feeling some of the bodily symptoms seem to be returning. My body does feel a little more rigid, and I can feel the tension returning to my high-tension areas in my neck, shoulders, and upper back.

Timing this product to the fading out of the last of its effects at 11:17 a.m. When I saw Pineapple Express on the menu at Sira, I just had to try it. I was hoping that I would not be disappointed, and I must admit, I was more than pleasantly surprised by the outcome of the effects. The issues I was looking to address were anxiety, fatigue, depression, and stress. Pineapple Express hit the nail on the head when assisting with managing these symptoms. My mood was quickly uplifted, and my anxiety and stress were rapidly decreased. Although the fatigue took slightly longer to address, the energy boost experienced was significant, and really helped to get me going in addition to the relief of the bodily pain caused by the depressive episodes. Considering the effectiveness, longevity, lack of negatives, and the delicious flavor and scent, this is definitely a 5-star product! Fantastic job Sira, keep it up!
