[With Demons]

Lucifer - Close friends: Despite being the youngest of her family, Morgana can understand the difficulties Lucifer goes through trying to protect his brothers and whenever possible she visits the House of Lamentation to spend time with him, lovingly making fun of him and telling him bad jokes to de-stress. She also likes to take on little trips to spend time with him since he's her uncle.

Mammon - Friends: Morgana and Mammon always get together to cause some mischief in Devildom. They are good friends and good listeners, one can always call the other in the middle of the night to talk if one of the two can't sleep.

Leviathan - Close friends: Morgana is the Marshal of the Devildom army and Levi is the Grand Admiral, these two became friends telling their war stories to each other and helping each other deal with the traumas caused by it. Morgana is also trying to help him have better confidence in his abilities and powers.

Satan - Friends: Both are assiduous readers and bond over this. Morgana was also one of the first beings to meet Satan shortly after his birth and they became friends around that time, with her helping him understand his hatred and anger.

Asmodeus - Acquaintances: She always sees the photos he poses for magazines or for Devilgram, but since she rarely go out to clubs or parties Morgana doesn't know him personally. But she knows a lot about him because Solomon loves to talk about the demons he made a pact with.

Beelzebub - Friends: Once she challenged Beel to a competition of who ate more… The two almost bankrupted the restaurant that day. She thinks of him as a good friend and a cool demon.

Belphegor - Close friends: She met Belphie through Beel and the two quickly became sleepy buddies. You can find them sleeping in the woods behind the House of Lamentations, in the attic or anywhere quiet and dark. They share a few hobbies and love star gazing, so they instantly become close friends.

Diavolo - Paternal figure: Morgana saw Diavolo once and immediately latched onto him like a koala. But to be honest, she didn't expect to get emotionally invested in him enough to see him as a father figure - that just happened. And now she constantly loves to run along the castle corridors and drag Diavolo somewhere fun.

Barbatos - Older brother: One of her older brothers and also her favorite, she invited herself to live in the castle when she found out that he was living there. Morgana looks up to him a lot and whenever she can, she have afternoon tea with her brother and help him with his duties. She constantly brings him little gifts and when they can, she loves to fight him since he's so powerful. Tells him she loves him every night because she is afraid of him dying too.

[un-named siblings]: She had twelve brothers who were all her's dad apprentices, but eight of them were killed in the war. She knew they were set up and so she started to investigate who could have done it, until she came to a horrible conclusion and had to kill a certain someone.

Mephisto - Son: Morgana has two sons, Mephisto being the eldest. They have a close mother-son relationship and she does her best to always be understanding with what he wants both now and when he was just a little demon. She also likes to tease him a lot, always instructing him to be the best he can and helping him when the pressure of studying gets to him.

Azazel - Childhood friends > lovers: They have known each other since they were children much to the displeasure of Barbatos who had to deal with their antics and they were always very close. It wasn't much of a surprise when they started dating and later on, got married.

Mitra - Mother: Morgana and her mother were very close, the kind of close that you know what the other is thinking or going to do just by looking in their direction by two seconds. And when she lost her mother, Morgana also lost a part of herself that she never recovered. Year after year, without fail, the nephelim visits her mother grave, tells her about her life, accomplishments and all that while living flowers on the the grave.

[With Angels]

Simeon - Acquaintances: She has heard of Simeon due to him being chosen as one of the exchange students, but has never had any significant interaction with him. Therefore, only acquaintances.

Luke - Acquaintances: Since Luke spends a lot of time with Barbatos baking cakes and pastries, it's likely that they crossed paths on their way to the castle. And Morgana being very good with children easily befriends the young angel, offering cooking tips and telling him stories about her brother. She can't hate a child, she won't, he don't know what the other angels did though she always has this expressionless face when he talks highly of Michael.

Michael - Enemies: When it reached the angels' ears that one of the first nephelims would be born, Michael was sent to supervise the entire gestational process of Mitra, Morgan's mother, and he was one of those responsible for her birth as well. But he was also responsible for giving the order to kill Morgan's other siblings and mother during a conflict, thus making her hate him eternally. She makes an oath at her mother's grave that she would kill him.

Uriel - Childhood friends > Enemies: She met him when she was sneaking into the Celestial Realm to meet Lilith and they instantly clicked. Uriel used to tell bad jokes that made her laugh until she cried. Their friendship collapsed when Uriel decided to follow Michael's orders and kill her brothers.

Raphael - Enemies: They met shortly after her birth and despite the difference between them, they became good friends. Friends who went their separate ways after her and Michael's feud, when the exchange program takes place Morgana moves to the human world so she doesn't have to interact with him.

Lilith - Close friends: Morgana used to sneak into the Celestial Realm because she thought everything was so bright and beautiful, but also because she was so curious about everything. She met Lilith when she was wandering the streets aimlessly and ended up helping the angel with her chores when Morgana realized that she needed help.

Hesperus - Father: An angel who only fell because he fell in love with a demon and had offspring - her. Problems aside, their relationship is really good. She looks up to her dad a lot and goes on many trips with him, her sons and her husband. (Fun fact: Hesperus is Lucifer's twin brother)

[With Humans]

Solomon - Former lover > Closer friends: Solomon was one of the first humans Morgana had contact with when she was still a young being and she was intrigued by the way he lived, with everything he knew and decided that she wanted to stay close to him to learn more about humans, thus starting a lasting friendship and years later, a relationship. For different reasons they decided to end the relationship though. They work better as friends.

MC - Friends: A certain angel asked her to protect Mc because they would be in danger and Morgana did. After that she became fond of this little human who has all the demons wrapped around their finger and she made a habit of affectionately irritating them whenever possible.

Maddi - Her pupil: Once Morgana had lived long enough, and with her knowledge of magic she began to have thousands of young sorcerers asking her to take them as pupils. Maddi was one of those who sought her help and she agreed to mentor the witch.

[With Reaper]

Thirteen - Close friends: Morgana was once conducting a study on reapers as so little is known about them and she simply invited herself into Thirteen's cave to observe her routine and watch her do her work. Morgan also helped 13 make several traps and name them. These two also waged a trap war in Devildom, pranking demons and each other, and eventually Thirteen won by capturing Morgana in a trap.

Morgan has albinism

Because Devildom is prejudiced against angels and all the wars occurring between the two worlds, Morgana was born and raised in the human world until she reached her teens (around 12/13), when the war had reached its end. Then she came to know Devildom.

Despite being listed as her brother, Morgan and Barbatos aren't related. She met him right after she was learning how to control her powers, she was playing and creating things, and unbeknownst to her Morgan was creating multiple timelines. He showed up to see who was doing it and hasn't been able to get rid of her ever since. Her parents also really liked him and since he had no family or was close to anyone, they practically adopted him.

Her father had fall from heaven because he loved Mitra, all the people who knew him had their memories erased so that they would not be influenced by his sins. This includes Lucifer, who is the twin brother of Hesperus. And all of Morgan's siblings were also pupils of Hesperus who fell with him because they tried not to let the information about his love affair leak out.

She worked hard to earn her name in Devildom, serving in the military after her mother's death until she reached the highest rank possible. She also owns one of the most successful companies in Devildom.

Unova E4 ship headcanons!!

Okay so I love all of these dorks and I love pairing them together (even in a polycule) so I compiled some of my headcanons, with the pairings listed in order of preference. Feel free to use on your fics or art or whatever

GRIMSLEY/SHAUNTAL (OTP) -Weirdos; they are a bit too intense for their own good -Expensive restaurant dates, almost exclusively at night -Grims is always looking for ways to make Shauntal blush -She teases back but that only entices him further -But when they join together to fuck with other people they're invincible -She got him into her nerdy board games, he's too proud to admit he likes them -He loves beta-reading her novels -When making out, she always tries to mess up his hair in hopes he'll get a better haircut -Yes they are kinky, more than any other pairing in here, and Grimsley usually takes the lead

SHAUNTAL/CAITLIN -Caitlin is clingy and Shauntal lets her; she loves having her follow her like a puppy -Shauntal likes to tease Cait about being inexperienced with romance -Darach and Shauntal love to talk about Cait in ways that utterly embarrass the poor girl -Coffee dates; Shauntal needs the caffeine and Cait needs to quench her sweet tooth -Shauntal is exceptional at calming Cait down wheneve her psychic powers flare up -They love swapping outfits and trying out the other's style -Shauntal reads her short stories to Cait aloud -Caitlin's general naiveté brings Shauntal's dommy side in the bed -Still, they like to switch a lot

(she cheats at card games so it's all they can do) -They're the most coordinated out of everyone here when doing double battles -Grimsley is a service top to Cait's pillow princess -Though she also likes to dom after he's been particularly annoying

MARSHALL/GRIMSLEY -You'd never guess they're dating until Grims starts acting clingy -Marshall is bad at picking up sarcasm and flirting, and Grimsley loves to fuck with him -Sometimes Grims goes to the gym with him just to watch him and ocassionally go "that's my boyfriend" -Marshall is awkward at formal dates, so Grimsley just takes him to clubs to get shots and fool around -Grims taught him traditional card games and Marshall got too good at them, too quickly -The second Marshall shows any kind of physical dominance, Grims instantly melts -So Marshall obviously tops most of the time; Grims is just that bad at talking back to stronger men

CAITLIN/MARSHALL -These two are stuck together with glue -He used to treat her like she was going to shatter at any moment, but is now way more comfortable around her -They do focus training together so she gets even better at controlling her powers -He's very patient and understanding of her psychic issues, and is very proud of her ability to keep them in check -They love to travel together! -Cait takes the lead in bed, but they usually switch roles pretty quickly

SHAUNTAL/MARSHALL -She's the quirky counterpart to his stoic, awkward self -Shauntal loves recommending him audiobooks to listen to while he trains -She's too good with words for him, who usually gets flustered whenever she snarks at him -Marshall likes picking her up, and she admits it's not much different to flying on Golurk -Their dates often consist of long strolls across Victory Road and other places across Unova -Marshall is pretty vanilla, so Shauntal gets to have a fun time showing him kinky stuff

1608 – John Milton, English poet, born (d.1674); No one can say for sure whether Milton was Gay, but the author of Paradise Lost was known to his Cambridge classmates as "the lady of Christ's" and was portrayed as a repressed homosexual in Robert Graves' novel Wife to Mr. Milton.

1717 – Johann Joachim Winckelmann German art historian and archaeologist, born (d.1768); Winckelmann was a pioneering Hellenist who first articulated the difference between Greek, Greco-Roman and Roman art. and "the prophet and founding hero of modern archaeology."

From 1743 to 1748, he was the deputy headmaster of the gymnasium of Seehausen in the Altmark. His means were insufficient: his salary was so low that he had to rely on his students' parents for free meals. He was thus obliged to accept a tutorship near Magdeburg. While tutor for the powerful Lamprecht family, he fell into unrequited love with the handsome Lamprecht son. This was one of a series of such loves throughout his life.His enthusiasm for the male form excited Winckelmann's budding admiration of ancient Greek and Roman sculpture and he decided to go to Rome to study. Winckelmann arrived in Rome in November 1755. His first task there was to describe the statues in the Cortile del Belvedere—the Apollo Belvedere, the Laocoön, the so-called Antinous, and the Belvedere Torso—which represented to him the "utmost perfection of ancient sculpture."

Originally, Winckelmann planned to stay in Italy only two years, but the outbreak of the Seven Years' War (1756-1763) changed his plans. He was named librarian to Cardinal Passionei, who was impressed by Winckelmann's beautiful Greek writing. Winckelmann also became librarian to Cardinal Archinto, and received much kindness from Cardinal Passionei. After their deaths, Winckelmann was hired as librarian in the house of Alessandro Cardinal Albani, who was forming his magnificent collection of antiquities in the villa at Porta Salaria.

With the aid of his new friend and lover, the painter Anton Raphael Mengs (1728-79), with whom he first lived in Rome, Winckelmann devoted himself to the study of Roman antiquities and gradually acquired an unrivalled knowledge of ancient art. Winckelmann's method of careful observation allowed him to identify Roman copies of Greek art, something that was unusual at that time—Roman culture was considered the ultimate achievement of Antiquity. His friend Mengs became the channel through which Winkelmann's ideas were realized in art and spread around Europe.

1904 – Anthony Santasiere (d.1977) was an American chess master and chess writer, who also wrote extensively on non-chess topics. Santasiere was a middle school mathematics teacher by profession. Santasiere won the 1945 U.S. Open Chess Championship, four New York State championships, and six Marshall Chess Club championships. He competed in four U.S. Chess Championships, with his best finish being a tie for third in 1946. He was a chess organizer.

Santasiere, of French and Italian ancestry, was born and raised in New York City, the 12th of 13 children, and grew up in extreme poverty. He graduated from City College with a degree in mathematics. His studies there were financed by Alrick Man, a wealthy chess enthusiast who had served as president of the Marshall Chess Club. Santasiere represented CCNY in intercollegiate chess. Following graduation, beginning in 1927, Santasiere taught mathematics at the Angelo Patri Middle School in the Bronx, and held that position until he retired to south Florida in 1965.

Santasiere wrote extensively on chess in the magazine American Chess Bulletin, from 1930 to 1963; he served as Games Editor, working with Editor Hermann Helms. The chess opening Santasiere's Folly (1.Nf3 d5 2.b4), was originated and developed by him, and is named for him. Santasiere was also an expert in the Reti Opening, the King's Gambit, and the Vienna Game.

He was an enthusiastic amateur painter, painting over 400 oil paintings, and a prolific poet and creative writer on non-chess topics. He played piano, and was a keen chef who frequently hosted dinner parties. He organized many small-size Master events in his apartment in New York.

In 1965, he retired to south Florida, where he continued to play tournament chess for a while, and won several local tournaments. A gay man, he lived with a younger man, Hector; friend Arnold Denker recalls a loving but turbulent relationship between those two, characterizing them as "Felix and Oscar". On his death Santasiere left his estate to his partner.

1950 – British singer, songwriter and guitarist Joan Armatrading is a three-time Grammy Award-nominee and has been nominated twice for BRIT Awards as Best Female Artist. She also received an Ivor Novello Award for Outstanding Contemporary Song Collection in 1996. In a recording career spanning almost 40 years she has released a total of 17 studio albums, as well as several live albums and compilations.

Armatrading is reluctant to discuss her personal life in interviews. However, in April 2011, it was reported that Armatrading and her girlfriend Maggie Butler were planning to enter a civil partnership on 2 May 2011, in the Shetland Isles.

1975 – Reporter Lynn Rosellini of the Washington Star began a series of articles about homosexuality in sports, which said "some of the biggest names in football are homosexual or bisexual."

1985 – The New York City Department of Health closes the New St. Marks Baths. The New St. Marks Baths was a gay bathhouse at 6 St. Marks Place in the East Village of Manhattan, New York City from 1979 to 1985. It claimed to be the largest gay bath house in the world. The Saint Marks Baths opened in the location in 1913. Through the 1950s it operated as a Turkish bath catering to immigrants on New York’s Lower East Side. In the 1950s it began to have a homosexual clientele at night. In the 1960s it became exclusively gay. On December 9, 1985 the City began the process of closing the baths.

2005 – "Brokeback Mountain" is released to limited audiences in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco. The film, a neo-American western romantic drama directed by Ang Lee, focuses on a love story between two men that stretches over decades, and survives in a time and place in which the two men’s feelings for each other were utterly taboo. The film stars Jake Gyllenhaal and Heath Ledger, and goes on to win several Golden Globe Awards and Academy Awards.

Man Ray's interest in chess began in 1915 when he was encouraged to join the Marshall Chess Club in New York City by fellow Dadaist, Marcel Duchamp.

From musician and chess fan Juga, comes a ballad inspired by, and about, chess. "Oh Capablanca" has been making the rounds on social media in recent weeks to high acclaim. Today she has released a new acoustic version in a video recorded at the Marshall Chess Club in New York. Juga appears playing chess with a member of the Marshall and the video includes shots of historic photographs from the club of Capablanca, Marshall, and more.

I made this like a year ago and thought I lost it. Was hoping and praying i would find it and then I almost gave up and was kind of bummed cause I knew whatever new one I made would never be the same or close to similar cause I seriously didn’t remember it with the awesome photographic memory that I DON’T HAVE (especially when it comes to random interview questions/pick one this or that) The whole point was to get to know my loved ones better so I could be a better person for them and help them more, also know what gifts to make and/or give them for bdays, holidays, and special occasions. 3 Fun Facts about Frank Marshall

There is a story that the spectators were so impressed with Marshall's victory over Stefan Levitsky at the Breslau 1912 tournament that they showered the board with gold coins.

He founded the famous Marshall Chess Club in New York, which still operates today.

He set a world record at the time by playing 155 games in a simultaneous exhibition at the Montreal Chess Club in 1922, winning 126, drawing 21, and losing only 8 games.

This winter, my family is hosting chess tea parties. My husband and I have both played the game since we were small children, and we used to have epic battles during evenings and weekends. The NYC chess world is comparable to the fencing community, so I have spent many hours in chess shops and parks.

Our two older children learned how to play chess during routine school and camp offerings. It wasn't until Eleanor was born that our family returned to a high activity level. There are sanctioned US Chess Federation tournaments every day at the Marshall Chess Club in Manhattan. It is possible to earn a national rating within two weeks of beginning competition.

Fischer Wins 3rd Distance Chess Game NEW YORK (AP) — U.S. chess champion Bobby Fischer won his third long-distance game of the Capablanca Memorial Tournament Tuesday night in a game that one expert said “will go down in chess history.” The 22-year-old champion beat his opponent, Gueorghia D. Tringov of Bulgaria, in 22 moves. “The game was a master-piece,” said Saul Rubin, president of the Marshall Chess Club. Fischer is cabling his moves from the club to the tournament headquarters in Havana, because the State Department refused to grant him a visa to visit Cuba. Rubin said Fischer's game was “extremely brilliant and complex.” At one point, he said, Tringov did not believe one of Fischer's moves and had to telephone New York on the chess “hot line” to confirm it. “He thought it was a losing move, but really it was a winning move,” Rubin said. Fischer has started five games, and won three. One was a draw. Another, the fourth one he started, has been postponed twice.
