Reigen is Phoenix (master bluffer, serial adopter) and so Serizawa would naturally be Miles (which is funny because Edgeworth hates small spaces, while Serizawa loves them). Mob is Apollo but I don’t even think I need to explain why. Tome is Trucy because I think stage magician fits her personality and also it fits with the father-daughter dynamic Reigen and Tome definitely have at the end. Sho is Franziska because Suzuki would be MVK (which fits really well, considering that Serizawa is Miles and there was that manipulation factor…). Ritsu is Maya because of Sho being Fran, but also, it just fits. Teru is definitely Klavier, and I don’t think I need to explain that one either. Takenaka is Athena because of Hearing(TM) and also they’re both pretty sporty.

Was once nearly taken out by the mafia.

Once got impersonated by a dude with a cardboard badge.

Repeatedly been assaulted by witnesses and even prosecutors? Like, one of them straight up tazed him and he was once apparently whipped unconscious in court???

Survived getting hit by a speeding car and being sent flying, falling through a burning bridge, and all the times he got assaulted.

Also, that description of his relationship with the Prosecution really doesn't do any justice. Apparently, Phoenix only started practicing law so he could meet this man in court again.

So I've recently taken an interest to @peathepirate 's Wings!AU and decided to make some doodles/headcanons of my own :)

I feel like Franziska would hide her wings during the growing period but eventually learns to love them (and uses them to add a lil flare to her objections). Don't think she confronted Maya until after BTTT but Maya is smart enough to put two and two together.

This all started because I had this idea of Trucy asking Maya for some grand gift ideas for Phoenix, and Maya blabbed about that one time they made the choco Phoenix bust. Originally just a simple Wright - Edgeworth family piece, it escalated into being a ridiculous mess that took me something like 3 weeks to finish. ...I think? I lost track of time at some point in the madness. I suppose you can have fun counting all characters. Because I'm definitely not going to. I have even hidden some mons, so if you like spot-the-mon (?) games, you're welcome. Print version will come sometime in the future <3 (edit: now available!) Process pics under the cut.

As you might be able to discern I added further ridiculousness as I went. I don't think I've ever painted something quite so detailed ever. Definitely never so many characters at once. I even repainted Phoenix completely at some point. Honestly I probably will nitpick until the end of time, so I'll let it sit for a while before uploading the print on the print shop because I need fresh eyes to discern whether I need to make any adjustments and I definitely don't have eyes at all anymore now.

I drew Mob Psycho 100 characters as Ace Attorney ones in my last post , so here’s the reverse of that! (The explanation can be found on that linked post ^^)

Defense attorney Miles Edgeworth and his chief Manfred Von Karma are here to face off against prosecutor Phoenix Wright and his mentor Lady Mia Fey! Miles may not have as much experience in court as others but he's determined to save the phoenix trapped in Lady Fey's gilded cage!

(I had this idea a few days ago where what if Edgeworth and Wright had their stories switched, even their personalities cause I've seen many versions of defense lawyer Edgeworth still being quite serious and goofy prosecutor Wright, but also their mentors also swapped roles too! (Honestly I just wanted to draw a young and good version of Manfred Von Karma and suddenly everyone is getting role/personality swaps!) I might (already am) be doing swapped roles for Franziska and Maya as well so I will have fun figuring out how they will turn out! (I'll go more in detail about the two girls and their roles when I have them finished!)

Also yes Mia killed Phoenix's Mother who was a defense attorney and then took him under her wing. Growing up, I like to imagine he is treated like a phoenix in a gilded cage where Mia flaunts her perfect pupil in public letting him out to prosecute and get a guilty verdict every time but when he is back in the manor he mainly hides away in his room to study and Mia barely interacts with him only telling him when to eat or what case he is to take next. Even when he grows up and gets a place of his own his night terrors keep him from fully getting rested and unannounced check ins from Mia always keeps him on his toes.)

(I'm driving myself insane (in a good way) thinking how this swapped universe works with these versions of these lawyers!)
