I mean, both my roommate and I can mega evolve our Pokémon. My old Camerupt, actually, has a brown mark on her forehead and much shaggier fur because she’s done it so much in the past. She used to be my ace battler! Not anymore though, now she’s retired and lives on my ranch and helps with egg hatching. :-]

She’s pretty sleepy these days! But she’s having a good time being retired on the ranch :-]

Divorce - My Room (Visualiser)

New music from rising Nottingham indie rockers Divorce. My Room is their brand new single and was released on the 3rd June. The band boast members of respected post-punk outfits Do Nothing and Megatrain, but Divorce contains a distinct sound of its own. They are a four piece band comprised of Tiger Cohen-Towell on lyrics, vocals & bass, Felix Mackenzie-Barrow on vocals & guitar, Adam Peter Smith also on guitar and Kasper Sandstrøm on the drums.

I saw a mega blastoise once when I was in Kanto checking out digletts cave. It was cool to seeing it in battle. The blastoise was unflinching in battle. It was epic.

I saw quite a few different mega evolutions when I went on vacation in Kalos once, I believe my favorite one I saw was a mega Aerodactyl. It was quite extraordinary to see a fossil pokemon mega evolved. I hear some paradox pokemon in the crater look like their mega evolutions of their present day counterpart.

Some headcanons I had about the submas, specifically about how I imagine they live:

-I imagine that their house is fairly large, considering the implications that they had built/designed/own the battle subway in some way.

-The main room of their house, kitchen, and dining room are very modern, classy, and minimalistic. Decorations are sparse, with shelves filled with inoffensive books and decorative metal statues. The only two lively items is a massive wooden train set that runs though literally every room of the house,  and a large train model that gets switched out frequently.

This is because I feel that with the two having a deep love of entertaining guests and likely needing to meet with a lot of important people in order to discuss funding and maybe building more tracks or getting more staff, or buying more trains. So it was best of that the main rooms for entertaining are as elegant as possible.

-They just have a storage closet filled with random statues/decorations to theme about who’s visiting. Trying to talk with Drayden? Maybe leave a few abstract dragon statues outside. Speaking with Skyla about train and airport schedules? The fake-ice Swanna statue needs to be center stage.

-The model train is frequently changed for whatever event they’re hosting. If they’re having a discussion with Drayden, then the train set is based around Opelucid City. If they needed to talk with Elesa, then the model more closely resembles Nimbasa city. Although when its someone their friends with like Elesa, they’re more likely to fill the train model with things like a Zebstrika plushie that isn’t remotely in scale with anything else.

-Their game room is where they actually spend most of their time, and usually only close friends are allowed to enter. This is where they keep their shared favorite books, films, and board games. They actually hang up posters and maps in that room. This is also where they actually display most of their train models.

-They own so many copies of Ticket to Ride. They have their own variant of the game where they somehow use 12 different boards at once, trying to create a MegaTrain.

-Their bedrooms are also generally filled with things they enjoy, and are painted their favorite colors. They each keep a large desk for paperwork and research.

- Most of the space in their bedrooms are actually dedicated for their pokemon. Each one has at least 2 beds,  and space to leave their toys around.

-The Wooden train set is actually a place for their smaller pokemon to play, or to travel around from room to room easily. Emmet had gotten worried that someone might accidentally lock a Joltik in a guest room, so he wanted to make sure that physically couldn’t happen. They’ll also frequently mess with the train, just to see how long it takes for their brother to notice. Usually things like leaving messages on/in the cars.
