Monday I really focused on training my biceps. I usually work back along with it, but I decided I’d split it up a bit. I used dumbbells, barbells, cable towers, smith, and a few machines. It felt great because so many times I just use a couple dumbbells and machines and I’m done. I’m working even harder these days. Evening walk on the bridge with a friend, then session at #crunchdiberville. Tuesday’s focus was chest and triceps. Again, used all the equipment that I could and mixed it up a bit.
