College Major Headcanons:
[Extra content for The Homo Economicus in Love - noritoshi kamo x reader, cute college au]
Yuuji Itadori - Media Studies, on a full sports scholarship even though he's not too interested in sports. He doesn't show up to practice that much but carries the team in tournaments. Not really very academically inclined but everyone he meets loves him so much that he's gotten a shit ton of internships and work experience just cuz he's nice to work with. Stays on campus dorms.
Nobara Kugisaki - Fashion Merchandising (yay legally blonde). Another one who's not very academically inclined but does great at the practical aspects of the job. Gets 40% off on tuition, but has some funds from her grandma. also gets money from her fashion blog, part-time jobs at fashion mags, and manages clothing for photoshoots on a freelance basis (if she commits she commits). Saves on residence by renting with Inumaki and Panda.
Megumi Fushiguro - Computer Science with a minor in Math. Full scholarship and bursary grant by the college due to his shitty financial conditions (orphaned and destitute at a young age). Prof Gojo is his legal guardian. grew up in and stays on campus dorms.
Maki Zenin - Star Athlete, literally training for the Olympics. Her degree is in Mass Communications but she doesn't actually have to attend classes cuz the Uni wants her to focus on sports. Disowned by her family. Full sports scholarship and occasionally gets sponsored by sportswear companies. Trying to go pro.
Yuuta Okkotsu - Sociology and Anthropolgy. He enjoys talking to and meeting people and works as a part-time Journalist for local news channels to bring attention to issues like poverty. Gets a bursary grant from the uni, gets paid for and is decently recognized for his journalism work. Both Geto and Gojo want to mentor him. He talks to himself when he's alone but that's a secret.
Toge Inumaki - Architectural Design, chose this degree just for the hell of it, is a solid B+ student. Has a YouTube gaming and ASMR channel with 200k followers but is struggling to monetize it profitably. Got in on legacy admissions but gets a sports scholarship of 30% (he's pretty good at athletics)
Panda - ???
Noritoshi Kamo - Economics and Finance, specializing in Private Equity and Investment Banking. he's the heir of the Kamo Conglomerate. Full legacy admission even though he graduated valedictorian of high school and is the captain of the Archery team.
Todo Aoi - Quantum Physics. he's literally the top student of every class he takes. he keeps taking random other classes from different majors based on his whims. his genius was recognised and personally mentored by Yuki Tsukumo, but is now undergoing formal college education for the certificate even though he already knows all this and more. he spends half the day in the gym and the other half streaming Takada-chan variety clips.
Mai Zenin - Economics and Finance, her family made her take it. good at academics even though she's not super into it. legacy admission.
Momo Nishimiya - Literature and Creative Writing. She posts regularly for a gender and sexuality magazine. loves nobara's blog.
Miwa Kasumi - Computer Science with a minor in Software Engineering. She just wanted a degree that would lead to a well-paying job. Cabinet Member of the Student Council. She vouched a lot for Mechamaru/Kokichi to get disability-friendly accommodation. she struggles a bit with academics but pulls through with A- all around. Kokichi/Mechamaru helps her if she finds something particularly difficult to understand. has her own campus residence but has practically moved in with Kokichi.
Arata Nitta - Health and Medicine, focusing on Emergency Care Medicine. he TAs for Prof Shoko's classes. his sister works in college admin office. has campus residence but mostly stays in the college affilitated hospital, bit of an over-worker.
Mechamaru/ Kokichi Muta - double major in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering. Another top student of his classes. Found it a bit difficult to adjust to campus life at first (not enough disability accommodation) but with Miwa's help he got around. campus dorm with Miwa.
Professors!
Gojo Satoru - graduated from top Ivy colleges, has 5 PhDs, and wrote 1000 papers and books, and is the one of the most respected physicist in the world but insists on teaching Intro-level Physics and Math. drives a Bugatti to college. highly competitive relative grading. prescribes his own books for his class. expect a problem set every day after class. gives a lot of individual attention to students tho, n is very nice in general. he'll accept a late submission if u bring him sweets. his lockscreen is prof geto?
Geto Suguru - teaches one class named Ethics, Philosophy and Law every semester. doesn't answer questions over email, only during Office Hours. great at explaining difficult concepts, his course is the one students fight to get into and say "opened their eyes". has a devoted cult of worshipping students, voted student favorite every year. his adopted daughters took a gap year to travel abroad and he talks about them in class. he always has sweets in his pockets?
Utahime Iori - teaches modules on Economics, Politics and Philosophy courses. great teacher, very clear explanations, bumps up the grading slightly (absolute grading) and is very accommodating as a prof. hates getting emails at night tho.
Shoko Ieiri - Shitty ass prof tbh but everyone takes her class cuz she gives everyone an A. teaches Surgical Anatomy. focuses on practical experience rather than theory. she has a no attendance policy and takes few very exams or assignments.
Yuki Tsukomo - Visiting Faculty, takes one super high level class Quantum Physical Theory one semester and comes back after 4 years. Independent researcher funded by the uni.

I meant to post about this yesterday about I really love the Charlotte Tilbury sponsor in F1 Academy. It's a very bold and deliberate step towards inclusion of women and femme presenting people in motorsport. It's a great reminder that women have purchasing power in the sport and that our wants and needs should be considered when creating content and merchandise. I also hope it opens the door for more non-traditional sponsors to join the sport because I'm so tired of cryptocurrency scams and tech companies being the only sponsors we see. It's also just a fun and out-of-the-box livery because sometimes motorsport takes itself too seriously. So I find it refreshing.
Edit: Took Lola Lovinfosse out of the tags because she's a zionist but the rest still applies.

Looks like things are so dire with the production company behind My Ride and The Whisperer (K10/Fix Entertainment) that My Ride's author Pat Rangsimant officially distanced himself from any of the company's potential mismanagement and/or contractual breaches. The rights for the My Ride sequel remain with him (I vaguely remember there was talks of filming the sequel).
Here's the full tweet (auto-)translated into English:
Announcement Repeated Once Again As the author of the novel "My Ride", I, Pat, would like to clarify that I have no involvement and no knowledge regarding the case where K10 Global Content company did not fulfill the hiring contract, merchandise sales contract, and any other contracts. My latest encounter with K10 Global was during the closing ceremony of the "My Ride" show at Show DC, and it was only on stage. After that, there was no further communication. Furthermore, the issue of the rights to produce the series "My Ride" Season 2 has never been discussed before. Therefore, if there are sponsors, investors, or any production houses who have discussed this matter with the aforementioned company, please be informed that the production company has never negotiated this matter with me, and the rights to the novel remain with me. This is to inform everyone. Rangsimant
Yikes.
So basically what he's saying is that he has no involvement or even awareness of any of the company's potential mismanagement but there must be some pretty serious rumours floating around for him to address things so directly.
Do I even want to watch The Whisperer finale at this point? 🤨
#bl industry#thai bl#the whisperer the series#my ride the series#i let this speak for itself#funnily enough google translate was extremely unhelpful and grossly mistranslated some of the tweet#i triple checked with other auto-translation tools#but pls treat this translation with a grain of salt#replies suggest that k10 remains silent on the issue and that actors have been complaining as well

I don't think there is anything parasocial about using common sense. A lot of predictions I've made about what I think would happen to Lewis' relationship with his team, his contract, marketability, team sponsors and even Max's popularity have come to fruition. Like I said, I haven't even started following f1 until recently, so I'm literally operating on common sense.
The whole "I don't owe you anything" attitude tends to work a lot better when you're winning or when your results are more favorable. P3 is fine, but if his performance was as close to flawless as possible, his results could have been better, especially in quali. When you're looking for people to support your $40 non-alcoholic beverages and your overpriced merch, those same people may not feel the need to support you when you have that type of attitude. Remember: his fans don't owe him or his team their support either.
This is absolutely not common sense though.
If you think he's trying to have good F1 results so people buy Almave you're just not getting it. The man is rich enough to not do anything for the rest of his life, it honestly doesn't matter that much if people buy his merchandise, that's not the end goal.
If you liking him, following his results, supporting him and watching F1 relies on whether or not he feeds you content you think you're entitled to, sorry to break it to you, but that's parasocial.
In any case I won't convince you to see it my way and you won't convince me to see it your way so it doesn't matter what I say. I won't answer you further. I hope you're able to enjoy this season, because just based on this short exchange we've had today, F1 seems to frustrate/anger/stress you rather than bring you joy, which is a pity.

So, about Critical Role’s statement on the new WOTC OGL ...
I know, I know, it LOOKS LIKE they’re trying to hedge their bets, that they’re trying to appease the evil empire (WOTC) while also trying not to alienate their fans, and perhaps there’s even a fraction of truth in this point, but ... REMEMBER FOLKS, THESE GUYS ARE NOT JUST A BUNCH OF FRIENDS PLAYING A FRIENDLY GAME OF D&D ANYMORE. They’ve built up a real business based around what they’ve been doing, and this is something they need to protect. If it was just about THEM, about the game and the webcast at Geek & Sundry, you know they’d cut ties in a heartbeat, going back to using Pathfinder like they started out with before the release of 5E. But there’s so much more to it for them now.
They’ve got The Legend of Vox Machina on Amazon (there’s a reason there are subtle differences between what’s happening in the show, from powers to races to the names of the gods themselves, compared to the original Campaign 1 liveplay, and thwat’s so they can get around the copyright issues in order to make the series IN THE FIRST PLACE). They’ve got all of the offshoot merchandise, which people have to make, and a series of tie-in expansion books and games - sure, some of them have been published by Darrington Press, but there are others which were specifically made by WOTC themselves, which means their contents are trapped FRONT AND CENTRE under the conditions of the new OGL). MOST OF ALL, though, they’ve got the show itself, hell, they’ve got the ENTIRE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY of Critical Role itself, which isn’t just run by them - they employ HUNDREDS OF OTHER PEOPLE, from their crew to evrybody working on the periphery, right down to all the jobs that were created just to help them make and distribute their tie-in games and merchandise. That’s a hell of a consideration.
If they piss off WOTC by coming right out and saying what I’m sure they REALLY WANT TO about this, that could put them in a really bad position given that D&D Byond is one of their major sponsors, they’re using the 5E platform and intelectual materials to put this together in the first place, and some key parts of their own material are now, thanks to this new OGL, technically THE INTELECTUAL PROPERTY of WOTC now too. They can’t just drop D&D Beyond as a sponsor and wash their hands, they’re pretty STUCK right now.
So yeah, they’re being cautious about what they’re actually saying here, so it sounds like they’re trying to appease BOTH SIDES of the argument. Because they REALLY ARE. They have NO CHOICE. It’s clear enough if you actually PAY ATTENTION and read between the lines here that what they’re saying to WOTC is purely to put them at ease, there’s birtually no real SINCERITY in their words, but when they’re talking to the community at large, the ones who are being GENUINELY HURT by this new situation, they’re thoroughly commiserating with them, entirely trying to prop them up, their sincerity HERE is COMPLETELY REAL. They love us, they’ve made it abundently clear OVER AND OVER AGAIN already, and they don’t want to fuck us over about this.
Look at it this way - look at this in eighteen or so months’ time, when the current campaign comes to an end and they have cart blanche to do whatever they want when it comes to Campaign 4. If you ask me, they’ll jump ship entirely, go to one of the other gameplay systems or even create their own (they might even do it SOONER if Matt can come up with something himself while Campaign 3′s still happening), and when they come back to Exandria (or maybe even a completely new setting, which I think MIGHT BE more likely, even if it does mean saying goodbye to the possibility of tying in with the previous campaigns going forward) there will be some MAJOR SHAKE-UPS where they no longer have to pay ANY lip-service at all to WOTC’s properties. Hell, if there’s any way they can use a little legal grease to try and wrangle Exandria and Stuff out from under WOTC’s grip while they’re at it I’ve no doubt they’ll try, although I’m a good deal LESS confident about THAT.
Just remember, these guys are on OUR SIDE. They’re in a really impossible situation right now, and they have NO IDEA how this is actually going to turn out so they are JUST AS SCARED AS US right now, but they’ve got A WHOLE LOT to lose if it all goes proper south on ‘em. So just think about THAT before you start badmouthing Matt, Marisha, Travis, Laura, Ashley, Taliesin, Liam and Sam about trying to play the middle or delivering a “milquetoast” statement. This really is THE BEST they can do right now ...

Grow Earning through Facebook Page Monetization
Are you ready to turn your Facebook page into a money-making machine? Well, buckle up because we're about to dive into the world of Facebook page monetization and learn how to grow your earnings like a pro!
1. Create Engaging Content
The first step to growing your earnings through Facebook page monetization is to create engaging content that your audience loves. Whether it's funny memes, helpful tips, or inspiring quotes, make sure your posts are interesting and shareable. The more people engage with your content by liking, commenting, and sharing, the more attractive your page becomes to potential sponsors and advertisers.
2. Build a Strong Following
Next, focus on building a strong following for your Facebook page. Invite your friends to like your page, share your content with their networks, and encourage them to spread the word. You can also join Facebook groups related to your page's niche and participate in discussions to attract new followers. The larger your audience, the more opportunities you'll have to monetize your page.
3. Optimize Your Page for Monetization
Once you've built a solid following, it's time to optimize your facebook page monetization. This includes enabling monetization features such as in-stream ads, fan subscriptions, and branded content. In-stream ads allow you to earn money from ads that appear in your videos, while fan subscriptions enable your followers to support your page with monthly payments. Branded content partnerships allow you to collaborate with sponsors and advertisers to create sponsored posts and videos.
4. Engage with Your Audience
Engaging with your audience is key to growing your earnings on Facebook. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner, and encourage interaction by asking questions, running polls, and hosting live Q&A sessions. The more you engage with your audience, the more loyal and supportive they'll become, leading to increased monetization opportunities.
5. Diversify Your Revenue Streams
To maximize your earnings, consider diversifying your revenue streams beyond traditional advertising. Explore opportunities such as affiliate marketing, merchandise sales, and premium content subscriptions. Affiliate marketing involves promoting products or services and earning a commission for every sale made through your referral link. Merchandise sales allow you to sell branded merchandise such as t-shirts, mugs, and accessories to your followers. Premium content subscriptions give your fans access to exclusive content or perks in exchange for a monthly fee.
6. Track Your Performance
Finally, track your performance and analyze your results to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Use Facebook Insights to monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement, and monetization revenue. Experiment with different types of content, posting schedules, and monetization strategies to see what works best for your audience. By continuously refining your approach and adapting to changes in the Facebook algorithm, you can continue to grow your earnings over time.
conclusion
In conclusion, growing your earnings through Facebook page monetization requires dedication, creativity, and strategic planning. By creating engaging content, building a strong following, optimizing your page for monetization, engaging with your audience, diversifying your revenue streams, and tracking your performance, you can unlock the full earning potential of your Facebook page. The algorithm considers factors like user engagement, watch time, and keywords. To succeed on YouTube, you need to create content that appeals to this algorithm and captures the attention of your target audience.
The Power of Video Content
Video content is at the heart of YouTube’s success. It’s engaging, informative, and visually appealing. Legal and Copyright Considerations
YouTube has strict copyright policies. To avoid copyright violations, it is essential to respect intellectual property rights by using royalty-free music and images and properly attributing sources. Understanding fair use, public domain, and YouTube’s policies on copyrighted content protects your channel from potential legal issues by ensuring a safe and compliant content creation voyage.

The success of your YouTube channel can only be gauged through the use of analytics and monitoring. Insightful conclusions may be drawn from metrics like viewing duration, CTR, and audience make-up. You may better understand your audience’s behaviour, develop more effective content strategies, and make well-informed choices about the future of your channel if you analyse this information on a regular basis.
Dealing with Challenges
The road of a YouTuber includes overcoming obstacles. The ability to bounce back quickly from setbacks, whether they be a lack of inspiration, criticism, or audience interest, is essential. YouTube artists may flourish despite losses so long as they are resilient, reflective, and open to feedback from their audience.
Scaling Your YouTube Business
In order to grow your YouTube channel, you need to think big. Among these methods are establishing several sources of revenue, building a team, and experimenting with new mediums. Profitability on YouTube may be maximised by capitalising on your existing brand and audience while maintaining high standards of production value and viewer participation.
YouTube Policies and Guidelines
As such, it is essential for producers to familiarise themselves with YouTube’s standards and guidelines. Avoiding punishments like demonetization or account suspension requires strict adherence to copyright, community, and monetization guidelines. Keeping up with platform updates and regulations is crucial to having a successful platform experience over time.

It involves optimizing monetization methods, diversifying income sources, and building a loyal audience.
