M A X (Would like for his valentines gift to not be hugged to death) for the valentines asks
“No promises, Maxwell. Bring that ass over here.”
M   :   MOONLIGHT.   what is your muse’s ideal date? where / who with / etc?
The ideal date would be anything not too fancy. Nicolette hates luxury type things with a slight passion. Inviting her date to see her perform with her band would probably be her first thought, because then she could be the center of her date’s attention. Having her date’s eyes on her is something she craves. Seeing the look on their face as they see everything she’s made of; the passion she exerts when playing on stage, the sweat she pours into making every performance worthwhile, would be priceless. Afterwards she’ll invite them to come over and watch an anime with takeout-- their date’s pick, of course.
A   :   AFFECTION.   how does your muse show affection?
Over here!
X   :   XOXO.   does your muse use / like pet names?
Absolutely! She’ll think of any cute little name to call her partner and use it all the time. Most times they’ll be in French, but somehow will relate to their personality or appearance. One of her favorite pet names to be called is ‘ma lapine’ (my rabbit) or ‘ma nana’ (my girl). This would require teaching her S/O a bit of French, though it’s all worth it hearing her new nickname from her lover’s mouth.

Monster High Facts, Theories, & Headcanons
Tumblr media
Does anyone here have or know any unpopular or not well-known headcanons, theories, and/or facts about the Monster High characters or the lore? For research purposes that I may or may not use in a fanfiction/story.
Also if the information is not yours, can you post the link or say where you found the information please? Thank you!

I’d literally love headcanons for Mind hunter and Holden! You are literally so nice!
of course!! tysm ☺️
holden being ticklish is like...kind of god tier??
he has this very uptight, professional, intelligent persona that we’re shown multiple times is a bit of an act
he’s smart and good at his job, sure, but he’s also kind of a fucking goofball
his hips and sides are his most ticklish spots, and he thanks the layers that his work clothes provide (undershirt, buttonup, suit jacket) just in case tench gives him a poke to get his attention
holden is one of those ppl who can sort of control being ticklish? but only if he really focuses, and he has to know that he’s about to be touched
he also usually doesn’t care enough too, because debbie probably found out that he was ticklish like the second time they slept together because she’s devillish like that
he doesn’t like laughing uncontrollably, he always has very rehearsed chuckles for situations, and his real laugh is way goofier than he’d like to admit
he giggles, mostly, which is just precious
only debbie, tench, and wendy know that he’s ticklish (wendy never uses it against him, that’s beneath her, but she sees tench poke at him all the time and it makes her smile fondly behind her case file where they can’t see her being sappy)

anyway before i leave heres my skincare routine: rlly rambly but even too lazy to make a read more on mobile sorry fellas thats what happens when u follow me, nintendogs
pm-
softymo speedy cleansing oil- so nice , fragrance free and cheap i think is mineral oil based but doesnt bother me rlly the only issue i have is that its less messyfor me to use a balm i have to be careful applying the oil to my face but i swear oil cleansers have always been cheaper than balms so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ its also available at local asian market cuz i was gonna order on yesstyle that shit had like $13 shipping cost more than the actual product fhdjsjsjsj
second cleanse- using jordan samuel matinee cleanser honestly i rlly love it im a big fan of jordan samuel even tho his stuff is more pricey... i was using krave mhhc but my skin is rlly sensitive/dry since i use differin regularly and even that became a lil too drying? nonfoaming cleanser is always a safe choice for me😊
toner- honestly feels so extra to use a toner but. im from rice toner. its good
serum- even more extra,,, so embarrassing lol - purito unscented centella. its fine. rlly cheap and like 2oz wat a steal. not necessary idk why i bought two i have no self control
moisturizer- vanicream cream. godly. legendary. the most basic cheap affordable moisturizer u can get in us drugstore... so thick n fragrance free And it still comes in a jar with a pump top. thx
differin gel- differin gel- lol sometimes i will mix this in with a pump of krave gbr
i no longer have dry patches i used to get flakes around my mouth nose area.. the shame.. im almost positive it was from weak barrier from using a foaming cleanser tho bc ive always been good at moisturizing and once icut out krave mhhc my flakes p much went away lolol
also i went back to water rinsing in the morning i was being an idiot andusing some bha cleanser in the morning,,,,
this post is so long i havent even mentioned sunscreen but my alarm is set for 6am so i gotta log off. thx 4 reading if u read this😳

Review: Krave Beauty Matcha Hemp Hydrating Cleanser
Review: Krave Beauty Matcha Hemp Hydrating Cleanser
I’ve been using Krave Beauty’s Matcha Hemp Hydrating Cleanser (MHHC) since 2018. It is formulated without fragrance, essential oils, and colorants. It has a jelly-like texture. It contains mild cleansing agents, so it produces a light lather, rather than a foam. It’s not likely to leave your skin feeling stripped. Thus, it won’t harm your skin’s barrier. While it is not marketed as a makeup…

“I... do I have to?” She mumbles, shifting uneasily as the Entity’s whispers grow louder. They began to detail events that she had never wanted to think about in the first place. “Stop! Fine, I-I will,” Nicolette took a deep breath, clenching her thumb as a coping mechanism. “I... ah, fuck, I-I enjoy feeling... a bit powerless sometimes. Ah, be-because of my, uh, troubled childhood. I like to feel dependent on someone else not necessarily always as a fetish but in relationships as well. That’s... why I tend to develop feelings for some killers who throw me around a-and overpower me so easily. I don’t always like it though-- don’t get me wrong it’s nice to dominate and people mostly know me for that but, you know... I can’t let anyone see that weak side of me. Only the killers I have relations with, like... Michael. I miss him a little too much now and again for as much as I’d like to deny it. Out of all of the killers, he makes me feel the smallest.”

So, if you don’t know about My Heavenly Hockey Club, you should. It’s one of the funniest manga series I’ve ever read. Unfortunately, like other Ai Morinaga works, it is one that was never fully published in North America.
Reading it, you’d swear that it was a brutal parody of Ouran High School Host Club, because there are so many similarities, and yet, they were both published starting in 2002--MHHC may have actually started serialization first (I don’t have exact dates).
Both series feature a relatively poor heroine, who becomes indebted to a club of rich students (in a rather dubious way), and therefore is essentially forced to become part of the club.
The clubs in both series have a similar number of people (OHSHC has one more), and there is pretty much a one-to-one analogue for all the MHHC characters: narcissistic club leader, hypercompetent and sometimes cold VP, cute male idol, twins.
But while Ouran will sometimes lean towards the dramatic, My Heavenly Hockey Club will have none of that. It’s a great sendup of shoujo manga, reverse harems, and BL-bait. It is one of two series that made me laugh out loud while reading it. It’s just plain funny.
