So i watched someone play a game called 'Mint's Hints' and I wanna say, I love that the game is trying to do a commentary about how huge corps are trying to replace their actors and such with ai. Even though the game's character designs just look odd to me, especially Mint's render which looks like it's made of plastic rather than being furry since I think she's meant to be a fox

And yes, this is a mascot horror game and I do love that they try to do a unique spin just as having you put the clues together to try and figure out what is going on as a gimmick, and I love that it tries to tell a story about how corrupt directors can be by wanting to replace their cast with ai and such.

But, it's confusing too.. Like, so is Mint and the other characters in the show real for some reason or.. is it gonna be similar to Poppy Playtime where the bigger bodies are actually people (mainly children) that were experimented on and used for these toys.

Or is it gonna be like My Friendly Neighborhood where the Puppets are sentient for some reason (I don't think they ever explain how or why the puppets are sentient)

Have you heard of game mint's hint? That game mascot's scary face is literally a rip-off of poppy playtime's smiling critters

I'm not comfortable calling anything a rip off without a TON of similarities and or a corporate motive to 'rip off' because it can be easy to sweep lots of inspirations and passion projects under the rip-off rug.

Not to say there's no room for complaints, mine is that Mint and Fuchsia's designs don't look like they fit into the world that they're trying to replicate, they look closer to like.. Barbie Pets to me.
