Ive previously only heard the term "murder husbands" refer to hannigram so it feels flitting. The whole series culminated with a murder they did together bathing in blood. 

The show and ship that coined murder husbands. It’s in the text in s3 from a journalist side character. They do Many murders either together or as a message to each other. Usually this involves turning the dead body into an art piece. The show ends with them killing a guy together in a slo mo scene backed by porno music.

The show begins with Will working for the FBI and trying to catch Hannibal, but because Hannibal is so intrigued by the way Will is able to see the world and the motives behind the killings so easily, it becomes a game of Hannibal isolating Will even more from the people around and seducing him to try and kill. By the time Will starts embracing the side of him that Hannibal sees, he starts oulling back and trying to distance himself so that when the time comes for Will to fully embrace himself and Hannibal, no one really suspects what they have planned.

Many wagons are still in service however, filling out niches that are not very high of a priority for the company.

Over the coming years, the owners have said that this mass liquidation of equipment will result in "Many sudden vacancies [and] unserviced routes" for cities across the island who have been connected by these buggies. "We'll figure it out as it becomes a problem lol [sic]."

That Which Rassilon Feared (Abilities)

Eight has some inhuman abilities that will likely come up in threads. These include:

Touch-telepathy

Empathy

Foresight

Knowledge of history

Touch-telepathy:

All Time Lords are telepathic. However, this ability varies from one Time Lord to the next. This is one ability in which the Doctor is actually quite weak. He can communicate telepathically with any person or species that are strongly telepathic, such as the Ood and other Time Lords, but he has difficulty communicating across any significant distance. He is also not able to exert any influence over another person, telepathic or not. In order to communicate telepathically with a non-telepathic entity, such as a human, he must be touching them.

Empathy:

While the Doctor is terrible at telepathy, he is a fairly strong empath. He is usually able to pick up on even a non-telepathic being's emotions pretty clearly even without touching them.

Foresight:

Seers are uncommon, but not unheard of, amongst Gallifreyans of all races. Generally, in order to be considered a true seer in Time Lord society specifically, the Time Lord in question must have this ability across all regenerations. However, the Doctor only has this ability during their Eighth regeneration. Eight is able to "see" the threads of different possible timelines and discern which is the most likely to occur. He does not have as much control or insight as a non-Time Lord Gallifreyan might, however, and these things often come to him in flashes.

Knowledge of History:

This is less an "ability" and more just the fact that the Doctor is a Time Lord. He has extensive knowledge about the history of the universe of linear time and some knowledge beyond that.

Use in RP:

These abilities are likely to come up in threads. However, if there is an instance in which this would have a measurable effect on the scene playing out, I will consult with my RP partner about it. Eight will not be able to influence your muse telepathically regardless, as he’s just not a strong enough telepath. However, he is likely to pick up on any strong emotions your muse is feeling. Any and all use of these abilities, though, is something I'm happy to discuss. I don't want to end up god-modding your muse any more than I want you god-modding mine.

Eight, though, is my favorite. I can remember watching the movie when it premiered back in 1996 and I fell down the rabbit hole of Eight's EU appearances after suffering a back injury. When Daimyo Fett told Grogu who Garsa Fwip was, Grogu could tell that his friend was sad about something. The way he described her, Grogu thought that maybe the former bounty hunter had a bit of a crush on her. She was tall. She was elegant. She was a smart business woman. She was a diplomat. She was fearless. She was also gone. 

Just another person affected by the greed of the Pykes. That made Grogu sad. He wondered if that would have happened if he had stayed with the Mandalorian and not taken that vacation at Luke’s Jedi Sleep Away Camp. Then he recalled Master Obi-Wan scolding him about wasting time on ‘what-if’ scenarios. 

Sure, if you’re planning to do something, like take over the teaching of Jedi younglings on a planet you ended up on, you should go through some ‘what-ifs’. What if they don’t have frogs on Ossus? What if Luke doesn’t really know how to train younglings and padawans? What if Ossus doesn’t have the resources required for maintaining an attentive student population? You make a plan to address the shortfalls identified by the ‘What-ifs’. 

Even the best plans couldn’t address all the potential pitfalls and problems you encountered. What if I didn’t have the high ground? What if we had found his mom alive and living and good life? What if Master Qui-Gon hadn’t been resistant to Force healing? Those were what ifs helped no one, especially not Master Obi-Wan. As far as Grogu could tell, trying to time travel into the past using a ‘what if’ scenario was just you punishing yourself for things you could not control, foresee, or take meaningful action on. 

Now, if you brought that up to a big picture perspective, something like ‘what if there was no Pyke Syndicate’, then you might think about how they came into existence to begin with and try to identify the large and small cultural changes that had led to one group of people accruing the means to subject other people to their will and how the balance of power in the galaxy had allowed that to take place.  

This was exactly the sort of thing the Jedi were supposed to help with. They were supposed to look at their galactic neighborhood and help maintain balance. Grogu knew that was tricky. Once there had been many Jedi Temples and many Jedi. They had known everyone and helped everyone.They hadn’t needed to use fear or force to compel people to work together. They had been diplomats and negotiators and people who could facilitate reconciliation and accountability. 

But over time, they too had become caught up with smaller matters. Distracted by the Sith and the Mandalorians. Caught up in their own rules and paths. Testing everyone all the time. It was exhausting. 

He had to admit that he had also wasted time on ‘what-if’ scenarios when he left the Jedi Temple. What if there was another path to follow that helped with balance, that was centered on peace, on understanding and valuing everyone? What if you could use the Force to help you make that path that helped people lead better more fulfilling, less angry, less greedy, less fearful lives? What if you could lead a life with your own family and still help the galactic family? 

Then he sighed. Those ‘what-ifs’ had been a lot like Garsa Fwip, complex, beautiful, and crushed by the actions of others. But still. They didn’t feel like a waste. They felt like a destination. Grogu hoped that he was as brave as she had been and could turn that dream into a reality. 

He asked the Daimyo what his plan was for Tatooine. Was he going to make it a place where people could live in safety and peace or was he going to find another adventure. After all, he’d pretty much turned the day to day operations of Mos Espa over to the Mods. 

“My friend, I am going to take some time and think about where I can best make a difference. I have been a bounty hunter because I am good at understanding why and how people hide themselves from those in authority. But I did not spend very much time trying to understand why those in authority wanted them or if they should have been able to find them at all. It is clear now that we have syndicates, the New Republic, pirates, Imp remnants, and who knows who else, fighting for supremacy. The New Republic is not strong enough to fight on all these fronts. They protect the Core worlds because they think that is where the risk is. But Naboo was not part of the Core. Nor was Yavin. Nor was Kamino. So they look and watch in the wrong direction. This troubles me.”

Grogu asked the Daimyo what Fennec thought about it all. 

“Ahh. She believes that we must know more than we know now. She has recently asked me, what-if there are more clones out there? My brothers and perhaps a sister. I will share with you that the thought had crossed my mind, but I didn’t want to work on that problem until the situation here on Tatooine was sorted out. It is sorted out and now I will go looking for them. It is clear, from what your father has told me, Imp Remnants haven’t stopped trying to create clones. I had three million ‘brothers’ at one point in time. What if they did that to someone like your father? Or Fennec? Or you? We need to resolve this and the sooner the better.”

Grogu agreed with the Daimyo. He’d never thought to do a ‘what if a ex-Imp warlord kidnapped you to steal your blood so he could make a clone with Force powers’. He probably should have. Then maybe, somehow, they could stop that sort of thing from happening, again. It was the least Grogu could do for Garsa Fwip.
