This piece is a few months “old” already, because it was my entry for the Teyvat's Matchmaker zine!

It was definitely a pleasure to draw Eulamber of all ships! 😭😭 I really should draw them more often 🥺

This piece portrays the moment Eula reads Amber’s letter, while she’s away on a mission for the Knights!

Winifred’s waters broke early in the morning. The pain of it started out light, just a slight uncomfortableness, but slowly got worse as the continued onwards. There was no available midwife nearby, and Winifred had to face the reality that she would have to do this on her own. 

Like many others, she couldn’t keep from thinking of all the women who’d come before her, and gave birth by their lonesome, as her own mother had done.

She was grateful to have Lawrence there to help comfort and guide her through the contractions with deep breaths. He had never witnessed anything like it in his life thus far, and was overwhelmed with how helpless he was to alleviate his wife’s pain.

Not knowing how else to help, he settled for walking around their flat together and stopping to sway side to side with hopes that the movement would simulate some relief for her.

After nearly 18 hours of labour, it was time to start pushing, each one more painful than the last. By the end, Winifred was light-headed and dizzy, but persisted nevertheless. 

“Lawrence,” she gasped as her husband took her delicate seeming hands into his own, “there’s two!” 

Winifred was undeniably right, and the babies couldn’t decide who wanted to come first. Eventually though, their little boy, who they named Oscar William, entered into the world in all his screaming glory, followed shortly by his sister, Florence Belle.

Thinking about Halloween. Me and Diana might run to the store, and get a few Halloween decorations for the house. She loves this holiday. Hopefully, I won't be another princess this year, but it's her choice.
