Got two asks if I was okay. Thank you for thinking of me but I’m too far south and inland for the SoCal fires to be affecting me (San Bernardino county, baby). However, my amazing partner’s a born and raised LA boy and much of his immediate family is in the danger zone. Furthermore, many of our friends are in that area.

Got a quick message to tell everyone.

Apparently, according to Amelia-Rose, there’s gonna be some awful souls trying to send some people, specifically blogs like mine, (roleplay blogs and various other fandoms, like the ‘Mouthwashing’ fandom, for example) really graphic gore. Me personally, I’m not bothered by gore. I’m the King of Hell, I’m used to it by now.

But Amelia-Rose said I should warn all of you guys about it, just in case you’re not prepared.

In all seriousness though everyone, please keep your asks closed at least until the 26th, just in case. You might not be affected, but I worry about my moots and the community on here.

The oldest asks are currently from April/May, with ~50 answered asks in the queue. Some take longer to post if they are added to lost fic posts.

If you're not actively keeping up with the blog I would highly suggested not asking anonymously, as that way tumblr can notify you when your ask is answered/you are tagged in a lost fic post.

I've honestly considered turning anon asks off for this reason and so we can always answer privately if necessary, but I understand people will have reasons for wanting to stay anonymous.

Hopefully you won't miss this ask!

Message from the Mod Team Concerning Use of Fan-made Assets:

As some may have noticed, we have modified our announcement post for contributor apps, in addition to some of our other posts in recent days.

To summarize, the other day it was brought to our attention that we had wrongfully used assets from AMudkip's FEMC mod in our graphics, and we have taken steps to correct this.

Our team was unaware that the mod was licensed and specified against the use of its assets in promotional material. AMudkip, the creator behind the FEMC mod, kindly contacted us privately and we have since resolved things amicably.

As a small gesture of apology, our graphics moderator has also donated to the creator's ko-fi, and we also encourage fellow fans to support the hard and oft-underappreciated work of the Persona modding community. We respect their contributions to this fandom, and never intended to profit from it.

We take full responsibility for this oversight and promise to be more diligent in the future to ensure things like this do not happen again. Once again, we deeply apologize to AMudkip and any disappointed fans and creators, and we thank those who made us aware of our mistake.
