Y/N: you ready to play?

Lin: I guess

Y/N: ok let’s punch some trees

Lin: there’s a hole

Y/N: we can go down in a second

Mako: LIN NO!

Lin: *Lin has fallen to her death*

Krew: *laughing*

Katara recently installed a doorbell with a camera on her and Zuko's door, and already the notifications are driving her mad. Just when she's about to thrown in the towel and rip the device off, she begins to receive the most interesting alerts. It appears that the neighbors are enjoying the installation more than anyone.

Modern day Lin bringing her younger gf to work with her.

As soon as you got to the station you crashed right onto Lin’s couch and went back to sleep wrapped up in a blanket. Lin could hardly get any paperwork done because you looked so cute sleeping. When you woke up you were completely confused on where you were. This wasn’t your house. “Hi honey. Did you sleep good?” A familiar voice asked. You turned your head and saw your girlfriend. You smiled real big now you remembered. Lin let you come to work with her. “Hi Linny.” You said sweetly. “Hi honey.” Lin said. Once you were up you decided to shower. Lin let you go down to the shower room in the station and you got all cleaned up.

After your shower you brushed your teeth then fixed up your hair and got ready. When you walked out the shower dressed in all pink lots of officers stopped and stared. Pretty sure they were confused on why a 5’1 pink girly creature was walking out of their showers. You made your way back up to Lin’s office and pulled stuff out of your duffle bag that you brought with you. It was a mirror and makeup supplies. You sat on the floor next to her desk to get good lighting and started to do your makeup.

Every now and then you caught Lin looking at you. “Can I help you my love?” You asked. “Hm.” Lin hummed. “You keep staring.” You said. “I can’t look at my beautiful girlfriend?” Lin asked. “I didn’t say that.” You said as you did your blush. Once you finished your makeup you looked at Lin. “How do I look?” You asked her. “Gorgeous.” Lin said. You smiled then put away all your stuff. You sat back on the couch and pulled out your phone to text Korra and Asami.

Y/N: you guys will never guess where I am

BuffLady: At the mall

HottieAsami: she was at the mall with me yesterday so she wouldn’t be there. Give us a hint

Y/N: *sent a pic of Lin’s couch*

HottieAsami: I know you are not at her job!

BuffLady: YOURE AT WORK WITH LIN?!

Y/N: she said I could come with her today

HottieAsami: you two are so serious! When’s the wedding?!

After texting the girls you decided to wrap yourself up like a burrito and watch a movie with your headphones on. After a few movies it was time to move on to the next thing coloring! You colored butterflies, cupcakes and other cute things then you decided to play on your switch which all you did was upgrade the Minecraft house you and Linny made. “I made our house prettier. I’ll give you a tour when we go back to your place.” You told her. “I can’t wait to see what you’ve done.” Lin said.

You decided then to actually make a fishing shop where you sold loot you got from fishing and other things then once you were done you texted the group chat with Mako, Bolin, Korra and Asami.

Y/N: so where Lin and I live I own the water that’s over there so if you wanna fish you have to pay me and I also made a shop so come buy fish, books and other stuff

Bowling: YOU DONT OWN THAT WATER

Y/N: i live by it so yes tf I do

BuffLady: WAIT IS YOUR BAKE SHOP STILL OPEN?!

Y/N: yes korra I haven’t shut down my bake shop

BuffLady: ok great because I’m gonna need six cakes

HottieAsami: Korra wtf? That’s six gold! I need to make my golden apples

BuffLady: but cake

Bowling: ARE WE REALLY SKIPPING OVER HOW SHE SAID SHE OWNS THE WATER HER AND LIN LIVE BY?!

BuffLady: she’s a business woman I can’t argue

“I’ve caused chaos.” You told Lin. “What have you done?” Lin asked. “I told the group chat that we own the water we live by and if they wanna fish they have to go through me and my shop.” You said proudly. “Such a business woman but also what group chat?” Lin asked. “Oh we have a Minecraft group chat you aren’t in because we dont wanna blow up your phone.” You said. “How often do you all text in there?” Lin asked. “Often since someone is always on the server doing something.” You said. Lin nodded.

When you were finished with Minecraft you started reading then after that you had snacks then you got bored. “Linny.” You called. “Yes baby girl.” Lin said. “Cuddle?” You asked sweetly. “Not right now baby.” Lin said. You folded your arms. “Bullshit.” You said. “Watch your mouth and do me a favor please. I need you to take these papers to Mako for me.” Lin said. “Ok,” You got up and took the papers then left to deliver them to Mako in your pink miniskirt. “Hi Mako!” You said as you walked up to him. “Hey, what are you doing here?” Mako asked.

“I came to work with Linny. She said these are for you.” You said and gave him the papers she sent you with. “Is this bring your girlfriend to work day?” Mako asked and took the papers. “Shut up.” You teased. “You also can’t own the water. You’re making too many business.” Mako said. “I can do whatever I want. Korra and Asami didn’t argue.” You said and walked away. “We’ll shut you down.” Mako said. “You and what army?” You asked.

You went back to Lin’s office and waited till lunch time where she took you out to eat. You were having so much fun being at work with Lin. You wonder if you could do this again without seeming too clingy.

When it comes to modern Baavira AUs the thing I struggle with most is giving Kuvira a reasonable normal job~ Baatar I could come up with several (college professor, an engineer of any kind, repairman, ect.) but Kuvira stumps me a lot of the time lol nothing ever really feels like something she'd naturally choose to want to do, or at least fits with my interpretation of her hmm
