Writing with Integrity

No matter what I write about on my blog, I write with integrity, truth, openness, and honesty about the things that affect my mental and emotional health, on the things that I know are happening out there, on things that can affect us all.

The irony in Covid-19 is that no one is safe until we’re all safe and we can never be safe when decisions aren’t being made to keep us safe. Keeping ourselves safe, helps others stay safe. Today restrictions in the UK are being lifted, please let’s continue to keep ourselves and each other safe, by making good decisions.

I shall continue to wear my mask and shall start wearing a visor too when I’m out in public spaces. I will also continue to sanitise my hands and social distance. The science tells us we need to continue to mask up and keep up with precautionary measures, and although the UK Government are dropping those measures, I shall continue to use my own common sense.

Throughout Covid, decisions should have been made for schools to close, or take the necessary precautionary measures to keep children safe in school. I am struggling to get my head around the fact that children have caught Covid and/or have died from the virus and should at all costs, have continued to be protected.

Remote learning should still be in force and precautionary measures should still be in place. Unless we independently take the view that we should continue to use our common sense in Covid, cases will continue to rise. Babies are also getting infected with Covid. Moral Character

Tugas pekan ini adalah tentang karakter moral. Kami diminta untuk merumuskan tujuan bersama, membuat daftar karakter apa saja yang bisa membangun, menghambat, bahkan membahayakan project kami bersama.

Kami memulainya dengan diskusi di grup WA, kemudian bersama-sama merumuskan dengan FB Rooms. Alhamdulillah seluruh anggota ikut terlibat diskusi di grup WA. Saat video call dengan FB Rooms, beberapa memang tidak turut hadir karena berbagai keperluan, tapi alhamdulillah diskusi berjalan lancar menghasilkan goals, boost, delays, dan risks dari project kami. Kemudian, salah seorang anggota kami mengeditnya dengan sangat cantik.

Selesai diskusi di FB Rooms, kami kembali berdiskusi di grup WA untuk membagi karakter moral yang akan menjadi booster untuk project kami. Karena karakter yang kami sepakati hanya 7, jadi ada 3 karakter yang dipilih oleh >1 orang. Alhamdulillaaah, diskusi pun berjalan dengan lancar. Hanya pada saat mengumpulkan twibbon beberapa anggota agak terhambat, tapi alhamdulillah semua tetap berhasil terkumpul H-1 deadline. Berikut hasil editan cantik salah seorang anggota kami.

Bismillah, semoga Allah mudahkan project kami sehingga kami bisa menebar manfaat, juga Allah kuatkan kami membangun karakter menjadi kebiasaan dalam 6 bulan ke depan, aamiin..
