YOSHIDA Tomoko (吉田 とも子)

The older sister is here! I had an eureka moment about her hairstyle! It fits her very well. Gives me Natsuki Enomoto vibes, too...
Again, all this information comes from there. She was the temporary vice-president of the women's branch of her university 'in the city', which I take as Tokyo.
Probably stepped in as a stand-in because of a resignment, or a similar chaos.
She is above 20 years old (thus the '92 written on the side) and I haven't really figured out her major yet.
Not something completely in line with the motorcycle-centric interest of her family, but I don't percieve her as picking something that's totally the opposite.
Probably something with the aura of level-headedness, sociability and reliability I envision her with. Something STEM or business. She probably is popular, too: Kataoka-esque.

Aussie Casey Stoner launched a scathing attack on veteran Spaniard Sete Gibernau in Assen today after an unseen incident during qualifying for the Dutch MotoGP race. The 23-year-old was clearly upset with the tactics of some his rivals today, but his frustration boiled over with fellow Ducati GP9 rider Gibernau. As Stoner had to settle for fourth place on the grid to end his 100 per cent front row starting record in 2009, a forward facing camera mounted on the back of his factory Ducati showed him flicking his middle finger at Gibernau as he pulled back into his pitbox. The 2007 world champion told MCN: “It was Sete and it was in the only part of the track where we are really in sixth gear as I changed direction, and it had already happened once this morning. He looked behind, saw me as I was coming out of the fast kink to the right and sped up to wait for me to come past and I had to shove my way past. Toni (Elias) did the same thing and Randy (de Puniet) has done it twice this weekend also. Normally a part where I am flat out through the kink I had to back off completely because I didn’t know where he was going to go. They look behind and see you coming and the first thing you should do is get out of the way but they just speed up and wait for you to push by them and it is happening so much in 125s and 250s. When I was in 125s I saw that riders had more respect for each other, there would be riders waiting for people but they would be on the edge of the track and see you make your way through but now it is impossible. They sit there and look at you right on the line and nothing is done about it. They are waiting for a tow in a dangerous and fast part of the track, which obviously cost me time but could have cost me a whole lot more if I had crashed. It is a frustrating situation, which seems to be happening more and more in MotoGP and it is about time something was done to stop it.”
(from here) casey flipping sete off in 2009 for nefarious towing tactics and complaining about lack of respect on the track is such a lovely little gem. real meeting point of several narratives

August 12, 2024 - Today I went up to the Lyons Air Museum in Costa Mesa, CA (across the runway from John Wayne Airport). They had a display of 50cc Grand Prix race bikes from the mid 60's and I was surprised to learn they all belonged to an acquaintance of mine from racer days past. Really nice little bikes including a replica of a very rare Honda RC-115 twin cylinder 50. Was a good day, kinda hot in the big museum hangar, but we followed it up with a nice sandwich and a couple beers at the Station Craft Brewery in Dana Point.
All photos mine.

In 2003, Jorge, Dani and their manager didn't speak a single word every time they see each other at the paddock, but that changed in Malaysia. Dani won that race, and he also won the championship. Jorge was on the podium too, in P3.
In that moment of euphoria with Alberto and Dani, they where talking and hugging for 10 minutes. For those 10 minutes, all of them (Jorge included), were talking.
The next race (Australia where Dani crashed), Valencia or in 2004 they didn't spoke at all.
It was just 10 minutes where everything was forgotten, Dani didn't remember it, but Jorge seems to had treasure that moment.
Source: Cuatro Tiempos (Four periods or times or also four strokes. It kind of a word play).
