Young Avengers in the MCU

You know how Ms Ji's cooking is horrendous but Yohan and Elijah (and I assume Isaac?) ate it all without complaining for what seems to be years. If she was the one to raise Yohan, that means she's been cooking in that house since he was a baby. I'm wondering then, why would Kang Jisang keep a housekeeper that can barely cook ? And apparently not say anything because to the day Gaon tries her cooking, she's not sure why the kangs stopped eating it ?

Either 1) Jisang liked her food 2) had some form of ageusia/didnt care for the taste of food, maybe as a self flagellation method idk. 3) Ms Ji's cooking wasn't always like that !

I'm thinking that maybe it was normal, nothing amazing about it but decent enough, until a bit before jisang's death or after the church fire. Elijah mentions that she's obsessed with adding healthy ingredients everywhere even if it does not match the dishes she's making. I wonder if Ms Ji does it with the intention to promote healing or something like it, especially once Elijah loses the ability to walk and Yohan has second to third degree burns on his back. Would also sort of explain why they don't dare tell her anything about it, because she was trying so hard and they didnt want to hurt her feelings by telling her upfront that the food wasnt edible..

I would love a What If episode about Kamala!! What do you think they could make one about?

What if Kamala Khan wasn’t a Captain Marvel fan? or What if Kamala was Captain Marvel? It could explore what would happen if Kamala was a fan of a different hero or something like that. Another one is if Kamala got stuck in time in the 1940s instead of getting sucked back into the present during Ep 5. I would also think it would be cool if they tie an episode to her Kang variant (Kamala Kang)

Iseul comes over, and greets Luna, Chrissy, Tess, and Hamuera before heading to the backyard. Her eyes meet Megan's and she smiles at Iseul who smiles back, her eyes crinkling at the corners "Megs, hey." She says. "Hey Issy." Megan says, and they hug (which I definitely shouldve taken a photo of). "Hey auntie* Is." Emily says, smiling too and getting up to hug Iseul. "Hey Emmy. That Dino t shirt looks really cool on you." Iseul says and Emily grins, her eyes lighting up. "Really? Thanks." She says. Emily looks up to Iseul and thinks she's pretty cool. "Yup, I have one just like it but in blue that your mom saw me wearing on the trip we took." She says, smiling at Megan, who smiles back. "I'm sure it looks cool on you too, auntie." Emily says, smiling. "Thanks Emmy. So, you excited for your first day of 9th grade?" Iseul asks and Emily twists the friendship bracelet on her arm. "Kinda, I'm nervous but I'll have my friend Kiran with me." She says. "You'll be fine, Em. Plus I'm glad they're with you, having a friend makes things way better." She says and Emily nods.

Also Tess comes out to check in with Emily, and she kisses Megan’s cheek. She then hugs Iseul and asks about her and her fiancée Grace. "We're good. Gracie's just busy with work." Iseul says, smiling. "Tell her to come over when she's done. I'll make dinner for us." Tess says and Iseul nods. Also here's a photo of Megan holding the family cat Gus.

The Ring Theory

Kang’s multiversal engine core, which Janet blew up and then Scott blew up again after fixing it, was made of many circles rotating around a sphere.

Kang’s entire citadel was made of circular mechanisms. At one point Kang even yells, “don’t let him [Scott] interfere with the rings.” Rings that glowed both yellowish and bluish hues.

You know who else has rings that glow blue and yellow? Shang-Chi. They started glowing yellow when he took them from Wenwu (they also glowed that color when his mother used them). I think this symbolizes a different universe. Shang-Chi and his mother are from a place other than Earth.

Kamala Khan’s bangle also is a circle. And it does something with time, since it created a time loop tp save her grandmother. She can use it to pull energy from other dimensions but that doesn’t seem to be its intended function. It is something unique to her.

I think, because time is no longer a straight line, when Scott shoved Kang into the multiversal engine with Pym particles, it made the rings oddly sized. Like person’s wrist sized. Wenwu discovered the rings and used them as weapons he can control with his mind (Kang controls his ship with his mind). But when someone from another reality used them, it set off a beacon, probably to this Kang.

What the beacon probably doesn’t say is that there is yet another ring, Kamala’s bangle, that is necessary for the multiversal engine core to work. And the bangle seems to be transporting people—Kamala, Monica and Carol—places without Kamala meaning it to. Who is controlling them?

Where the Conqueror Kang is right now is a question. If the rings survived then surely he did too.

ETA: And, of course, we know Destin Daniel Cretton who directed Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is announced as the director of Avengers: Kang Dynasty so it's not a leap to assume Shang Chi is a crucial piece of it.

Although I am unclear if the Kang Dynasty movie is about the Council of Kangs attacking or Kang the Conqueror attacking. I feel like both are coming. "Kang Dynasty" sounds like the council. But what if the Conqueror arrives at the end at beats them? Like the Avengers have already done a lot of his work for him but beating other Kangs?

It's be neat if that Avengers movie were in SF, with the Ant-Fam and Shang Chi. The bus fight in Shang Chi was cool because you felt the stakes of it. I haven't felt like the Avengers have been rooted in a real place since the first Avengers. (Although I guess there was that field in Wakanda lol). But Marvel is supposed to be in real places unlike DC.

Writing a fic where Ms Ji walks Gaon through an old photo album of Isaac and Yohan, and I can't decide if I want them to be a pair of very calm kids who she almost never needed to worry about in terms of mischief....or if they were half calm, half putting themselves in situations where Yohan was swinging from tree branches upside down from his ankles and his brother was acting as a scrawny safety net ("an experiment" yohan said)
