Back To Work:👨‍💻📈📊👨‍💼 . 60 days…that’s the number of days I took short term disability. Today is my first day back. My anxiety is through the roof. At first I thought it was work in itself, but I honestly do better mentally when I’m working (or have projects etc.). . I think the real reason is when a “normal” person takes off work for being sick or injury- they go back to work once 💯. I do not feel 💯. But this ties into my struggle of accepting I may never feel 💯. . Happy Monday to all my Warriors and followers. Insomnia: This was me at 7:00 am today (📸: My 6 yo)…as tired as I get and even with muscle relaxers (4mg total), my insomnia kept me up until 3:30 AM…awake at 6:30 am to help get my daughter ready and take her to school. This is how I was while waiting to take her to school. . Of all the things I don’t understand about this disease, insomnia is…I just don’t get. How am I so exhausted, fatigued, In pain etc.- but my body won’t sleep?!? . Any suggestions for the Roundtable on falling asleep easier? If so please comment💬⬇️👇 (or dm).
