ASTROLOGY OBSERVATIONS PT. 13 DIVINE FEMININE - ART OF TRANSFORMATION
So I want to get into the signs, houses, and aspects that express a form of transformation that isn't recognized thru them majority of the time. Scorpio placements will be one of the energies I get into, however it isn't the only one that has this gift down pack.
All placements have different forms of healing & transformation. I'm just highlighting the observations I've been getting from each sign listed thus far.
Aries Rising/Virgo Placements - > These two energies have an ability to let go of their environments, circumstances and going deep into the mind to let things happen. What I mean is, both these placements are strictly head first in a lot of what they do and this can be a pretty tricky battle. The way they transform is through the heart, and the body and the mind follows suit after. At some point in their reality, they will have to let the mind go, in order to form the life they wish to live for themselves more openly.
For aries however, this isn't typically their issue. Their issue lies in always moving with their head, and not being strategic like their Virgo pals. Moves made first without thinking doesn't teach them anything and once they learn to allow the mind to form a new way of doing things this is where they challenge themselves and create a new persona.
Scorpio Placements deal with transformation a lot differently. It is an everyday cycle, not something they can shut up. Unlike their friends the virgos and aries, they can shut this down through their minds and can easily suppress things quicker. Scorpios, unfortunately cannot get the same. Because they feel everything. And I mean everything. And internally, they know whats the spiritual reason as to why they are the way they are so their pain/trauma is justified. The art of transformation for these cats is to look into that mirror into the void and explore the rage, warmth, the things that matter and the things that don't and letting it shape them. They have the wounds to impact others with healing methods if they just listen to themselves. The way they transform is through the psyche, the unconscious realms. Their doing shadow work without all the journaling or magic. It just comes to them.
Pisces/Neptune Placements are constantly shapeshifting. Their form of transforming is strictly from the ethereal realm, and it finds its way through physical activity or thru the imagination. Their world is constantly shifting and changing and in most cases you can find it through their clothing style, the way they express themselves and even thru their perspective. All 3 of the things I mention in conjunction all align together when something mentally changes them, since they are ruled by the subconscious/unconscious part of their brain more then their peers.
Moon/Cancer placements have a dark side that at some point of their life they shift into. Most never see this to be a real thing until well... something or someone changes them to that direction. This transformation is almost inevitable. They have to learn the darkside of their emotions or else it'll literally hurt them in the end. They must go down the dark depths of their soul to conquer the hidden array of demons that they kept under their beds so long ago. Skeletons in their closet is an understatement, its not the type that we are normally use to seeing from this group. You wouldn't believe their like that.
On the brighter side, this shows that these people are multidimensional and not just the sweet loving nurturing breed of individuals they normally keep you accustomed to. When they get to this phase, they aren't for the weak. So get use to it when the get their because they'll balance out both personalities for the better.
Libra Placements - Have a mental transformation they embark in throughout their life. Their perspectives change them in a way that forms a fair yet equal link to other humans as they're prone to be more selfish in the beginning. The heart is also where they transform, and it is through love they really can make a difference. Everything is prone to mental physics first, then the heart leads the way. Their not use to showing all their skin, but usually when they do its because something or someone made them bare their heart, for better or for worse. If it gets worse, than they'll start being the ones to play you for your heart. If best, they'll learn to share that love in all ways as their charm lights up even more. For individuals who are normally private, their vulnerabilities is what sheds away the old demons and become aware of their souls embarking on ways compassion could heal them and others around them.
Virgos have to live a little, that's simple. Normally the picture perfect group, they have to focus on the heart and the body and NOT what the mind is telling them. They can't live in those rose colored glasses they made themselves. They gotta let things around them be as it may, and they can join the circus if they like. Being more open to things outside of their comfort zone challenges their old self, while creating a new one. Something shifts inside of their body before that transformation really starts to hit. Their the rulers of the maiden-mother-crone phase. Psychological something changes them during certain points in their life weakening they old self and making new beginnings form with experience. They are connected to the kundalini and the serpent mind. More to come on this seperately.

It's been rather dreary back out in the real world. Three days of nothing but grey skies and rain I have taken to avoiding by remaining tucked away in doors.
*siiigh* I miss seeing the stars, Puzzles. The little lights usually dotting the sky have been snuffed out. It feels more solemn without them somehow. Do you feel like that when they aren't playfully drifting about the sky? Like your connection to something bigger than yourself is being cut off? It's much lonelier without their scattered bits of starshine reaching out towards us little guys here on the ground.
It reminds me of how you're somewhere I or anyone else can't reach. I hope you've got stars whenever you happen to be!
If not, here's an offering <33
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
~BB
Yeah.. you could say its been a gloomy night.. it's a misty, cloudy night here on the roof. But.. at the same time you could see the beauty in such a dew filled evening.
I find myself looking down.. holding Little Puzzles as the soft precipitation falls.. while it may not be raining, it sure feels humid. I end up wiping the humid drops from my screen.. flicking it away.
It's.. good to hear from you Bunny bot, my dear friend. With how often you leave letters.. I wouldn't be surprised you'd be waiting for me if I get back from -- this place.. in time? I am visiting my past self.. or.. was I sent here for a reason? Hm.. I do enjoy the commotion of a crowded starry sky.. it reminds me of the roaring crowds I'd thought of having when I grew up, I was.. so naive..
I feel a tug at my shirt, as Little Puzzles is showing me their drawing.. before putting it away, the humid air trying to mess up the sketchbook.
"Do you have a favorite constellation in the sky? Mine's the Little dipper.. because they have their best friend, the Big dipper! Together.. always, like friends do!"
It took me a moment to seep in what he meant by that.. it.. reminds me of Stardust.. oh .. right.. ... flickers.. Stardust, the hologram. I find myself smiling as she butts her head against my waist.. before sitting down with us. This.. is nice.. even though I could only picture how the three of us would get along in person.
I can feel the stars.. holographic ones surrounding us, they feel a sort of comfortable and yet.. its so artificial. Holding out my hand.. my hand grasps the light where the star would be.. contemplating to myself.
Why do they call celebrities.. famous people.. stars? If there are billions of them in the sky— when celebrities are very few..? I end up tapping my foot at this revelation..
Better yet actually.. Bunny bot! What you mentioned about being somewhere people can’t reach.. how ominous.. and multidimensional. Those stars you gave me will be useful, right Starlight? We’ll make our own little light show tonight! If you’re up to it that is.. before we catch a cold..
Stardust, in her holographic array jumps around without a care in the world. Hm.. if only I could forget for an evening and enjoy the weather.. I just.. CAN’T SEEM TO GET THESE.. VOICES TO STOP! I’VE HEARD ENOUGH..
(He thought to himself.. grumbling in his hands…. chatting to someone you can’t see, the hologram Leggy .. makes him even more feel more engrossed and strange than he already was.. pathetic..)
I watch at how bubbly.. and giggly my past self was, Little Puzzles. How.. much envy do I feel that I’ve lost that like I lost such feeling in my own hands. They’re.. so filthy now..)
(Is it better to feel the humidity on your face some days.. to put down your umbrella and embrace it? — Cosmic)

Like, I know the "multidimensional programming" line in Ghost Trick might just be intended as throwaway technobabble, but given that the setting's tech level seems to be 60s/70s there's a nonzero chance that they're just talking about nesting arrays.

Interpretative Blog #1
I share a unique relationship with nature that has changed over the course of my twenty years of life. Over time my relationship with nature has deepened and my understanding of nature has broadened. When comparing my adult views of nature to my adolescent views of nature, I have gathered that with age my appreciation for nature has grown.
For instance, I previously remember despising the winter season because it brought forth bitter cold weather which I would have to brave on my walks to school in the morning. However, in my adult life I have come to appreciate the winter season. In particular, I have developed an appreciation for snow. Snow is incredibly fascinating to me because it is in and of itself water but possesses the capability to absorb sound. Despite the business of cities, this is why it is especially “quiet” during a snowstorm.
The observations I have made in nature through exploration have enabled me to apply my knowledge of scientific concepts. More specifically, I have been able to apply concepts such as ecology, evolution and climate change to observations I have made in nature.
The textbook references “a sense of place” which refers to the thoughts and feelings that an individual possesses towards a specific landscape. These thoughts and feelings are multidimensional and influenced by an array of distinctive factors. These factors might involve personal experiences, cultural significance and/or spiritual significance among other factors.
The earliest memory I have of “a sense of place” is my cottage in the Haliburton Highlands of Ontario. The rocky landscape and dark grey lake which the cottage is situated upon is especially important to me.
As mentioned above “a sense of place” can be influenced by personal experiences. As the interpreter, my personal memories of playing with my cousins helped me to interpret this landscape as home. My “sense of place” was also influenced by historical significance as my family has owned this property for four generations; making this landscape incredibly significant to my family.
Additionally, the cottage has spiritual significance which has contributed to its “sense of place” within my experience as the interpreter. My grandmother believes that the lonesome loon which cruises by our cottage in the summer months is her late brother that has been reincarnated. This type of thinking has led me to believe that my ancestors, although no longer alive, are still close to me.
Oftentimes when people reference “nature” a specific landscape comes to mind. Although nature does include the landscape, it is important to remember that nature also includes the abiotic and biotic elements that interact within that landscape.
Through my understanding of scientific concepts, my interactions with nature and interpretations of natural concepts have evolved. I am now much more connected with nature than I have ever been in my entire life. I hope to continue to nourish my unique relationship with nature.
Through writing this blog I am curious to know if one’s “sense of place” can change throughout the lifetime? Additionally, I wonder if my sense of place will change as I continue to age?

What would you say is the line between being sexist and just liking sexy female characters? And the line between arguing against sexist depictions of female characters, and just being a wertham style prude who thinks any sexiness is bad and wants to ruin fun?
For example, I like Wonder Woman’s classic bathing suit costume, but I’ll be the first to say the wonder thong is a bit much.
I mean like, I feel like *anyone* can like sexy female characters while being respectful, it just kind of takes a general sense of self-awareness and an ability to be critical about the media you like. You can enjoy a piece of media while still being critical of it. Like, the thing with Wonder Woman is, regardless of the fact that for much of her existence her superhero costume has pretty much been boots and a swimsuit (and bullet deflecting gauntlets OBVIOUSLY), she was still developed by a very progressive writer and the core tenets of her character are that she triumphs with love and compassion rather than violence. And I think because you started with that intention with the character, even with the titillating costume, she's still an icon who occupies a much greater cultural space than comics alone. And like, that's one of the things that is so interesting about her, is that when it comes to comic writers, you can immediately tell who does and doesn't respect her character.
But going back to the "Am I a bad person for liking the sexy lady?" question--No, you are not. Stop letting your puritan ancestors make you feel bad for liking the character that was aesthetically designed for you to like them. You are allowed to like the sexy lady. Literally have fun--but also at the same time, be willing to interrogate why you like Sexy Lady.
Like--okay, one of my favorite characters out of My Hero Academia is Yaoyorozu Momo--and I am 100% willing to admit that her design is shameless cheesecake which is fucked up because her character is meant to be a minor--but also at the same time, MHA is a shonen anime--literally its intended audience is minors! And the show emphasizes over and over again that she's a highly intelligent overachiever who has blind spots due to economic privilege and also shoots herself in the foot through her own anxiety. I like that! That's multidimensional and interesting and relatable to me! Also I think her power is really cool and unique! I can like that while also wishing she had a better designed costume for her age! So there you go! I'm enjoying the character while being critical! I mean that's a more complicated approach because honestly I love Momo's personality and power concepts more than her actual appearance, which I think is the case with a lot of Momo fans, but my point is, questioning your own feelings toward a character also help enrich your own experience with a piece of media overall, but also don't feel like if you're not self-flagellating you're not doing it right.
Make a point to expose yourself to a wide array of media so you can compare and contrast and find patterns and point them out. There's a whole beautiful spectrum of sexy ladies out there! Be critical, but also trust your own instincts, and also don't forget good faith, and assume ignorance before you assume malice (except in the case of Frank Miller, in which case KILL ON SIGHT).

🌟 Understanding Arrays: A Beginner’s Deep Dive! 🌟
Hey Tumblr friends 👋
Today I want to break down something super important if you're getting into coding: Arrays. (Yes, those weird-looking brackets you've probably seen in code snippets? Let’s talk about them.)
So... What Exactly Is an Array? 🤔
Imagine you have a bunch of favorite songs you want to save. Instead of creating a new playlist for each song (chaotic!), you put them all into one single playlist.
That playlist? That’s what an Array is in programming! 🎶✨
An array is basically a container where you can store multiple values together under a single name.
Instead of doing this:
You can just do:
Why Are Arrays Useful? 🌈
✅ You can group related data together. ✅ You can loop through them easily. ✅ You can dynamically access or update data. ✅ You keep your code clean and organized. (No messy variables 👀)
How Do You Create an Array? ✨
Here's a simple array:
Or create an empty array first (you must specify size in C++):
Note: C++ arrays have a fixed size once declared!
How Do You Access Items in an Array? 🔎
Arrays are zero-indexed. That means the first element is at position 0.
Example:
Changing Stuff in an Array 🛠️
You can update an item like this:
Looping Through an Array 🔄
Instead of writing:
Use a loop:
Or a range-based for loop (cleaner!):
Some Cool Things You Can Do With Arrays 🚀
In C++ you don't have built-in methods like push, pop, etc. for raw arrays, but you can use vectors (dynamic arrays)! Example with vector:
Quick Tip: Arrays Can Store Anything 🤯
You can store numbers, booleans, objects (structures/classes), and even arrays inside arrays (multidimensional arrays).
Example:
Real-World Example 🌍
A To-Do list:
Output:
👏 See how clean and readable that is compared to hardcoding every single task?
🌟 Final Thoughts
Arrays are the foundation of so much you'll do in coding — from simple projects to complex apps. Master them early, and you'll thank yourself later!
🌱 Start practicing:
Make a list of your favorite movies
Your favorite foods
Songs you love
...all in an array!
If you liked this C++ explainer, let’s connect! 💬✨ Happy coding, coder fam! 💻🌈

i love using the phrase "an array of" when i'm writing because it's like. could be a 2 by 1 array. could be 40 by 32. could be a multidimensional array. could even be an array of one element. technically. the size of said array is between me and the unknown parameters i can't be bothered to establish so use your imagination

Quick Loops/Array Revision
Had to stop building the tags extension I was working on just to quickly remind myself how to loop around multidimensional arrays in JavaScript because to save the tags, there is a title for the list of tags and then the tags themselves, and they get clumped together in this all tags list array.
I was getting confused if I needed to do a loop within a loop (and they always confuse me) but it's okay because I didn't have to do that but access the items in each array via indexing!

Energy. Art by Ed Buryn, from The William Blake Tarot of the Creative Imagination.
Energy corresponds to the Strength card in conventional Tarot. It symbolizes the stage of physical renewal, as inner strength arising from the body itself, and from animal intuition at the deepest level. The forms of the Zoas are again depicted; they are even arranged in their proper symbolic order: the ox of Tharmas at the left of the tree (west), the lion of Urizen at the base (south), the man of Luvah in front (east), and the eagle of Urthona above (north) — see Chart 2-2. The symbolic reappearance of the Zoas here emphasizes that Energy is both the outcome and the continuity of Whirlwind. That they are arrayed around the oak tree signifies the strength and endurance of the energy of nature. All the animals in this card represent instincts and intuitions that are mediated and mastered by the human figure of Tharmas, the Zoa of Body. Tharmas is shown filled with the renewed energy of life, and this "energy is eternal delight." The original inscription to this illustration says of the animals, "Their strength, or speed, or vigilance, were giv'n in aid of our defects" (William Hayley) — in other words, the animal forces are our allies. More than that, however, Tharmas is the ally of the animal forces; that is, he is the means through which they 'speak' — and in this sense, this card is also about the energy inherent in metaphor. Tharmas, whose sense organ (Chart 2-2) is the tongue, assumes the qualities of the animals by speaking for them. Because the first function of speech is the communication of the soul, the animals are metaphors for the range and power of the multidimensional human soul. (In metaphor, saying 'I am a lion' makes me a lion and personifies its qualities within me; by contrast, allegory says 'I am like a lion' and thus means I am not really a lion and only pretending. Metaphor releases energy, while allegory weakens it.) Traditional to this card, the lion is featured, and reclines at man's feet to signify that its fabled strength is under his command, and he can draw on it at will. Note also that Tharmas's symbolic animal (Chart 2-2) is the ox of strength and patience, which appears at the lower left; and in reference to his calling as a shepherd, the ram of virility appears at the lower right. In speaking for the animals Tharmas demonstrates that he understands (and loves) his bodily instincts and physical capabilities, and they listen to his dictates. This card marks the midway point of the soul's journey, and so it repeats the border motifs of card I to symbolize a new beginning through the second decanate of cards. KEYWORDS: LUST FOR LIFE • SENSUAL DELIGHT • ABUNDANCE OF VITAL ENERGY • INTEGRATION OF CAPABILITIES AND INSTINCTS • PHYSICAL ENDURANCE AND COURAGE • MULTIDIMENSIONALITY. METAPHORIC EXPRESSION • A strong sense of animal satisfaction may lull many seekers into stopping here. For those with the energy to go further...

revealing the dormant tiger
you know me darling, i just want to be myself----- and we love you for it.
i don't want to rush, i want to enjoy the ride----- my love, you don't have to force it, what is yours will come when you believe in yourself.
i don't care about fitting in, i wish to be strange and unusual--- you are as strange as the very universe we live in, as unusual as the birth of the star.
i am done letting other people tell me who to be---- you are the master of your reality my darling and it will open up when you choose to back yourself fully.
wouldn't it be fun to try on a kaleidoscope of identities and play with who i really am------- of course darling. you are a multidimensional being with a splendid array of expressions- we are thrilled to witness all of you.
when i connect to my Venus, i feel like more people desire to be around me---- absolutely. you're embodying your most magnetic frequency and attracting others based on the resonance they feel when they match with you.
isn't mars supposed to be all hot stuff and raring to go?----- well darling, right now i’m retrograde so i'm taking a look at what's been demotivating me until now and i've found that my identity needs a bit of an upgrade.

Cover artwork and story details are today revealed for the second of October’s full-cast audio adventures in the Once and Future series, from Big Finish Productions.
“Grandfather. Help me! Come to the Diamond Array.”

The Eighth Doctor (Paul McGann), his granddaughter Susan (Carole Ann Ford) and his future wife River (Alex Kingston) face an unimaginable threat together in The Union, the climactic seventh episode of the 60th anniversary Doctor Who audio drama, Once and Future.
The Doctor responds to a distress call from his granddaughter, Susan, taking him to the Diamond Array: a huge multidimensional space station. Once there, his instability increases, as the Fourth and Eighth Doctors discover the Array’s terrible purpose.
Meanwhile, River Song has made a deadly alliance to try to save her husband. And the truth about the Doctor’s degeneration will finally be revealed.
Doctor Who – Once and Future: The Union, written by Matt Fitton, is now available to pre-order as a single-disc collector’s edition CD (+ download for just £10.99), or digital download only (for just £8.99), exclusively from www.bigfinish.com.
Kingston said: “I used to love Doctor Who as a child. I would watch it through a crack in the door from the hallway because I thought it was too scary.
“I never expected when I first signed up to be in a two-episode storyline way back when that I’d still be doing it today on this incredible journey. It’s wonderful to know that the series has brought so much joy to so many people all over the world.”
McGann added: “Can you believe it? It seems like was yesterday it was the 50th anniversary of Doctor Who. What happens to the time? Even for Time Lords it’s just a shock.
“Is there another series that’s still out there? Of course, it hasn’t been continuous (in one sense), but it’s still here. It’s survived. And I think that’s due, in large part, to the people who love it keeping it going. Good for them!”

How you can use python for data wrangling and analysis
Python is a powerful and versatile programming language that can be used for various purposes, such as web development, data science, machine learning, automation, and more. One of the most popular applications of Python is data analysis, which involves processing, cleaning, manipulating, and visualizing data to gain insights and make decisions.
In this article, we will introduce some of the basic concepts and techniques of data analysis using Python, focusing on the data wrangling and analysis process. Data wrangling is the process of transforming raw data into a more suitable format for analysis, while data analysis is the process of applying statistical methods and tools to explore, summarize, and interpret data.
To perform data wrangling and analysis with Python, we will use two of the most widely used libraries: Pandas and NumPy. Pandas is a library that provides high-performance data structures and operations for manipulating tabular data, such as Series and DataFrame. NumPy is a library that provides fast and efficient numerical computations on multidimensional arrays, such as ndarray.
We will also use some other libraries that are useful for data analysis, such as Matplotlib and Seaborn for data visualization, SciPy for scientific computing, and Scikit-learn for machine learning.
To follow along with this article, you will need to have Python 3.6 or higher installed on your computer, as well as the libraries mentioned above. You can install them using pip or conda commands. You will also need a code editor or an interactive environment, such as Jupyter Notebook or Google Colab.
Let’s get started with some examples of data wrangling and analysis with Python.
Example 1: Analyzing COVID-19 Data
In this example, we will use Python to analyze the COVID-19 data from the World Health Organization (WHO). The data contains the daily situation reports of confirmed cases and deaths by country from January 21, 2020 to October 23, 2023. You can download the data from here.
First, we need to import the libraries that we will use:import pandas as pd import numpy as np import matplotlib.pyplot as plt import seaborn as sns
Next, we need to load the data into a Pandas DataFrame:df = pd.read_csv('WHO-COVID-19-global-data.csv')
We can use the head() method to see the first five rows of the DataFrame:df.head()
Date_reportedCountry_codeCountryWHO_regionNew_casesCumulative_casesNew_deathsCumulative_deaths2020–01–21AFAfghanistanEMRO00002020–01–22AFAfghanistanEMRO00002020–01–23AFAfghanistanEMRO00002020–01–24AFAfghanistanEMRO00002020–01–25AFAfghanistanEMRO0000
We can use the info() method to see some basic information about the DataFrame, such as the number of rows and columns, the data types of each column, and the memory usage:df.info()
Output:
RangeIndex: 163800 entries, 0 to 163799 Data columns (total 8 columns): # Column Non-Null Count Dtype — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — 0 Date_reported 163800 non-null object 1 Country_code 162900 non-null object 2 Country 163800 non-null object 3 WHO_region 163800 non-null object 4 New_cases 163800 non-null int64 5 Cumulative_cases 163800 non-null int64 6 New_deaths 163800 non-null int64 7 Cumulative_deaths 163800 non-null int64 dtypes: int64(4), object(4) memory usage: 10.0+ MB “><class 'pandas.core.frame.DataFrame'> RangeIndex: 163800 entries, 0 to 163799 Data columns (total 8 columns): # Column Non-Null Count Dtype --- ------ -------------- ----- 0 Date_reported 163800 non-null object 1 Country_code 162900 non-null object 2 Country 163800 non-null object 3 WHO_region 163800 non-null object 4 New_cases 163800 non-null int64 5 Cumulative_cases 163800 non-null int64 6 New_deaths 163800 non-null int64 7 Cumulative_deaths 163800 non-null int64 dtypes: int64(4), object(4) memory usage: 10.0+ MB
We can see that there are some missing values in the Country_code column. We can use the isnull() method to check which rows have missing values:df[df.Country_code.isnull()]
Output:
Date_reportedCountry_codeCountryWHO_regionNew_casesCumulative_casesNew_deathsCumulative_deaths2020–01–21NaNInternational conveyance (Diamond Princess)WPRO00002020–01–22NaNInternational conveyance (Diamond Princess)WPRO0000……………………2023–10–22NaNInternational conveyance (Diamond Princess)WPRO07120132023–10–23NaNInternational conveyance (Diamond Princess)WPRO0712013
We can see that the missing values are from the rows that correspond to the International conveyance (Diamond Princess), which is a cruise ship that had a COVID-19 outbreak in early 2020. Since this is not a country, we can either drop these rows or assign them a unique code, such as ‘IC’. For simplicity, we will drop these rows using the dropna() method:df = df.dropna()
We can also check the data types of each column using the dtypes attribute:df.dtypes
Output:Date_reported object Country_code object Country object WHO_region object New_cases int64 Cumulative_cases int64 New_deaths int64 Cumulative_deaths int64 dtype: object
We can see that the Date_reported column is of type object, which means it is stored as a string. However, we want to work with dates as a datetime type, which allows us to perform date-related operations and calculations. We can use the to_datetime() function to convert the column to a datetime type:df.Date_reported = pd.to_datetime(df.Date_reported)
We can also use the describe() method to get some summary statistics of the numerical columns, such as the mean, standard deviation, minimum, maximum, and quartiles:df.describe()
Output:
New_casesCumulative_casesNew_deathsCumulative_deathscount162900.000000162900.000000162900.000000162900.000000mean1138.300062116955.14016023.4867892647.346237std6631.825489665728.383017137.25601215435.833525min-32952.000000–32952.000000–1918.000000–1918.00000025%-1.000000–1.000000–1.000000–1.00000050%-1.000000–1.000000–1.000000–1.00000075%-1.000000–1.000000–1.000000–1.000000max -1 -1 -1 -1
We can see that there are some negative values in the New_cases, Cumulative_cases, New_deaths, and Cumulative_deaths columns, which are likely due to data errors or corrections. We can use the replace() method to replace these values with zero:df = df.replace(-1,0)
Now that we have cleaned and prepared the data, we can start to analyze it and answer some questions, such as:
Which countries have the highest number of cumulative cases and deaths?
How has the pandemic evolved over time in different regions and countries?
What is the current situation of the pandemic in India?
To answer these questions, we will use some of the methods and attributes of Pandas DataFrame, such as:
groupby() : This method allows us to group the data by one or more columns and apply aggregation functions, such as sum, mean, count, etc., to each group.
sort_values() : This method allows us to sort the data by one or more
loc[] : This attribute allows us to select a subset of the data by labels or conditions.
plot() : This method allows us to create various types of plots from the data, such as line, bar, pie, scatter, etc.
