He’s a bloodmoon nightwing. He can read minds and imprint his thoughts onto other dragons. He was named SpineChiller as a dragonet, but hated how his peers were always so afraid of him. Eventually he moved out of the Night Kingdom, changing his name to Jasper. He moved to the Mud Kingdom with his new bf Alligator.

Sticka: Sooo..? Are you gonna take the gift and accept your defeat? Or do you want the consequences again?— (The second choice is my FAVORITE HEHEHEHE!!)

Mr Time: NONONO I-IM DEFINITELY TAKING IT!!
