Doctors don't actually know what's covered by insurance when they prescribe meds, so when I say "we'll need to call insurance to find out" that does not give u, the patient, permission to scream about how 'useless' I am

the two Q’s are using kathryn and chakotay to pit against each other (as in the Q’s lol). Where Q, trying to seduce/tempt Kathryn, temporarily changes her back to look human and normal, she’s probably not as enticed by this offer at this point (fittingly it happens right after Future’s End remember hohoho!). and Miss Q, trying to steer Kathryn away from Q, turns Chakotay into a super-evolved look to ideally match Kathryn in her “regular” appearance and maybe get Kathryn to pursue HIM instead of Q. very much in like with a SHREK 2 scenario, dare i say.

turns out my ear is actually super infected because of a shit ton of earwax. the nurses had to flush my ears out with warm water like eleven times until the wax was gone enough to even see my eardrum
